Pros The software is rather easy to use even for an illiterate like myself. Cons There are a few pull down menus I would change to more closely follow Medicare guidelines. I also have not yet sent an e-bill so I will be contacting ChiroFusion soon for guidance. Reason for choosing ChiroFusion The main reason for my choice was that Chirofusion is web based. I do like that the team encourages ideas from us as to what to add next. Cons Its a little less intuitive but once you learn it its fine. Major usage is good but is still in the process of fine tuning the little things. They answer all the questions I have and their help center answers most the of questions you may have. Pros It is easily to use with billing, scheduling and accessing it outside the office. I would never switch to another software unless their became an issue with insurance. Cons Customer service is on demand only for certain packages. This is my 3rd set up of software. I use to work in software implementation for 10 years before I went into chiropractic so I tend to be picky. Pros The EMR and billing were developed together so there isn’t data issues with changes to coding and billing. Cons The Software looses data. The online intake is flawed. If the patient hits the tabs instead of save you loose all that valuable data needed to asses the patient. Same issue throuout the software. The pages don't automatically save data or warn you you are about to loose data if you don’t save. Reason for choosing ChiroFusion Newer development on a newer platform so it should be functional and effective for years to come. And they have access to link to your computer so you can show them what issues you have. Pros I like the features it has its very convenient it shows everything on the first page. Cons patient names, it would be nice if you could put the last name then a comma after wards with the first initial of the name and it would pull up. We don't like it how you have to scroll to find the patient. Billing we don't like how if you need to delete a insurance payment you have to delete several checks before that. Pros ChiroFusion is definitely easier and more efficient than other software I've used in the past. Nicely laid out, easy to navigate, well designed for a wellness chiropractic office. Cons I'm still a relatively new user, and can't think of anything that needs improvement at this time. Have to pay extra to talk to someone even if it is an issue with the way the software itself is set up. Can do what other software companies do but makes it easy to use and pleasing to look at while doing it. Cons Some pages I would like there to be easy access to other information on those pages. For example, when talking to an insurance about a patients billing I need to have certain information and do not want to have to go to different screens to do so. Cons Not being able to add additional notes on the SOAP notes where I can see the comments.
