Cons There is an issue with the invoice templates that adds INVOICE to the top of the page and the Invoice type as well. Pros The User Interface, the recent upgradation is really good. It is cloud based, hence I can access it from anywhere around the globe. Cons The period needs to be selected for every window. If we can select the period at the start and view transactions, especially in the cases where you need opening and closing balances. It gets little difficult at times. Also, sometimes once u are done entering data and click on save, it says something went wrong. That causes loss of time. We could create separate logins for our sales team, now they can only view the invoicing part. Overall our experience was great. Pros The first thing you'd like about ProfitBooks is the ease of use. It's very easy to raise invoices. Then we found it very easy to record day-to-day transactions like expenses. The sales role feature is very useful. Reports are comprehensive too.
