In my opinion, it’s the best solution currently available on the market for conference and networking organizers. It meets my needs perfectly. For users and event attendees, what makes it special is that they aren’t just presented with an event schedule, but are also given access to a wide range of networking opportunities.

Pros

What I really appreciate most is how well-organized it is and how easy it is to use. For events, networking and communication.

Cons

There's nothing about it that I don't like. Some design features could be improved, like the layout of the newsletter.

Pros

What we liked most was the exceptional customer support: the team was always quick to help. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, which made managing our event effortless. Our attendees loved the networking experience, and team collaboration was seamless throughout. Plus, the question and feedback management tools made gathering post-event insights really straightforward.

Cons

The price point is probably the only downside. It’s a significant investment. That said, the team has consistently shown flexibility and a willingness to accommodate budget constraints.

We streamlined the organisation of our biggest events - making participants and staff experience better and faster for completing tasks. The team is reactive to help solve issues if any.

Cons

We're waiting for APIs so we can integrate B2M platform with internal databases. Nothing more to say about the service.

It was my first time using B2match. As an events organiser who has built events and used other websites, B2match was a refreshing experience. B2match is also really open to feedback from customers. I definitely recommend B2match

Pros

Ease of use. Quick and straightforward to create an event. Can be in multiple languages. Has an online chat feature. We also signed up for tutorials to learn about various features. We had good feedback from users who found the website engaging and easy to navigate. Compared to other multilingual websites B2match is good value. Teething issues where quickly resolved.

Cons

Visual tutorials with short videos would be a great addition and easier than reading instructions. The delegate registration page format would benefit from features like being able to highlight, use colours, different fonts and be able to have separate pages rather than all questions on a single page. The process to create and send an invitation to register to a delegate could benefit from being shorter with less steps.

Our overall experience with B2Match was excellent. The platform made networking simple and impactful.

Pros

The AI-powered matchmaking feature was especially valuable. It helped participants quickly identify relevant contacts based on shared interests. The platform's structured meeting slots and easy scheduling system also made it simple to organize efficient and meaningful B2B meetings.

Cons

Overall, we’re very satisfied with the platform. The only suggestion would be to simplify the registration process a bit.

Amazing experience, you saved me a lot of work! Perfect support!

Pros

\-functional event management software -many different possibilities / functions -great support -matchmaking option -messaging option between participants -easy organisation of hybrid events

Cons

\-when customer support manager goes on vacation, it'd be great to be notified before -we have agreed to have a call the day before we open the matchmaking option but then i found out in the week before that the person was already on vacation so i had to clarify all my questions via mail with customer support - which was fine but more complicated -feedback tool could have more personalising options

Very positive, I recommended Ms. Pehar's contact to another company, hope to have business cooperation with b2match in the future.

Pros

What I liked the most was the kindness of the employees, their quickness in replying to my many questions and the conciseness of their replies, especially since this is the first time I encountered such a platform and they took me patiently through the whole process - \[sensitive content hidden\] as my main contact from the beginning till the end of the event and after the event, and also \[sensitive content hidden\].

Cons

Because of a high-quality support provided to me by b2match employees I did not really experience dislikes.

Reasons for choosing b2match
