It makes scheduling meetings so much more efficient. And we cut down on so much back and forth requests. **Pros:** I love that it gives you the option to make polls and take an assessment of voting options. I love the scheduling poll it's so needed instead of constant back and forth trying to see what everyone's time is like. **Cons:** Probably just the ads. But I use the free service so I'm not sure what to expect.
