Overall my experience with Weave has been awesome. User friendly and the platform has so many features that make our practice run much smoother.

Pros

What I like most about Weave is that I can send out forms via text and email. The texting feature is phenomenal.

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult reaching customer support, long hold times.

It's been great and we really like it.

Pros

Texting and appointment reminders were the sellers for this. Other nice features that are nice to use, not necessarily daily.

Cons

We have a lot of trouble with our paper forms. They don't get to us always. Don't know if it's patient error or comes from Weaves end. Pt's are irritated if they fill it out and then we don't get it on our end. Again, don't know where the error falls...

10/10 recommend and wouldn't want to see our practice without it!

Pros

Love the integration of our patients to our data base of patient numbers and how easy it is to communicate with them.I love the text to pay feature. It is convenient to message patients of their balance.We use the fax feature all the time, and it is so easy to convert files into a fax.

Cons

Card processing fees are too high.I want your scheduling software to enable patients to book appointments on our schedule without our help.

Great. It may be pricier than other programs, but I save a lot using the voip program so in the end it evens out. Plus has more features than other programs

Pros

I love that o can check schedule from an app on my phone. I can also contact patients from home using the app and the outgoing phone number is the office number

Cons

The voip phone sometimes cuts out. Not really weaves fault, it the area I am in where the internet is not always reliable

### "Want to streamline your patient communication and save money?"

After the initial training period, and understanding how to use the software to our best benefit, we appreciate the call logs (which it also monitored by employee the # of text messages that are sent), the fax option, the pop-ups when patients call and the use of text messaging with history always available for the patients. As the consultant, I appreciate the ease in changing the voicemail messages, as well as using the app to review the schedules.

Pros

We switched to Weave when the pandemic started so we would have more control from home relative to messaging to our patients. We really appreciate the pop-ups that tell us whose calling and keeping a log of the incoming and outgoing calls. (In other words, we like VOIP!

Cons

The campaigns - not enough customization vs other platforms that we have used.

### "Do not recommend this software unless they improve their overall service"

Once you have realized how bad and precarious this service is trying to cancel your contract is a nightmare. They refused to give us our Account number fo several weeks until we have to get one of the owners of the company to speak with a manager. Our rep was nowhere to be found after we told him that we needed our Account number to go back to our previous provider. After that, he never answered our calls or emails. Total Fiasco this company. Save yourself the headache and do not sign up with Weave, stay with your current provider even if its a bit pricier. I can promise you they provide a better service than Weave.

Pros

Nothing. There is not a single thing that I would recommend from this company. We saw them at a Fair and their demos are great, they promise everything and say yes to all your business needs...unfortunately when its time to implement all that you were told they could do you will be very disappointed.

Cons

\- The software looks cool and promising at the moment of the pitch, however, the excitement only last what the demo lasts. 80% of the things promised to us were not possible because "they are still developing" they capabilities. - Customer Service does not suck, even worse, is simply Non-existent. Their website is so limited that for you to customize your phone service your business's needs you literally have to clear your schedule for a whole afternoon and stay on the phone for at least 40 min to get your call answered. Then to your disappointment when you ask for help with particular features their only answer is: we cannot do that yet but we are working on implementing that in the future. - Chat service does not work, ever !!!. Better for you to be patient and call customer service and waste a whole day trying to get in contact with them. Good luck.

Pros

Team communication is essential to our practice. Being able to chat throughout the office is critical for communciation.

Cons

When there are glitches in the system and they send text messages to closed accounts.

### "Good bang for the buck"

I think without a significantly larger investment Weave was a good value for the money. A lot of their "added features" like scheduling and reminders we don't , most medical offices already have 2 or 3 other systems that do that. The problem is, Weave will not play nice with sharing your number, so once you activate Texting with Weave, you can never use it with one of your other systems on the same number unless you cancel weave or port that number outside of weave.

Pros

Decent complex system for good value, although there are some limits on what you can expect - especially when having to rely on support to set up some features, sometimes the hardest part is explaining to support how a PBX should function

Cons

Too much reliance on customer support. Any support agent that you can actually talk to is basically reading from the same "how to" guide on their website, so if you are a computer idiot they are very helpful. However if you've ever worked with a PBX or IP system before, you will know more than they do, and it is very frustrating to go through them to activate and change certain features - especially when they break something while trying to fix something else.

Weave has saved time for our staff and our patients.

Pros

The options for automatic appointment reminders that we have chosen to go out by text a week before, 3 days before, and 2 hours before have proven to be critical in ensuring our patients arrive on time. The text messages also save us time on the phone, and keep the flow of the practice moving when all the patients show up as scheduled.

Cons

Initially the mobile version provided too many notifications and phone calls, but that has improved with different options that became available.

I talk about WEAVE even outside of work, it has made our life so much easier and helped communication within the practice even better.

Pros

I cannot imagine a world where I used to have to call each patient and we did not have access to texting them about the importance of keeping an appointment. Having the easy access on my phone with an app to work from home is also a plus.

Cons

Sometimes the software does not run as streamline as we would like, simple things like not receiving text messages etc.

Awful. I wish we never signed up with Weave. I will be looking into other communication software's and asking for a full refund. This is a joke of a company.

Pros

The Weave desktop app is a nice feature . It is small and easy to use. The only good thing about Weave.

Cons

You guys are horrible company. Our Weave has not worked properly since we signed up with Weave. The fax didn't work for over 2 months, the payments are not writing back to Open Dental, confirmations are being sent to patients who are no longer on that day and patients accounts are unable to be pulled up. I keep being told-'were escalating this to Tier 2, to Tier 3', but they are simply passing the blame and keeping me in limbo.

Enables employees to work on other tasks, saves time and money. Multiple uses with phone, text messaging with patients and coworkers. Integrates with Dentrix so when it recognizes a phone number it links it with the patient, so no problem if someone is hard to understand.

Pros

Automated messaging for appointments and integrated with our dental software

Cons

Phones are internet based so they do go down when the internet goes down.

I am still in communication with higher up members of customer support and technical support. They have been able to help me with most of our issues and get back to me quickly.

Pros

The appointment and recall reminders has been life saving for our small practice.

Cons

Setting and implementation of the software was nothing short of a nightmare. I was constantly calling or emailing support. I was mislead of the functions and capability of Weave and the whole process made me wish we went with another company. After several escalations I was able to get a few member's of their staff to help me with issues. But based off of my experience with implementation, I couldn't recommend them.

Reason for choosing Weave

I was told it offered several options that would work well for what we needed. After purchasing and setting up, I was completely lied to. Their payment processing was NOT compatible with our software. They weren't' set up for recalls. (They are now) and we paid to have our patient paperwork uploaded but this process was not streamlined like I was sold to believe. 1 page turned into 7 that I had to download and then scan in. The sales department was horrible and bold faced lied about Weave's capabilities.

### "Weave updates continue to impress"

Overall, our office has had positive experiences with Weave. We have given a lot of feedback to the company and have appreciated the new updates that the company continues to improve. The option to view the upcoming schedule through the Weave application has been one of my favorite parts of this software. The ability to look at our office schedule from my cell phone has been extremely helpful when our office is without power. I also appreciate the ability to receive calls through our office on my cell, with just a couple of clicks.

Pros

Our office has appreciated the ease of use of both the desktop and mobile applications on our phones. We can quickly communicate with our customers and with one another through private team chats.

Cons

Weave is a VOIP system, and have experienced issues with internet connections. We have occasionally struggled with static feedback with calls, both received and those called out. We have sent reports to the company and hope they continue to improve these problems.

We have had a pretty good experience using Weave. It does take a while to get issue's fixed mostly just waiting for someone to be available to help. Otherwise, we are pretty happy with it's service.

Pros

We love texting. Our clients are more prone to answering us when we send them a text. Alternatively, this saves us a lot of time not needing to call as much.

Cons

We are waiting for the software to integrate with our EMR. We cannot use this program to it's full potential until that part is done. We would love to use the text message appointment reminder feature but until it's integrated, we are stuck using email reminders.

Unsatisfactory and disappointing

Pros

The dashboard was a great concept. The fax was the one feature that always worked.

Cons

We were promised certain features would be available and customizable which were not. The text messaging would go out to the wrong patients even though family file information was correct. Forms were changing names in our dental operating system, phones worked inconsistently, customer service would take days if not weeks to correct an issue or blame it on comcast (which we had working great for 6 years) and our IT dept (which we have had for 5 years).

Pros

I love the ease of use for the desk top app when communicating with patients.

Cons

1)We have two locations and I would love the ability to link the locations so that the employees could utilize the chat feature in house. 2) I would love to be able to sort messages sent by user. We always see a glitch when one of our admin is sending a message. It shows the initials of an admin that didn't send the message. 3) I would like for the paperless documents to intergrate with Dentrix Enterprise. 4) I would love if our two databases could be merged to allow for us to not have to switch back and forth between 2 locations. 5) we utilize solution reach to send a one time text message to all patients overdue. Weave doesn't have this feature as of yet.

Pros

Weave is a huge time saver. Syncs with our appointment book for auto text reminders. Allows for patients to text us and for staff to text back. Records our calls and has a text to pay option.

Cons

Customer service has gone down hill. It’s harder and harder to get problems resolved when they do show up.

Pros

We love the convenience of messaging with patients over text. As an optician, if a patient is looking for a certain frame or we need to see a defect they reported on their glasses, we can send photos with ease.

Cons

Only con we have is we haven't found a way to block robo calls without using the Weave website.

We have started using Weave payment system and love this feature! Overall weave has been a great product. Sometimes customer service is a bit lacking but I feel like this has improved recently

love the texting feature, appointment reminders, eye wear reminders and general conversations with patients, much less time consuming than calling

Cons

I don't like that we have to contact weave to change our email messages...it is too time consuming, wish we could do it internally like our text messages
