Honestly, their team is incompetent and definitely won't make your business any of their worries. I have used Peek for a couple of years until I couldn't take it with their lack of professionalism and finally switch with FareHarbor as my online booking and couldn't be happier of this decision!

Pros

We were one of their first customers. They were good the first few months and on top of everything but after the first year it was the end of the world!

Cons

They barely reply to their email or return phone calls. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They are not professional at all. Their chargeback department is the worst one ever. They have lost every single of my chargeback even thought I have ALWAYS provided them of: a copy of the credit cardholder driving license, signed waiver, completion invoice...and proof that the customer came to our facility and used our services. Customer support representative has no idea what they are doing andthey will be getting back to you once a month when they feel like it! Nobody in this company will take care of your business.

I love this software and company! They truly have saved me 25 hours a month and I have been using the software daily for 3 years. The online booking has increased my business by 30%. The SFWE is easy to use and their customer support is great.

Pros

The online calendar, the money transfer, the customer support and the trip advisor followup

Cons

I have used the software for 3 years and some features that I wanted were not seen as a priority although they have been addressed now

We employ close to twenty tour guides; the vast majority of whom are college history professors in addition to other professional staff, for 10 different walking, tavern, and riverboat cruises in the greater Philadelphia region. We have been voted best city tour on the PHL 17 Hotlist each year since our founding five years ago, and have been featured in a number of prominent media outlets including local radio, and nationally on Travel Channel. In searching out the most cost-effective and efficient administrative support to assist with regard to our scheduling, phone systems, ecommerce, website development, SEO, and various other business support systems we have narrowed the multiple tasks down singularly to Peek Professional; hands down. Customer service both to our staff and customers has remained top-notch and swift. Trainings have been provided complimentary on request to our staff, making early transitioning to their scheduling system and calendar seamless'and suggestions made by us for small improvements to their already intuitive system we have seen implemented. Enough positive things could not be said about every aspect of working with them since we have partnered together'and no amount of inquiry from sales reps of competitor companies with whom we have worked in the past or researched prior to moving to Peek could persuade us away from what has been a profitable, professional, and thus far nearly flawless relationship with a company who is well staffed, diligent, and has time and again proved to go to every length in providing the most solid and comprehensive services in the industry. It is fair to say that Peek Professional services have not been merely 'good,' or 'very good:' but have been nothing short of 'exceptional' in every capacity.

### "It's totally worth it..."

Pros

We are from Central America, by far we were looking for a tour operator software that would adapt to our tours, and the payment was quick and easy. As you will know in our region it is somewhat difficult to develop a reliable system for our clients. We had rough times here. No clients showing interest in doing tourism especifically in Honduras. For this reason we chose Peek Pro, it is reliable, we can update the information of our tours in real time, the payments are received a few days later after we served the tours, they are working so hard in new features that can be applied to our business and the most important thing is managed by humans. Now, we are on the way to have better ROI, it´s a relief to have a good tool to promote our business.

They have the activities bookings nearly perfected. Make sure to communicate correctly and learn the dashboard.

Pros

They have the technology needed to make complete your bookings. Their system has very few errors. You can instantly refund any customer through the app. This is the company that also received all of ZOZI's best before they went out of business.

Cons

Do not think they can help all of your problems; you have to remember that you are a partner with them and they can not read your mind. If you are the type of business person, who does not take responsibility for your actions? You will not work well with them.

We have a teaming building activities business and all I can say is, there was life before peek pro and life after peek pro. The amount of value that is added to your business for the cost that is associated with the platform, there is no better software or team of people out there for your ROI.

Pros

Simple, easy to use, great team backing you up as an extension of your own organization.

Cons

Sometimes the accounting on deposits can be a bit off when it comes to sales tax but once whole payment goes though everything seems to work out.

Pros

While searching for booking software I looked into Fare Harbor but I heard about Peek through another local surf camp that was using Peek. My experience with everyone from the sales team to onboarding to training has been great so far and it's been better than my expectations. I've found Peek to be very easy to use both in the front end for the booking flow and the back end for building it. The rentals platform is been great so far and it's only going to get better once the addons get working on it. I'm very likely to recommend PeekPro to a friend or colleague.

Cons

When I was looking into different softwares, it was clear Peek was the best one for rentals. I haven't been disappointed

La experiencia mientras todo funcionó fue muy buena. A raíz del COVID-19 Peek dejó de transferirme el dinero de mis ventas y ha retenido mi dinero por más de 4 meses. El personal de atención no resuelve nada y solamente dicen que lo van a revisar.

Pros

El software funciona bien, las reservas se hacen facilmente y todo lo técnico funciona.

Cons

Definitivamente la atención a partners es pésima; no resuelven los problemas y se comportan de manera muy sospechosa. Definitivamente no recomendaría este software por esa parte.

Pros

This software is very user friendly and cusomizable. Great customer service too. We are able to book multiple varied trips - update or adjust the trips in an instant. People can book online or direct with us. Also takes the payment - cuts down on closing at the end of the day. Just a great product!

Cons

Not able to delete some unused activities ourself - however they will do it for you. If there is an issue with payments - we are unable to look in the back end to see if the payment went thru, however again - they have helped us over the phone.

Pros

The software is intuitive and easy to learn; the Peek team members are all super helpful and knowledgable.

Cons

I couldn't edit some of the automations that are default/standard across the system to better support my business/needs.

Even if I can't figure out how to do something, no problem. I open a chat and voila a real person instantly is right there with me.

Cons

Navigation is not as intuitive as it could be. Sometimes I can't just find what I need, but that's where their awesome customer service saves the day.

Peek simplifies our reservation process dramatically with easy online booking.Client information is entered and on file. Customizable reminder emails provide a huge advantage. More clients arrive on time and fully prepared so the tour is better for everyone.

Cons

I didn't see any noteworthy cons. New features would be nice.

Works for what I need, I check the lesson information in the event and all is there, really easy to click. Sometimes I get too many notices of an event but that's settings my admin placed. Works perfect for what I use and I would recommend for someone using it for scheduling people remotely.

Pros

Its easy to use, I get my scheduled lessons in peek, it's reliable to give notices, all the information is in each schedule and it is nice to have everything automated.

Cons

the design has definitely some room for improvement, the user experience though works, seems like you are betatesting. Takes a while to update and show new events in the calendar. Scrolling sometimes is not user friendly, you may pass an event without seeing it correctly.

More sales and more time to guide, instead of in the office.

Pros

I like that I have the option to set up things on my website myself, and it's great to have customer support when I need help. Other advantages I like are the quality of widgets (makes our site look awesome), our ability to keep track of resources (guides, rentals, etc.), and the ease of sales (great timesaver in our office...we'd rather be guiding trips!).

Cons

The only cons I can think of are the occasional glitches that get fixed quickly when I message support.

It does what it needs to do.

Pros

The ability for customers to book activities via our website. We use the software as a reservation confirmation system. We check for availability in our flight scheduling system, then confirm the reservation and proceed with the reservation on our system. We use Peek PRO as a front end to our system.

Cons

No integration with our reservation system which is critical to our airline operations, so we use Peek PRO as front end and luv it!

Reason for choosing Peek Pro

Just because Peek PRO allowed you to verify reservations before confirming them and Safe Harbor did not, they would setup pools of helicopters and pilots and let them waterfall hopefully into place. Didn't feel comfortable with this approach.

Peek Pro has made my job so much easier! I have a very busy guided boat rental business in Florida with 2 locations. In season I was going out 3 times a day with 5 boats totaling 15 boats and 30 customers. I was handling all of this manually before Peek Pro which took up a lot of my time. Now, I drive people to my website and have them book online. Peek has places for me to communicate with the customer built right into the software. Customized (and better yet automated) booking confirmations, booking reminders, post trip feedback and review emails go out every time. I even get return emails from my customers thanking me for the tour and asking questions. My phone time booking and answering questions has decreased by about 75%. I love getting my new booking email immediately after my customers hit the booking button. Peek also sends automated emails and texts to my guides so they know who is coming and when so they can greet my customers appropriately. I use the reports feature a lot to see track sales and to identify the source to track marketing. The cost of the program is genius in that a small convenience fee is added to the customer (nothing to the business owner). I was skeptical, but I get very little resistance to the convenience fee (about 5%) and when I do I have the power to book manually so the customer doesn't have to pay the fee at all. My charge card fees to run credit cards was reduced by a half of percent with Peek's partner, Stripe doing all of the processing and they are timely with the deposits to my account. Overall I rate Peek a 4.8 out of 5 because they have a great product with great customer service and they continue to try to improve on everything they do for the customer and for the business owner. So far so good. Clearly will allow us to book more efficiently. As a customer I've used Peek to book shuttles. Works well.

Pros

Simplifying booking for our customers and our staff. All the information, most commonly asked questions are in front of customer and staff. No unnecessary chatter.

Cons

Some of the setup bits are not obvious. They are there but require some digging.

### "Intuitive for customers and administrators"

I'm getting more bookings, which increased my sales and also helps me plan ahead.

Pros

It's increasing my sales because it's much easier to use than the program I had previously. It also has an online gift card feature, which is something I've wanted to incorporate since opening 5 months ago, and people are already buying those! There are predetermined questions attached to bookings, which helps me to plan ahead as far as if I'll have new or returning customers and need to have waivers ready for them, if it's a special occasion, if they are interested in adopting a cat, etc.

Cons

The waiting period of 2-5 business days for the money to be credited to my bank account. I was not told this before signing up and didn't remember to ask. I also don't care for the fact that there are some things that I expected to be able to do or add on my own but they require authorization by someone working at Peek before they can be added.

### "Sometimes bigger than what I needed"

I found them as a fair deal for having only a fixed set up cost instead of motnly payments wich has let me think less about everymonth's payment. The functions are great but you need time to learn how to use them or update them.

Everyday they are improving their functionalities and thinking deep into the tour and activity industry

Cons

The amount of money you need to have a deposit in your bak can be big if you have a small company and you need your money fastly in your account in ordeer to operate

Peek’s tour platform is robust and only getting stronger, with regular updates rolling out to make our lives easier. It’s a clean, great looking website and app, with intuitive tools for everything you need, plus some stuff you didn’t know you needed. We're happy to be on board!

Pros

Great customer service and transparency. They’re willing to hear out their partners and take suggestions and ideas seriously. We’ve already seen great improvements in our time with Peek. The customer experience is better than other similar companies I’ve come across--it’s simple to book, without extra steps and screens. The calendar view looks great on mobile and desktop, and makes the checkout process a breeze.

Cons

No Android version as of press time (though I’m promised it is coming, and you can easily use Peek Pro’s website on mobile in a pinch)
