Pros

ChiroFusion is very user-friendly and they have a great customer support team. It's important to have your questions answered in a timely manner when running a business and that is exactly what you get with ChiroFusion.

Cons

A lot of the areas that needed improvement have been updated recently. There is nothing I can think of at the moment that is a major inconvenience.

I've been using ChiroFusion for a few months. I think they have a great platform, and can improve upon it even further. I would recommend this more to a smaller, one-two doc practice, and in fact I just did, but it becomes pretty expensive when you have multiple practitioners that are all part time. I think they should have a max price per practice if you have more than say 3 practitioners. I really look forward to them hopefully implementing some feature requests that I suggested.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to learn (at least for doctors), a bit more difficult for front office (billing, etc) Web based, no need to store info in your computer. Access anywhere. Quick response from support team when you have questions. Built in credit card plug in. Ability to do recurring charges for plans if that's what you do.

Cons

\-Inability to add/edit things you want, such as, adding an ortho exam if they don't have it. -Lack of feature request implementation: if you want something added to it, not likely going to happen. -Expensive when you have multiple doctors. If you have a doc in your practice coming in 1 or 2xweek, you still have to pay the full price to be able to bill under them. -Apparently, inability to export all your patients data (med history) with a click of a button if you want to leave. You have to click on each pt and export data individually. Imagine if you have 2K+ patients, exporting one by one! -Only good for chiros, no acupuncture built in format. (though you can type your own and paste into forms) -No built in PI report format. -No built in addendum format.

### "Chirofusion software"

Pros

Chirofusion is very user friendly and intuitive. It is very easy for me to enter a patient's data during their appointment which saves me time overall. The fact that it is web based is also great. It updates automatically without any effort or wait time on my part. I can also access it on any computer or tablet that has the internet which is incredibly convenient. Chirofusion's customer service is wonderful. They have helped our office through any issue we have and will even call outside of regular business hours if needed.

Cons

The only feature I wish were present is an extended neurological testing section. I am certified through the ICPA and see many children. The documentation is much different and it would be wonderful if the software included more wellness and neurological markers in the same way that they include the orthopedic testing.

Pros

Chirofusion generates more thorough notes when compared to other similar EHR systems that I have worked with. Navigation within the system is relatively easy and saves us time and effort while treating patients.

Cons

More access to training for new employees / users. Ability to edit notes more easily (if SOAP is accidentally saved as exam, etc.)

Love being paperless.

Pros

Very user friendly. We had staff untrained on the software jump right on and use it. Good price point for the software and love that it is cloud based.

Cons

I don’t like how text messaging is an extra cost as well as another location. Adding another service address with the same providers shouldn’t double the monthly cost. We would like more options for reports and exporting patient lists.

I liked the newness of the company and the overall attitude when I spoke to the owner. It was nice speaking to the owner vs a rep etc. I like that it is chiropractor owned and they listen to suggestions.

Great program, easy to use and very Functional for our reporting needs.

Pros

EHR is simple to use, intuitive and quick to learn. Able to bring in macros for commonly used statements. Support is awesome and will respond by phone within 45 min of request. Billing is easy as the procedures are automatically added.

Cons

Would like to see the reports section expanded. Was advised that this is in the works and will be part of the next update.

The building side can take a little bit to get used to but once you have an understanding it is quite simple and easy to follow up with statements, claims, and insurance.

We, like many other practices, were stuck with overpriced, overly complicated and bloated software simply because it's what we had grown comfortable with over the years. What made us consider a change was the constant need for pricey updates, compliance issues, server costs and an ongoing cost for tech support. When the search for an alternative began, ChiroFusion kept coming up as a truly viable alternative so we requested a demo and were blown away by the friendliness, responsiveness and knowledge of ChiroFusion's staff. Within a week we were trained and up an running with our new software. If we ever have a question support is included and very responsive to our requests and the constant improvements means the software just keeps getting better! We now save over 70% monthly in operating costs and are a leaner and more responsive practice that can spend all of our time on patient care and none of our time dealing with software and technical issues.

Pros

Ease of use, exceptional support, low costs, every feature a chiropractor may need is integrated and automated. Once a patient is set up you can go from entering SOAP noted to filing a claim in under 3 minutes; we've timed it!

Cons

Nothing really because if you ever have a problem support is very responsive and if you have a suggestion and they like it ChiroFusion will integrate it usually within a month.

I like the drop down menu as well as the easy click to fill options. It is nice that you can create your own care plans and save them as well as add in options that Are not already listed.

Cons

Sometimes the scrolling is weird and some details may be off but overall good

The other companies were either an older technology, or when the sales person presented the EHR to me it was a power point for a gynocologist- I am a chiropractor, and when I questioned what were the features- I was told everything would be customize- able! Just did not make sense at all-If I were the salesmanager that person would be put on probation or fired. How had is it to make a power point presentation for each health care provider? Kareo did not think that was important. The other EHR, I spoke with did not call me back for over 1 week- this was the CEO of the company.

Its been a breeze. The onboarding training is extremely helpful and thorough as well as all the training material they have to reference. For questions, you can search for info, check the manual or watch videos. So many options.

Pros

I like how its all in one program with very easy to use features. You can tell it was designed by chiropractors for chiropractors because of the easy of use.

Cons

The only change I would like would be able to customize the room names that you check patient's into.

### "Best software I’ve used yet!"

This is been one of the best decisions that I have made for the future of my business. I love that this is a cloud-based system it is going to allow me to move around with ease and complete my notes at home after a long day of seeing patients. I like that the management and the staff that work for customer service are wonderful at what they do very responsive and excellent at giving training sessions. The owner of the company even personally called me to see if I needed anything !

Pros

I love how easy it is to create a well organized note with detailed exams. Once you learn the software it’s incredibly easy to create an exam and a note. I like how each section flows very well. I like the ability to customize and utilize macros with in the comments sections. I really like how all of the orthopedic tests and neurological exam is built in note. I love that it is cloud-based and I can go anywhere to do my note !

Cons

It would be nice to be able to create more templates within different sections of the exam or the soap note, for instance if you have a protocol that you do for neck pain or headaches maybe there could be a template for the objective section just for headaches and therapies you provide for headaches

great overall, Simple, easy to use, friendly staff, they really care about saving you money and helping you be successful.

Pros

Easy to use, fast responses from customer service.

Cons

Inability to be logged into the same account on more than one computer. I am one practitioner but i go back and forth between rooms so we are going to try the ipad options but sometimes its easier to have a check in system and computer. Also, not a fan of users being attached to emails. not sure how this will work for older folks without and email, kids, families, etc. Still learning the software so far.

There's a lot of super techy stuff that goes on behind the scenes, and the unique patient email address allows for a fully integrated sync and importing of patient intakes and online scheduling. Patients with minors can add a child as an alias to their account. I will be sure to have a specialist reach out and assist on this one! Also, users can automatically log into multiple devices throughout the practice and you can have multiple users all logged in at the same time. The security feature that you reference regarding user login, is one that many EHR's implement. This crucial aspect supports privacy compliance and ensures that no one has the ability to access your patient data when you walk out of the room. It simply requires a user to logout of one session, before logging into another. Compliance = Passing Audits = Getting Paid = Win/Win for all!

I do enjoy chirofusion very much. It is very useful and helpful to me. It has made my life much easier

Pros

That the software is web based and I can pull it up anywhere I have internet access without downloading software to my computer

Cons

Billing. I dislike the redundancy of steps needed to make a payment. I see the reasons why it is implemented, but being that I have a cash practice and services are due at the time of service there are way too many steps to get approve charges, get to the billing page and type in the needed information. I would also like to see a overall billing page that shows everyone that has a balance owed and you can easily pick who you want to charge from that list without just having to remember whos file to go to. Also when I charge say $50 dollars to a person, its over kill in my type of practice to type in $50 on the left column then again in the daily charge after selecting the date I want to charge. It should just automatically go to patient account without being so specific to which date and CPT they are paying for

Fantastic! I have been using EMR in one form or another since 2001. This is by far the easiest and most comprehensive

Pros

Ease of setup and use. Took very minimal training to become proficient. Speed of use; charting is done in seconds. Constant upgrading and improving to make a better and better product

Cons

I have no real drawbacks. Customer support is quick. usually within a few hours. Ease of use leads to not really need support unless its something way weird
