It is great to have a patient profile pop up when a customer calls in because it tells us exactly what information we need to share with them.

Pros

I like that when our lines are busy the customer receives an automatic text message

Cons

It would be helpful to have more tutorials on how to set up patient profiles.

Pros

At first it was hard for me to get used to it, then I saw how much it helped my business.

Cons

Unfortunately it didn’t work with our scheduler any longer. I’m hoping we can get them back or find something comprebal.

Pros

Easy to learn and use. Software recognizes lots of answers not just yes or no to speed up and streamline the process.

Cons

Challenges at first to get set up on the network. The phones would not work, some workstations got IP addresses mixed up with the phones but eventually everything settled in.

Pros

I love the phone tree. Its truly the best feature. And recorded calls.

Cons

The price, the lack of customer service. Phones are not good quality.

Cons

None come to mind about this service. I think our booking software if were more streamlined, it would line up even better, but that is no fault to AI.

I like the simplicity for my staff! Easy to see what’s going on.

Cons

Need more details on reports. I can’t find the reports sections. Time of day for call etc.

There is a great sales team. No customer service. They don’t respond. You cannot call. They don’t reply to emails, even urgent ones. We will be canceling our service

Pros

The features and benefits are great - it has revolutionized our 2 clinics. However I am finding myself less enamored with the benefits due to the incredibly poor support.

Cons

Extremely slow response time to chat, email or phone support - if I get a response at all. We had to pay for a full year for both clinics upfront so feel powerless to get any satisfaction on the support issue. I had previously been used as a reference for the system but I have asked that my name not be given out until the support response times are improved. I see from other reviews that I am not alone!

Our phones cut off sometimes and I don't know if it is the phone system itself or the internet but our calls drop all the time and have a lot of static on the line.

I was hoping that the phone system would be better, but it is not a whole lot better because we are still dropping calls.

Weave has made our daily jobs easier. With Weave, we can text pet owners with lab results, appointment reminders, updates on surgery patients, and more. I love that faxes come as downloadable PDF's so I can upload them straight into pet's accounts, instead of wasting paper to print, then scanning into the pet's account. We did not have caller ID before, and now I know who is calling before I pick up, which helps me open the owner's account beforehand.

Pros

Easy to use, can text owners about appointments and results, faxes are downloadable PDFs and not printed, caller ID linked to client's names

Cons

I have not found a feature I do not like.

Pros

FrontdeskAI is a fantastic way to maintain client relationships and booking even during the busiest times of business. It creates an easy way for clients to communicate with our business even when we may not have a staff member directly available. The customer service is phenomenal and the entire FrontdeskAI team has worked incredibly hard to make sure they learn the ins and outs of our business in order to make the software useful in a way unique to our brand.

Cons

The first stages of set up and use can be slightly frustrating, however as the system learns more about our business these troubles subside. The system can at times be slightly finicky, however for overall content and use it absolutely gets the job done!
