### "One stop shop"

We have only begun using them, but so far our experience with customer service has been great and the software is very user friendly.

Pros

I chose this software for its integrations. We had been using 3 different systems IN ADDITION to looking up EOB's on over 6 different websites for our daily operations. This software allows me to perform all daily functions from one location. They made it easy to transition to our new software by importing our extensive patient list. And, the 6 hours of one-on-one training gave me the confidence to utilize the system right away.

Cons

My biggest complaint with the schedule is that when a patient cancels their appointment they do not disappear from the schedule. It would be great if they removed them from the schedule and kept a report in the background on who cancels. I would also like to see patient's names change numbers as they are checked in/out so that it is easier to follow on the schedule. Not big downfalls, but certainly things I would like to see improved.

I liked the ability to choose a monthly contract to make sure it was a good fit for the office without locking in to long term contracts. I also chose them for their integrations.

Our office’s experience has been very pleasant. We have no remorse for making the switch.

Pros

As the office manager, a software that has the ability to keep me on task with billing and scheduling is of the utmost value. This is what I love most about ChiroFusion! The software is extremely easy to use and the training provided to help you get there is top notch.

Cons

If I had to express a concern it would be the inability for patients of the same family to share a common family email account. The team took this feature request to heart and hopefully it will be something we see in the future. Other than that, we are very happy!

What really helped solidify our decision was the CEO taking the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!). He was very forthcoming with his answers and was extremely patient. This spoke volumes to us!

Thanks to Chirofusion, I'm able to easily keep track of our AR's and outstanding balances. That's very important for a small business like ours. I like that we can set up our own insurance companies instead of relying on a third party to make sure it's done correctly.

Pros

I like that you're able to log in anywhere in the world. I've used this in Hawaii, Cancun and California... I'm based in Oregon. I like how easy it is to use on the billing side. Very legible for all our patients

Cons

I don't like the autodebit portion. I don't like that I have to sit by the calendar to make sure everyone who newly signs up for autodebit services on the same day get charged or else I'll have to call and apologize for not setting them up, for instance if I'm out of town and cannot get to it even though their sign up sheet has been on my desk for almost a month.

I have been a certified medical biller for more than 20 years and have owned my own billing company for the past 14 years. I have used many different billing software products over the the years and can honestly say that ChiroFusion is at the upper end of the various software we have used to bill for our chiropractic clients. The software is web-based which makes it easy for us to manage our client accounts regardless of where they are located. Many of the day-to-day billing tasks like claims generation and payment posting are automated which saves time. The integrated clearinghouse makes claims submission and tracking a breeze! There's also a good variety of reports to track the financial health of the practice.

Pros

Automated claim generation and payment posting. Fully integrated clearinghouse. Friendly and knowledgeable support staff. Supports both cash and insurance-based practices.

Cons

We manage a large volume of billing accounts. It would be nice to be able to manage all of these from one central location.

As an associate chiropractor and now an owner of my own practice, I've used various EHRs in my career thus far, such as eFuturehealth, ChiroTouch and Eclipse, Practice Fusion to name a few, and Chirofusion wins by far! It has truly streamlined our billing and documentation to a perfection that is all at the doctor's fingertips, and not switching back and forth to other programs/sections within the software to get what you need. It allows the doctor(s) to reduce the need for a huge billing staff constantly motioning the clearinghouse because Chirofusion has it already integrated into their system and the software flows perfectly. Their documentation for doctors makes notes simple, accurate, affordable, and efficient. I am so glad I chose them for the foundation of my EHR and I recommend you do the same!

Pros

Efficient, Excellent software flow with documentation, and billing. Very customizable. Affordable. Great customer service.

Cons

Can very rarely be slow because its cloud/internet based. Could use more selections for the doctors to choose from in the notes taking/documentation process.

Content. Much better than me previous software for the business.

Pros

User interface easier for all staff members.

Cons

Ala carte services dramatically increase the monthly cost which I did not feel was clearly advertised. Made a business decision based on financial expectations. Original budget to actual budget was not even close to the same after finding out the actual functions I needed verse what I thought I was going to pay for. ie- adding another schedule for provider and adding another schedule for non-provider. These two factors alone increased my monthly expense which was an unexpected curveball.

Overall the experience has been good. However it does get frustrating when you can add on things like online scheduling and text reminders through a 3rd party at a fraction of a cost of going through the software

Pros

The cost and simplicity of use are a big plus.

Cons

Everything is an add-on, so you have to pick and choose carefully. Otherwise the costs will very quickly increase

Overall we have been pleased with ChiroFusion Complete Practice Management software. It is a good fit for our practice, and we plan to continue using this program for many years.

Pros

This software is easy to use. The transition from our previous software went smoothly and it didn't take long at all to learn the ins and outs of ChiroFusion. It is logically laid out, and the customer support and training made transitioning easy. The program does everything we need it to do, and I appreciate the ability to log in from different locations to access the information when needed.

Cons

We chose to manually enter our patient information when transitioning, which is never an enjoyable process.

Chirofusion has been easy to implement and start using. I love that it is web based and can be accessed from anywhere. The best part is we no longer have to use multiple screens, there is only one screen to navigate!

Cons

There are a couple of things that could make the software a little more user friendly, no software is perfect. ChiroFusion has a place to go to recommend updates and add-ons to constantly improve their software!

Pros

Pros: I love that it is specific to chiropractors. It is quite detailed but does not take a lot of time to chart notes (apart from the initial exam). Cons: I do not like the way insurance is entered into the system. It can get very frustrating entering the insurance companies and it does not save your information as you go along. I have had to enter insurance information, patient information more than once. It can be very frustrating and time consuming.

Cons

ntering insurance information. I understand it is linked with Office Ally but I was using Practice Fusion prior to this and their method was so easy and seamless. This however, is not.

Making starting up a practice much easier!

Pros

The software is very simple to navigate in terms of going from scheduling to documentation to billing. I like how everything can be color coded and organized to your liking! The email and text reminder system as well is super useful!

Cons

The only aspect of the software that is somewhat troublesome is having to jump from tab to tab to complete notes. Also, it is very difficult to go back to notes to add things in if you made a mistake!

We do have a pretty quick draw with our support service response time... and we're quite proud of it too ;) Our reporting module guides you from beginning to end and provides you with the opportunity to easily omit tabs/sections that are not relevant in certain reports. You do have the ability to edit a recently signed note and our reporting module supports good practices should a Doctor ever be audited. We'd like to think of ourselves as being two steps ahead at all times :)

Pros

The note taking and transfer to the billing is pretty seamless and easy. It makes making detailed notes easier than any software I have used in the last 6 years. There are a few outdated fields that need to be addressed, but nothing that takes a couple seconds in order to finish a note.

Cons

The initial training is almost useless, they just go over the training manual and videos that is offered for free, but the worst part is they show you on a demo account and not actually on your own login account to make sure it is setup correctly, which I thought was extremely unhelpful. I would be guessing they do this so that you need to call and pay for additional support later, if you don't have the full package. If you have used any EHR/EMR software before it is pretty easy to setup without the initial training.

Fantastic! And \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], our Billing Specialist, is amazing and a half. She has helped us tremendously in a short period of time.

Pros

Almost everything since the update has become easier, especially navigating the insurance and billing account for visits and products. I love that people can make their own appointments online. Overall it is extremely user friendly, I honestly like it better than ChiroTouch now!

Cons

Before the update, I could click on an appointment to add a note, change the nature of the appointment, the time, etc. Now I have to redo the entire appointment to do any of those things. I really miss that feature. Otherwise, the default insurance alert is helpful, but if a patient is cash pay, I wish there was a way to link their case to cash pay so the default reminder would go away.

Cons

Offices are never notified about the updates. Templates and added items should automatically transfer when adding another doctor under the same office.

My experience with ChiroFusion is a wonderful .

Pros

The software is so simple to use. The scheduling tab is clearly marked and easy to understand. I like how I can color code all my appointment options. The billing tab is straight forward ease to make changes in the billing if a mistake is made. Easy to navigate through the tabs and the screens. I also enjoy not having to call every time that I have a question due to the video library of helpful videos.

Cons

The one thing that I dislike about the software is being able to use the same email address for multiple family members.

Pros

The look of the overall program is good.

Cons

Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow. We have 200MB service and it has to think for several seconds for every keystroke. Sometimes it even stops working all together. Really pathetic. Confusing steps to get things done quickly. Should autosave. Having to press save or all your work just disappears is asinine. No way to customize most of the drop down menus. The approved charges and signing notes procedures are totally unnecessary and should be streamlined.

It would be nice to have more control over the online scheduling. I tried it, but could not make it work in my office environment. Also, it would be nice to have a billing report by insurance company that would break down payments by CPT code.

Pros

It is easy to document daily notes after setting up the initial examination.

Cons

The inability for a patient to enter their own subjective information.

I have increased our overall income from insurance billing using this software and decreased the amount of time spent submitting bills by having everything I need in one place.

Pros

The support and training I receive online. The staff is always prompt and courteous when I need support or have questions. The training videos cover every aspect of the software, support is only needed when insurance companies make changes or patients do not update us with there billing information.

Cons

I would like some additional options for running reports, such as separating the UAC report from the Patient Aging Report.
