The platform offered a highly intuitive user experience, supported by responsive customer service and a well-structured knowledge base that made it easy to access information on specific topics. However, the wide range of available options and services felt somewhat overwhelming at times. Additionally, ensuring that emails sent via the platform did not end up in spam folders proved to be a challenge. To help address this issue, informing attendees via WhatsApp could be a useful alternative to ensure important messages are received reliably.

Pros

The platform was very intuitive to use, and the customer service was highly responsive. Additionally, the knowledge base proved to be very helpful for quickly finding information on specific topics.

Cons

For us, there were almost too many options and services to choose from, which made it a bit overwhelming. It was also somewhat challenging to prevent emails sent via the platform from ending up in spam folders.

Dans l’ensemble, Eventtia est un outil fiable, efficace et adapté aux événements professionnels de taille petite à grande. Il constitue un véritable soutien dans la gestion logistique et organisationnelle d’un événement. Le vrai plus est la disponibilité du personnel qui répond très très rapidement à chaque demande en cas de problème !

Pros

1/Interface intuitive : la plateforme est facile à prendre en main, même pour les personnes n'ayant jamais utilisé 2/La panoplie d'options : tout est regroupé sur la plateforme : inscriptions, communication, billetterie, networking.. 3/ Automatisation : envois d’e-mails, relances, rappels... tout est programmable.

Cons

Il y a peut-être "trop" de possibilités ce qui nécessite un temps d'adaptation pour prendre en main la plateforme. La plateforme ne permet pas de répondre à nos attentes sur la partie networking.

Nous travaillons depuis de nombreuses années avec Eventtia. Ce produit est très complet et nous permet de créer et personnaliser nos évènements avec facilité. L’équipe est très professionnelle est répond toujours à nos besoins de façon optimale.

Pros

Nous sommes très satisfaits de pouvoir gérer de nombreux rendez-vous en BtoB entre les participants à nos évènements. C’est pour cette fonctionnalité que nous avons choisis ce produit au départ. Le paiement des évènements fonctionne parfaitement et nous permet de récupérer les informations pour la compta très facilement. La gestion des factures est très simple et fonctionnelle.

On réalise 4 à 6 événements annuels et nous utilisaons Eventtia depuis 6 ans. La plateforme nous permet d'intégrer notre billetterie, le TPE de paiement, le programme détaillé et les intervenants. Les pages web générées par l'application sont ensuite intégrées via des iframes dans notre site web, ce qui rend l'expérience utilisateur assez cool et fluide

L'intégration des différentes composantes de nos événements et la facilité d'intégration dans nos outils web

L'interface est un peu old school, il faut intégrer la logique qui a été conçue par des informaticiens qu'on a laissés seuls décider
