It is very easy and straightforward. My whole team can submit their reimbursable expenses and as the Admin, it is easy to track which reports I need to approve, which reports I need to reimburse, and which reports are still waiting on me. The cool thing about Zoho is that it also sends me reminders if there is a report waiting on my decision. I usually go in and approve when I get the notification that someone submitted a report, but every now and then one will slip through the cracks. Cons I don't understand why I don't automatically get logged into "Admin View" and I have to toggle between that and regular view.
