Love it! Very easy to use and it makes tracking so much easier for reimbursement.

Pros

Scanning or emailing a credit card receipt and splitting it between people or facilities is so convenient!

Cons

I wish it would split the amounts automatically without me having to play with the amounts to try and get it to balance.

it has a bit too many features for my simpler needs, which can sometimes challenge usability // when i was in cambodia and all receipts had both USD and cambodian riel prices listed, zoho sometimes read it as Hong Kong Dollars?

I like that I can add expenses through the zoho expense app in my phone for ease of tracking and taking photos of my receipts.

Depending on how zoho is set up by the administration but there can be errors that can delay reimbursement.

A little frustrating. I contacted customer service and they did not get back to me. Admitedly, that was on the weekend but better customer service would be to have someone available as alot of people also submit expenses on weekends.

I can upload receipts for expenses on my phone

Cons

I can't figure out how to categorize my expenses. FOr example, I have grouped them all in the months they were purchased but I do not know how to see them all by month and overall for all months.
