Great! We lOve everything about it. If we could just use this for all of our work it would be even better! Then we would not fill our search bar with 6 different apps!!

Pros

How easily accessible it is! Very easy to use. Easy instructions to follow and to teach to new employees.

No knowing about more features until now.

The reminder system needs work. The reminder emails just state that the patient is due but now what it is for

Pros

Love the convenience of usage. All things within one app, texting, review requests, voicemail, caller ID, etc. Also very nice to be able to easily upload our monthly on hold message and listen to call records as needed.

Cons

Not integrated without practice management software so we manually have to upload our client list to utilize caller ID. This is time consuming.

Doesn’t store login info, and sometimes difficult to obtain new password.

Cons

Easy to communicate with patients over the texts. Confirming appointments is easy. Notifying that glasses are ready. Calls being recorded.

Pros

We love weave, especially for confirming out patients appointments. We also love the texting feature on the app.

Cons

We do not dislike anything about weave. So far so great.

Being able to see schedule on your mobile app, answer calls and texts from patients when you are not in office, automatic texts reminders, birthday texts to patients and list goes on!

Cons

None. Maybe a little lower monthly fee would be nice?

Pros

You can communicate with people in the office in real time and get answers right away. You can contact patients via text as opposed to having to make phone calls. Pts prefer to text these days.

Cons

No problems at this time with using weave

Very negative. We had 2 locations with weave and acquired a third. That location already had an exisiting weave account so we just needed to transfer the ownership and set up the same features. It is a month and a half later and it still doesn't work. My so called account representative \[sensitive content hidden\] is unreachable and does nothing. We are now looking to switch all of our locations to a different provider

Pros

Great if it actually works, but the second you have a problem its good luck

Cons

If there is an issue good luck getting it fixed

Pros

CUSTOMER SERVICE or SUPPORT is not much support. SALE is a PROMISE. So far it is a great software to us technology into our practice.

Cons

WEAVE TAKE CARE YOUR NEW ACCOUNT. HIRE MORE SUPPORT STAFF. WE CAN NOT PAY BUT NO RESULT.

I think weave is a great tool for any office wanting to communicate with patients and team members quickly and easily. (I recently had an eye appt and they were using walkie talkies...very distracting)

Pros

I like that you get messages instantly and can communicate with patients and teammates in real time.

Cons

Disconnects frequently. I don't know if it is our server or Weave. I also don't care for the delete part, it is easy to retract or delete conversation that might need to be saved.
