Pros

The software has everything I need to run my office. I found it very easy to use and there are tutorials to review if I have any questions about anything. I looked at other software but everything else was far more expensive.

Cons

I haven’t found any cons. If you can work with ease and pick things up quickly, this shouldn’t be too difficult to learn.

They have no clear idea of how to treat a customer. After paying for and spending time trying to get to know the product, I realized that it's complete lack of customization (you can't even change questions in the intake forms) left it useless to me. I found another product that, even though takes much effort to setup, provides the ability to create a system that works exactly the way I want it to. After contacting chirofusion to cancel my service and ask for a refund since I hadn't even entered a single patient into the system, was outright refused and treated rudely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We always strive to provide superior customer service to all of our clients, which is reflective in the majority feedback we receive from our happy clients. It's unfortunate that in this isolated incident, such efforts fell short of expectations. Being that this client had yet to use the system, as stated in his review, the assertions made are false & inaccurate. Our Online Patient Intake Forms are fully customizable as is demonstrated in the short video found on our website. We are a company who believes in fair & ethical business practices, and it is unfortunate that this review was threatened upon us as leverage for a refund of already used services. I have been a hold-out at getting chiropractic EMR software because none of the ones I looked at had a lower learning curve. I have been in chiropractic practice 40 years so I am still struggling with the technology but ChiroFusion has made the learning curve a lot easier by their step by step notes that follow the logical sequence we encounter in practice. Also, ChiroFusion's support team made it easy and were extremely patient with this old chiropractor.

Pros

It is written for the chiropractic professional by a chiropractor so has all the nuances of a chiropractic practice built in.

Cons

Lack of graphics but for the price, I can live without that.

Overall; ChiroFusion has been a great tool to allow our office to be paperless.

Pros

The implementation process was fairly easy and uncomplicated. The customer service/help desk team has been amazing both at implementation and throughout use. I also love that you can submit software suggestions and that ChiroFusion reviews them and uses the feedback for future releases. I also love using that patients can schedule their appointments online which helps free up the front desk.

Cons

Would like more reporting options such as patient list by insurance plan or easy to run birthday list for the month.

### "I've tried them all . . ."

I've been a chiropractor for 25 years and I've tried lots of different software solutions over the years. Most times they end in aggravation. Chirofusion is easy to use and yes it probably needs to add a few features to make it perfect. It does most everything that we want. Right now I would just like to have a birthday list. I used to always send a birthday card to patients. Chirofusion is also the most affordable solution and their tech support is really fast and helpful.

Pros

Their tech support is great and the software is easy to use. It's affordable and the are adding features as we go along. They just added online registration for patients and that has been great.

Cons

Nothing that don't like, just a few things that could make using it a little faster.

Pros

ChiroFusion is straightforward and offers everything that I wanted in an EHR. I have been able to navigate the software without guidance easily and so with more training I know it will be a breeze! You can tell that this program was well thought through in its design and was created by a chiropractor. I love that the clearinghouse for my billing is attached and doesn't cost me any extra.

Cons

I haven't used it long enough to know what I like the least...but I can say that as a chiropractor just starting out and being the only doctor in my practice the pricing is good, but I really wish that text message reminders were included in the smaller package. I do not require the DC pro for my size practice as I am the only one even using the system and given that most people communicate via text now I feel that it should be part of every package that ChiroFusion has.

There is a cost associated with every text that is transmitted and the nominal amount we charge for texts, helps cover that cost. We do understand that starting out is a big venture, and we do offer a graduate discount to new docs! :)

I haven’t used out much yet but i have been doing the training and have i enjoyed out so far.

Pros

The organization is great to increase efficiency and reduce time spent charting.

Cons

It would be nice to have a package that includes all add in third party software or at least something that tells us everything that we will need to sign up for in order to have full integration

Pros

Love the interface and the processing of everything. Easy to use. In the beginning the tech support was amazing.

Cons

Too slow Really slow. Pulling up the billing tab takes about 2 minutes. This isn't my internet because anywhere I go it's soooooo slow. I've wasted hours waiting for pages to load. When it does it kicks me out and I need to relogin and start over. Intake forms don't integrate fully. Nothing is included for the price (text reminders, intake forms, support, POS) For a package of a month, I don't even get support. I realized for about 100 less a month I can get way more features and free tech support. Definitely, don't want to switch since I love the interface but ChiroFusion is expensive and slow. Wished there was a better way to keep track of specific adjustments. (membership discount, family etc.)

### "Not Ready for Busy Offices"

I got on board with ChiroFusion two months ago. The program seemed visually easy, and it is. It has potential, but it is not ready for busy offices. It took me a while to get it fully functioning at the office because I wanted to make it an easy transition from the program I am currently using. Throughout the learning weeks, I scheduled training sessions with support, and that went well. However, if you needed support for a specific problem that was happening at the office that day, you have to submit an email ticket and then they get back with you the next day. I was told by the owner, that as long as I had the support package, if I submitted a ticket asking for a call back, it would happen within two hours or that day. That never happened. The program is a little slow at times and buggy many times. The scheduler is incomplete and sometimes scheduled patients disappear from the screen if you accidentally move the mouse incorrectly over them. The accounting part, needs a lot of improvements, it has a lot of limitations, the financial bugs have not been worked out yet. They DO NOT offer a 1 month free trial, so I wasted $300 to realize, that this program is just not ready for a busy office. I might have stuck it out a little longer and tried to work out the bugs with them, but the customer service just was not there as promised and it was costing me $149 each month. When you are running a busy office and you need support, you do not want to wait until the next day to get it. This comment is in no way to hurt this company. This has been my experience with ChiroFusion and I hope they can get it together. As for me, this just did not come close to giving me peace of mind when it comes to what a management software is suppose to do.

Our office loves it and I don't know what we'd do without it most days.

Pros

Super easy top work with and access from any computer on the internet.

Cons

Would be nice to have a separate intake and SOAP note for on staff massage therapists and physical therapists each client. They currently have to use a different software for their sessions and notes.

Pros

There is a lot to love about chirofusion, it is great to help get you organized and able to produce good complete SOAP notes.

Cons

I wish there were more options for deleting too much extra categories for techniques, listings, or tests.

It does exactly what we need it to and it has really been easy to transition to this software from a different one.

Pros

I like that it is web based so you don’t have to download any software or do software updates and you can access it from anywhere. It is easy to learn and navigate. We are just starting to use this software in the clinic I am working in and plan on using it full time in place of a different software and so far we like it.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about this software it is exactly what our clinic was looking for.

Pros

This software turned out to be my best purchase of 2021. As a sole practitioner for the past 35 years, I so appreciate the ease of transition into your chiropractic software from my previous program. My whole software management experience is now completely streamlined and has made practicing fun again. For someone not too computer savvy... patient intake, SOAP notes, electronic billing etc. have never been easier.

Cons

Reports can only be generated for a 60 day period - would like to see annual statistics.

The design layout is elegant. The user experience is amazing and the user-friendliness is great. You can tell a lot of thought and effort has been placed on developing the ChiroFusion software. My only regret is not choosing this software sooner!
