I have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our company has been in business for 42 years and it has been no small task setting up Peek Pro for us to be able to use it - I have found every team member to be helpful and knowledgable.

Pros

The online booking system has completely streamlined our reservation process. This allows us more time to focus on other aspects of the business and will be crucial come our busy season.

Cons

We have a large number of repeat customers, it would therefore be nice to have customer profile's automatically saved so that we can look up customers and see all of their information were they to return.

I found Peek Pro to be the easiest option to use.

Pros

This software was easy to get implemented. And start up support was great!

Cons

It has been really inconvenient to not be able to tailor reports for bookkeeping. Dislike that many features require a third party app (I.e., syncing booking to calendar).

I like it so much, that when I launched my new charter business in RI I naturally used them again! Pros

Seamless integration to our website, tracks our bookings and pays quickly...

Cons

Nothing, it works perfect and keeps track of all our bookings so we can concentrate on sailing!

### "Couldn't imagine my business without it."

Pros

We were with several of Peek's competitors but were always looking for a better fit. We have been with Peek now for several years and we aren't on the look out any more. We started with them shortly after they launched, and there were some growing pains at first but in retrospect, it is really stunning how much they have grown and how often they roll out new features and functionality. I have found through the years that if I have a need for the software to do something completely new, all it takes is for us to mention it to the Peek team, and fairly quickly our issues are addressed, and a solution is implemented. I have never worked with another team that is so responsive to customer suggestions. Peek is invaluable to our everyday operations and is so integral to our growth and my sanity that I could not imagine working without them.

Cons

My only complaint is that there are so many new features rolling out that sometimes I cannot keep up. However, I am aware that the issue may have more to do with my own issues and not be a reflection of Peek at all.

Peek Pro basically set it up behind sense. Not much for me to till the onboarding and learning part. Everything was expanded and understandable. Our onboarding person kept on us during the two week process to double check and triple check that we were comfortable this it all.

Pros

Simplicity, designed with our exact needs.

Cons

There is not much to not like. Maybe not have a direct account manager, but it hasn't been a big issue.

The payment processing is awful. And they dont seem to care about getting it fixed. I'm current waiting for 2 week on a payment that should have been here already.

We appreciate how this integrates with our website, and allows customers and employees to complete bookings. Our front desk team is able to increase efficiency, and have a more professional approach to customer reservations.

Pros

Peek Pro is easy for our employees to learn, and easy for customers to use when booking our services. Peek Pro's customer support team is always quick to answer our questions.

Cons

The gift card system needs to be updated. Only customers are able to buy gift cards, our employees are unable to help customers that want to buy it in person. We can do promo codes in place of gift cards, but it's not a great work around.

Reason for choosing Peek Pro

I've seen Fare Harbour on a competitor's website, and didn't appreciate the front end presentation. Peek Pro seems to have a better customer facing side.

Rental programs rely heavily on the support staff and ability to easily navigate. The superb support is what keeps loyal and the fact I feel my voice is heard for new features

The software currently lacks the ability to track service or hours of use for our product for maintenance but does allow to identify specific product at time of rentals

Cannot automatically extract signed waivers. Handling add on bookings is somewhat querky.

Peek makes everything so easy! It's a very intuitive program that was easy to learn and made such a huge difference for our business. Peek's customer service is also excellent, and anytime I've had a question or needed clarification, they've been incredibly helpful. If you're considering starting a business in this field, I can't recommend Peek enough!

Pros

It's just so easy to use! And it makes the business run so smoothly.

Cons

The only thing is that I would love if there was a tipping feature that we could integrate with the follow-up email sequence. I know there's one that you can add at the time of booking, but not sure if the feature can be used in the follow-up emails.

Pros

We had an account with Peek for a few years, but then due to the pandemic, we stopped using them. So when we wanted to resume tours, we did some shopping around, but turns out Peek was still going to be the best option for us. They were super helpful and could even reactivate our old account, so we did not have to start all over.

Cons

Nothing at this time, they were super easy to work with and made everything very easy to relearn.

We actually had peek in the past and swapped to fare harbor because it was a little bit cheaper and seemed like it could be a good product for us. It turned out being very clunky in the back end and we had a hard time with it.

Pros

Pretty much jack s#!+ I have very few good things I have to say about this app. Their customer service is beyond horrible, the app is not user-friendly, I am blown away that they have received so many positive reviews on this site. We are an escape room located in Delray Beach and just got done (thank God) using peek for a few months.

Cons

This software used to be called ZOZI Advance. Then their company back-end fell apart, and they were bought out by Peek. Peek discontinued the ZOZI app, and immediately released their own. It is an enormous pile of steaming donkey turds. We had so many problems using their software, logging into their software via a browser, using the app to book clients, using the app to recall previous bookings, on and on and on. However we stuck with them, because we were hoping that things would get better. We even voiced our concerns multiple times to customer service which fed us a bunch of BS saying that they would "forward it to the development team". Now I'm no dummy, and I realize things don't change overnight – but not even the slightest improvement or intention of an improvement was made during our multiple conversations with their customer service team. We will never use or refer them again.

Again, the customer support, ease of scheduling for our customers, ease of check in are all great! Highly recommended.

Pros

For small businesses or businesses just starting out the fact that there is no cost to the business is awesome! The small Peek fee is passed on to the customer. The design, customer support and implementation is all done by Peek. That is awesome, and they actually answer their phones.

Cons

Like any software they each have small features from an end user that you would like to see. For example their app is only Apple compatible. Cool thing about Peek is that you can request something to be changed and added, and they pass those thoughts and suggestions on to their development team.

Sales team was extremely helpful and honest, giving me an excellent overview of the capabilities of the software. They let me play with the software BEFORE the demo so I had time to figure things out and ask specific questions. Any time I had followup questions the onboarding/training support was lightning fast.

Pros

Easy to understand. Overall configurability. Excellent mobile app. Built in waivers. Built in reports. The ability to do point of sale. Full control of cancellations, refunds, emails, etc. Advanced pricing and availability rules. Potential to integrate with other marketing software. Ability to do manual bookings. The list goes on and on...

Cons

Sometimes things can be difficult to find. The placement of important/frequently used buttons needs to be re-thought out a bit. Sometimes when you delete things there are still references to it in other places, which then requires a bit of extra cleanup. It also would be helpful to have a small info button next to certain things that helps explain/teach the user.

We had initially left Peek searching for "more" a little over a year ago. When finding ourselves unhappy in our new platform, our owner suggested revisiting Peek and to our surprise, Peek had done major upgrades to their software and now offer a much more user-friendly software and a multitude of features!

Cons

No Cons, the process of adding products could be streamlined just to shorten the amount of time spent on it!

So far it has been quite a bit of work, but my clients say it's much easier than my previous set-up.

Pros

I switched to Peek Pro because they do not charge a monthly fee. I was tired of paying for services that were not creating conversions. They charge a percentage upon each sale which is little more than I already pay for PayPal or credit card fees. The team at Peek has been very helpful in guiding me as I set up the widgets and helping me when I struggle with the back-end. Generally, it does everything I need it to do, with some minor adjustments and work arounds.

Cons

The reports aspect lacks manipulation. I wish that I could choose how to view bookings based upon guides, dates, and classes all at once. They do not offer a subscription option so I have had to manually enter codes for all of my unlimited and package users. It is not the best for what I do, but I hope the developers can clean it up so it better serves my needs and keeps booking easy for my clients.

Pros

Peek Pro is going to help us stay organized, welcoming, and even financially sound.

Cons

The vocabulary used in the internal interface is not the same vocabulary we use, so it confuses me. I may be the only one. There's a huge learning curve, and the training was done by the trainer pointing out things in quick succession rather than me trying things as she guided. I didn't even know what questions to ask at the end of sessions, and mysteries I brought up in between still haven't really been answered. I have had to poke around a lot on my own and results from minute to minute vary widely. I've lost a lot of sleep.

I was poking around the internet for help and y'all noticed. I hadn't even gotten as far as finding other products. Your price was worth the risk.

I had a positive experience communicating with and setting up Peek Pro for my clients. They were all very helpful and made it as simple and easy process for a great price.

Pros

Peek Pro made it easy to setup a booking system for my client that worked with the features we needed (automated bookings, management of bookings, payment processing, etc).

Cons

My biggest gripe with peek Pro is something most inconsequential, but I wish the actual interface looked better. It works great, but it isn't the most beautiful looking booking system I have seen.
