Makes hiring new staff easy. Has automation and email templates for communication.

Pros

I've only used Breezy HR for a few weeks and I'm already loving it. It is easy to use -- very intuitive -- and makes the hiring process streamlined for my team. You get candidates and they go through "holding buckets." If you like Agile, it's similar a "to do", "in progress" and "done." You could do automation too so that when a new hire applies a position, they get an automated response right away.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like about this software yet But if there was anything, it would be the view if you have a smaller monitor. It could be a little tricky when scrolling up and down in a pop-up window.

Good alternative to consider but test it out before diving in to ensure it will adequately meet your needs.

Pros

I like the option to design a custom profile/page for your organization and job listing and they have a good free plan in addition to the upgraded paid options. Also great feature for tracking and managing applicants.

Cons

It was not as user-friendly as I’m familiar with in similar products. It required more time to set up and work on mastery as a result.

Pros

I love. Your communication skills I can truthfully track every customer in a very fast way and this is very agile for the company.

Cons

It is a little expensive, in addition if you require more information of a candidate, you have to make an additional payment for everything. and that plays against us sometimes but the rest I have no complaints

Very pleased with this program as a replacement for Google Hire. I like quick and simple and that's what you get with Breezy.

Pros

From set up to use it took a few hours. It is simple to use and visually easy on the eyes. I like the format which has similar drag and drop cards to Trello which we use for many other applications. The integrated video interviews was great with few connection issues and being able to view resumes, summary's and use the score card live is a nice feature. Live chat support and email follow up was pleasant and efficient.

Cons

There are some features I would find useful that are available upgrades like the ability to customize workflows and analysis tools. I wish they were in the standard package but I expect I'll add these on later.

Honestly, it's been pretty smooth sailing. The ads always go up like they should, they're very easy to edit as well. Some loading issues, but it requires minimal patience.

Pros

Love the customer service; I can always expect a response within 5 minutes. I was having issues with exports not coming through for two days and they sent the lists directly through the chat.

Cons

Not sure why, but it takes opening the Breezy browser three times on the candidates page for the leads to load. I know it's not a connection issue because I've worked from three separate locations/computers and it's been the same every time.

Pros

This software is very user friendly and easy to set up and work around.

Cons

It was not easy to use and it took too long to do short tasks

The former product used was difficult to work with daily. There was no easy flow to the concept of ease that I needed to have in my daily routine.

Ease of use. Pretty intuitive, you don't have to be an ATS expert to figure out how to use it. When you do need help the HELP section is easy to follow. Online chat help is always responsive within a few minutes.

Cons

I wish there was a way to email RECRUITERS separately inside the app without including the candidate on the email.

Pros

There's a large variety of job boards and the possibility to taylor your online presence by sponsoring the ones that are most important to you. The soft also enables to run reports about the sources of my applications which is very important to understand if and where my marketing campaign is working The application funnel is super easy to track. I like that moving an applicant (or several) from one column to another triggers instantly the actions I designed (like sending a questionnaire or a simple email with a request for availabilities). Finally I'd say what I like most is also the team behind the tool. Whenever I did not understand a feature or simply had a question, I just went on the online chat and bam, problem solved

There are lot of job posting and resume collection and candidate processing systems out there and many are quite expensive, and bundled parts of a much larger suite of HR software. Quite of a few of the lower cost solutions are really job posting and syndication networks with a resume processing piece bolted on; just an afterthought. We hire software engineers to staff labs around the world (not the US) and do our own social networking to find people; all the US-centric "job board" networks are useless to us. We do use a "HR" system after a candidate is hired and that system has a built in "candidate tracking" system that is truly abysmal. What we needed, and found in Breezy, was a simple but great resume processing system that is friendly to the candidate and supports a very distributed team of people reviewing and interviewing candidates. The Breezy feature set supports exactly this process.

Pros

Very advanced feature set; especially for the price.

Cons

The UI, on a desktop, can be somewhat annoying. It tries to be as simple as a trivial app on a mobile device (think your standard "responsive" WordPress template) but it's actually controlling a rather complex app. But it works well enough. Compared to a lot of stuff it's a masterpiece.

From the initial enquiry to the after implementation support, the service we have received from the Breezy team has been amazing. The product itself is the best I've worked on and I would highly recommend it to anyone on the market for a ATS platform.

Pros

Breezy is a super user friendly, visually appealing software that has allowed us to make our recruitment process more efficient. The overall hiring manager and candidate experience has improved drastically since we have implemented Breezy

Cons

Breezy is the 4th ATS I've worked on and any con's are far outweighed by it's pro's!

Pros

It does a good job in general. Coming from Workable I didn't see many differences besides the automation flows (which are great btw).

Cons

Nothing really, if I had to point out something it would be the usability when we need to view candidate-specific information. It always pops up a modal, that looks exactly like a page since it covers the entire page, thus it is hard to know when we can click in \`back\` or when we need to close a modal.

It's allowed us to screen candidates faster, and to move them along the pipeline faster. We are able to hire more rapidly, and transparently see the teams activity on the hiring process.

Pros

Having the ability to create our own categories has been helpful in keeping everyone involved at different stages of the interview process on track. The notes feature helps keep us all informed. Adding templates for sending out emails by everyone at different stages is very time saving. Setting up automated responses and optional delays for those responses streamlines efficiency as well.

Cons

For our company, sometimes we have the same position but posted in different geographical locations with perhaps a slightly altered title. This means it's listed as two separate positions in Breezy. A folders option to group positions would be helpful, with the additional possibility of perhaps being able to see all those candidates in a folder within one master list.

That I can manage the full process remotely. It is fairly easy to use. Your team is amazing!! I know this is not the software :-)

Cons

I can not view the full process as the administrator (I cant see and experience what the applicant sees and experiences unless I actually do a "fake" apply. I would be great to be able to review a job with all the emails etc. before I populate it. I also do not like that I have to pay additional fees for job boards. It would be great if there is at least a few days per job free on the high profile job boards like Indeed. i understand that it can not be long periods of time, as everybody wants to make money, but 1 week per ad would be great.

I manage the recruiting process for several locations and several positions, and Breezy has allowed me to centralize all resumes/candidates and organize discussions with hiring managers in real time. Breezy has streamlined so much of this process and is saving me a great deal of time from the organizational standpoint, so I am able to spend more time screening and interviewing.

Pros

Breezy HR is a easy to navigate, integrates well with my Indeed account, and a great communication tool to use with Hiring Managers across multiple companies and positions.

Cons

I would like to be able to filter notifications/inbox by job posting and would also like to see some additional filter features throughout the inbox and pipelines.

I've used other apps for candidate tracking, and so far Breezy is the best! Drag and drop functionality, easily create new job postings and post to job boards, add notes to candidate profiles, communicate with candidates via Breezy so that all hiring managers (that are selected) can see what the candidate has been told and has said in response, and so much more! I've been using Breezy since March of this year, so for about 8 months, and I've yet to come across a scenario where I wished we could do more with Breezy. It's fit all of our needs, and I would highly recommend this app to anyone involved in the hiring process. As I've had questions along the way, technical support has been immediate (usually within 15 minutes) and very helpful. It's very simple, yet so robust that I haven't even used all of the features yet. Great job, Breezy!

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive, and great customer support when needed.

Cons

No dislikes after 8 months of use.
