Pros

It's an easy way for my staff to clock in mileage. I also like the fact that it's easy to integrate with Zoho CRM.

Cons

It's a little bit pricey, especially as I need two users - one for my staff to enter in the expenses, and another for me to approve as his manager.

Pretty happy right now. As we continue using it and understanding everything that it can do, I think it will help the company stay on budget!

Pros

The ability for the receipt scan and not having to keep up with all of them!

Cons

Still getting used to some of the functions but there isn't anything that I hate or can't adjust how I do something.

Ease of access and integrations wit hother zoho apps. It is also good that there is ease of camera to upload expense recipt

Cons

flexibity to recod expenses from other entities and categorization is confusing.

I am mostly satisfied but feel that there are cheaper and less cumbersome ways to track business expenses.

Pros

It makes it easy to produce expense reports in a timely manner that are accurate. Zoho also allows for easier integration of payment/business cards so transferring receipts and statements into expense reports becomes much simpler.

Cons

The cost for the service seems to go up whilst new features don’t really seem necessary at times. I preferred when the software was not bogged down by clunky integrations.

Good product but very difficult to cancel membership. product is well thought out and up-to-date however not satisfied..

Cons

It’s nearly impossible to cancel the membership. I’ve called Customer Service and emailed and after six months still no cancellation.

There was definitely a learning curve, but after running our team through the process, it seems to be a very easy way for everyone to submit expense reports in a timely manner.

Pros

Easy for my team to submit reimbursement requests, regardless of their technical background.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve when navigating "trips" vs "reports" vs "expenses"

The overall experience has been good, with an easy learning curve. It's allowed me to keep all of my expenses in one place and easily findable.

Pros

I can keep and organize all of my receipts related to my business and categorize them. Plus I enjoy that it allows you to have photos.

Cons

I don't have anything that I have found that I dislike about Zoho Expense so far. But I'll keep you updated.

excellent OCR Minimal manual entry excellent integration with books extremely cost-effective trip planning really good for authorisations

Cons

slightly convoluted onboarding reconciliation process for company debit card expenses is complicated but fine once it is understood trip planning could be templated to make life easier

easy to use, very handy and useful. The reports are great also and well performed for the organization of the expenses

Cons

more features. Less conditions to add them and also a larger period for the paid app. It was too short, specially for the ones who travel a lot. The scan feature is not that great

can put my overall experience in a couple of words as it is a user-friendly platform. I am a big fan of their feature to upload bills to Zoho and the amazing thing about it is that it scans each and everything from the bill, very clearly like the transaction number, amount, name of the payer, date and time etcetera. So, I can say that it is one of the best expense management tools

Pros

There are a lot of features in Zoho Expense however, the most liked feature of Zoho Expense is Zoho Extension which allows you to take screenshots from emails or messages and those screenshots get directly uploaded to zoho. It's also a feature that can exclude a personal transaction, automatically remember the expense, and remove it automatically. Travel expenses can be added based on mileage and per diem

Cons

I like everything in Zoho expenses except the reporting part which is not very customizable. It's user-friendly, however, for someone new who could get confused by the interface because it could be complex for beginners. mobile is not properly synced with the tool.
