The overall experience has exceeded our expectations. Not only is the system flexible to our process of sourcing, screening and vetting candidates, but it offers additional capabilities we were unaware of. Of equal importance - we exist in a high paced industry, defined by urgency and heavy competition - and the service and support we’ve received from the entire Tracker RMS team has been very good.

Pros

It has been about six months since we switched over to Tracker RMS after being on the same CRM/ATS platform for about 15 years. So far, we could not be happier with the service we receive on a routine basis from Noah and Jillian, and the good folks at Tracker. The system offers us far more capability than what we had grown accustomed to with our old system.

Cons

Some of the fields are baked in and you’re not able to remove them or change them. I would not say this is par for the course. It’s really only a select few you are not able to modify or remove.

Tracker was a great software for managing business from clients to our own employees. We were able to keep track of tasks and follow up with clients on our project status.

i liked how easy it was to navigate as well as keeping track of all our projects.

Overall, Tracker is a great partner to our company. They continue to work with us and discover ways to work more efficiently.

Pros

Tracker's willingness to listen and make changes based on our feedback has been great. It truly feels like they are a partner to us and not forcing us to fit into the parameters of their software. Transitioning to a new software after 22 years with the same ATS was nerve wracking, but we never felt like Tracker left our side. Customer service is top notch.

Cons

With over 20-years of data, not all of our historical info mapped correctly. There was quite a bit of clean-up, but that is due to the 2 different types of softwares. Any major issues were addressed by the Tracker team and they worked with us to figure out how to correct them on the back end. Initially, there were a few items that we weren't thrilled about (hyperlinking, opening separate windows, timing out, etc.), but Tracker addressed these issues quickly and we were able to work through the system faster.

Pros

I like most about Tracker software include its user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, robust project management features, and real-time collaboration capabilities. Additionally, Tracker's ability to integrate with various tools and platforms, such as GitHub and Slack, makes it a versatile and convenient solution for teams and organizations of all sizes.

Cons

I have encountered with Tracker software include a steep learning curve for some of its more advanced features, occasional glitches or bugs in the software, and the lack of some features that may be available in other project management tools. I find that the benefits of using Tracker outweigh any potential drawbacks, and the software continues to be a popular choice for teams and organizations looking to streamline their workflows and improve collaboration.

The assistance function of the system is easy to access and operate. The support provide incredibly fast response times, almost instantaneous.

Cons

I have no complaints, and I am excited for future enhancement to make it easier to manage data on both applicants and clients. For instance, adding filters in the reporting section would be helpful.
