" June 5, 2018 5.0 Pros The app is very user friendly and it is shows my last transactions and allows me to repeat the transaction with ease. Cons To actually give, the app will direct you to the website to finish the transaction. It is still easy to use but would be nice to have the ability to give on the app as well. The easy of use and quickness of giving has increased our ability of church members to give. We are continuing to get more and more support and increased giving as a result. We found that while this tool accomplished taking care of that need, there was more that was required from the process. We needed a better integration with the congregation database, an easier way to send statements, and cheaper processing. Pros Does a great job taking payments and making that process easy Cons Administrating a church requires a ton of information and input, while this tool does a good job of taking payments, it requires other tools to integrate with it before it can be completely helpful. August 17, 2018 4.0 Pros I like that it makes it easy for others to give their tithe. It's reliable, easy to use, and it's simple, which is exactly what users want when they're getting ready to give their tithe! Cons The customer service didn't necessarily help me solve the problem I was having. My account was locked and I was trying to get it resolved, but we weren't able to reach that point. For years I have been using PayPal to give my tithes but setting up Push Pay was quick and painless. I noticed that when I set up my gift, one of the fund options is "other". With no comment box, how does the church determine where I would like my gift to go? Is this feature something that is controlled by the church? Therefore, I'd recommend the product. Pros What I like most about the Pushpay software is that is was not complicated. Easy use to make payments. Pros This software is user friendly. Their app is simple and connects directly with their website where necessary. Cons It automatically selects reoccurring giving. This isn’t actually a negative thing if you’re trying to encourage giving though. They only require a phone number and that makes it very easy to give. On the backend, the reporting is simple as well Cons Though it's easy to only have people enter their phone numbers, on the back-end, that's hard because we don't have addresses attached with their accounts, for mailing purposes, that's hard. The UI is so well executed with checkpoints along the way for additional peace of mind! Cons As a recurring user the need to input a security code for each transaction becomes tedious. " August 9, 2017 5.0 Pros Pushpay guide you through the steps to get set up so it is easy and fast to set up. They have great online tutorials and it is easy to learn the software. Almost all our donations now flow through Pushpay using the virtual terminal as well as the online service. This makes year end processing simple. Cons It's hard to think of anything I don't like. It stores multiple payment methods and requires a PIN each time to ensure security. Cons Honestly, I haven't found anything that I don't like about this software. You will not be displeased.
