Easy to adopt, easy to set, easy to learn, friendly to employees to work with. More flexibility on tax will be better.

Pros

intuitive interface and flow based operation logic. easier to adopt for new user and lower the cost of education

Cons

a lot of jump from page to page, a little bot two many layers of the interface, a more friendly extent or sidebar could help more with the use.

Not yet found anything. Maybe interface. Also there should be better on boarding process I feel. expense

The app is amazingly easy to use and super intuitive.

Cons

Categorizing receipts on the app is not as easy as it could be. Wish I could just pay for one log in.

Cons

So many great features, so a longer trial period is absolutely essential. More considerations for access for admin users would also be helpful.

No major cons. I wish the categorisation on autoscan was a little more automated. But I'm new enough to the app.

My overall experience has been phenomenal! Zoho Expense has made my business accounting work so much less daunting (dare I even say... easy?)!

Pros

I love how Zoho makes it easier to keep up with my business receipts and expenses. It historically has been such a pain looking for and compiling those for my accountant every tax season, but Zoho has made something I have long dreaded, so much easier to do! Namely, keeping up with, storing, and categorizing my expenses / receipts!

Cons

I truly just hate that I didn't learn of Zoho Expense much sooner!

Zoho expense is a great tool and comes with great support.

Pros

Their tool seems very intuitive for users and admins. I really appreciate how they have multiple ways to send expenses to the system (email, auto-scan, and manual upload) They also have extremely fast support response time!

Cons

The only downsides I've seen so far is that they had a feature for Point to Point Mileage tracking by putting in your start and end points to determine miles, but I was told by support that this feature only exists on iOS (this should be disclosed somewhere on their site, but it is not).

The pricing structure made the most sense. We didn't do a trial of Fyle, just compared features.

Huge price jump by Certify. Their pricing model is based on $/expense report whereas Zoho Expense is a $/user which works so much better for us.

Auto scan makes organizing and inputting receipts a breeze, and I love that I'm able to have all 3 of my businesses under one account.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I don't like. Although I wish a few more auto scans were allowed each month with my level of subscription.

So far the customer support has been top notch during my trial period and very happy with how much customization there is. I am implementing this as a tool for a company that bills customers based on time and materials

Zoho was great for submitting expenses and it has great organizational tools for monthly submittance.

Cons

Zoho was a little overcomplicated with it's expense reporting. It pales in comparison to other expense reporting platforms.

Receipt Auto Scan feature is just perfect. So far it has made it easier for us to keep track of expenses along with receipts earlier it used to be very cumbersome dealing with excel sheets and receipts separately.

Cons

No cons, but just a suggestion to make the app more user friendly for Android Users. Also, inclusion of languages like Hindi.
