Pros

Great Value for the money and contains many small business manufacturing and kitting features that are usually only available in larger, more expensive types of software.

Cons

Shipping integration isn't the best compared to other options out there. Software can also have quite a bit of a learning curve at first.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, we had to learn how to use new features, but support helped quickly.

Pros

The system is very simple, and the customer service is phenomenal.

Cons

I have not complaints about ERPAG. The system provides exactly what we need to maintain control of our custom production.

Great - still on trial version, we still got certain issues to solve, but highly consider purchase once issues are sorted

Great functionality at a fraction of the cost of typical ERP

Cons

Cannot intergrade with Quickbooks desktop , only allows integration with Quickbooks online.

Takes some time to get the ropes, but it looks like a great comprehensive ERP software to me.

Pros

It has lots of features and can handle both discret and process manufaturing plus the integration with QuickBooks that is a must in our case.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep precisely because it has a great deal of features and reports to explore.

Once I got into the way of it, it helped with exactly what we were looking a software to do. It is however much more indepth than we need, so a lot of the features have gone unused

Pros

Covers everything from quotation through to despatch and the document designer helps customise how everything looks

Cons

Not everything seems to be where you would expect it to be, I've had to use the "how to" guide a few times and even that didn't help. A bit of trial and error is needed

Would like to see customer service spend more than 45 min with me to help me get set up. Feel like they were rushing, but great service overall.
