Pros Our office staff find this to be not cumbersome - much more intuitive! Very slick looking and we LOVE the free app that came with it! Also, customer service was fast, friendly, and helpful! Cons A pretty decent cost up front. The roll-out process was time-consuming and some what rigid, but I guess it makes sense. Giving is so much easier using this app. Pros Giving to the church is traditionally by check or cash -- I never carry either of form of money. Pushpay allows churchgoers to easily give by using credit card or pulling directly from their checking account. They can either setup recurring donations or give one-time. Not only does it make it easy to give off an app on my iPhone but I can see my history of giving on there when it's time for taxes. Cons None, in my experience. December 3, 2019 3.0 Very friendly sales and support but the giving was complicated to have to coordinate on the back end. Pros When this product was first viewed it looked like a simple version to a complicated problem of giving to the non profit through an app. Cons Once we began to get into the nuts and bolts of USING the application, it was definitely not user friendly and had many many hiccups in coordinating with our already existing giving system. Saving time on the back end reporting and donor management. Pros eChurch from Pushpay offers a great, unified giving platform that is very focused on givers and easy for church staff to rally behind. Cons This platform comes with a heavy price tag. While being just a giving and app platform, it has a price tag of what churches are paying for an entire church management system. Pros I like being able to send money to my church without having to write a check...I can either schedule payments or pay as needed. Cons I know there is a transaction cost of some sort for the church, which I understand is the cost of doing business...hopefully it is reduced for non-profits, like churches. Everything you need to see right in front of you. No messing around and no trying to search for how to give, how much you've given and what account it's being taken out of. I'm all about fewer clicks and will leave a site very quickly. When you want to give or are asking people to give it needs to be as simple as possible. They knock it out of the park. Cons I don't have too many negative experiences with Pushpay. I set up my account through my computer and its been very easy to do. Set-Up once and you're good to go. " September 28, 2017 5.0 Since we began using Pushpay, our online giving has increased on a regular basis, making it one of the best tools we use when it comes to giving for our constituents. Pros The team at Pushpay makes it easy to integrate their giving software to the needs and systems of our church. My favorite aspect is that they assisted us in setting up our church app which has worked out wonderfully. Cons The only draw-back to Pushpay is the monthly cost associated. " October 5, 2022 1.0 Our experience with Pushpay has been one of pure frustration and disappointment. We chose a different company to work with. Upon leaving Pushpay they threw at us that we signed a 2 year contract. We were under the impression we were under a 6 month free trial. The gentleman that helped us never mentioned anything about a 2 year signed contract. I am perplexed by the lack of grace of a company that professes to work with churches and such. Hello Tithely! Pros Nothing! We tried another system and really enjoy their system. Cons The lack of grace this company has for churches is beyond ridiculous. Reason for choosing Pushpay We didn't!
