Easy to set up, if you have used marketing automation software you will be right at home.

Pros

The automation and video questions are what sets this apart from all others.

Cons

Some poor UX. For example, the recruiting settings are in a modal that artificially constrains the width of fields that would really benefit from full-screen access (i.e. interview questions have ~150 character width). Understanding how the calling features worked was tricky and required a lot of trial and error. I would appreciate Zoom integration.

### "Easy to use HR online page"

Breezy really helped us redirect people looking to apply for a job into one place: our Breezy page. From there it's easy to see the openings, requirements, etc. And also super easy to get in touch with us and apply !

Pros

We have been using it for one of our client who was searching for a way to display his job openings online. We have been able to create pages for each opening, set some applying rules, allow people to apply for jobs and send us resumes (LinkedIn profiles or else). We also found it very easy backend to have a look at all the resultst we got and manage everything and everyone.

Cons

From my point of view, no con points so far. Maybe some things can be changed in terms of UX/UI but it doesn't really change the user experience.

Overall - it is ok - easier to use than BambooHR and has more flexibility. Though BambooHR support is much better and more documented than Breezy.

Pros

It is very easy to navigate - UI is simple - not too technical and easy to move around

Cons

The Reporting side. Not much here. Like i want to run a report on candidates based on scoreboard results. But it is not there yet.

We absolutely love Breezy HR and would highly recommend them to any organization. We are going from 200 100 employees by end of year and Breezy continues to provide the proper support to assist us! We have been with Breezy since December in 2016 and I gotta say that I don't have any Cons. If you don't have a function this team works hard to make it happen. We needed additional reporting and they created the function for it. We needed an effective way to launch a Referral program with reporting and they did it. This really is such an awesome company and software vendor!

We have tried many ATS softwares, including Salesforce/TargetRecruit, CATS, HiringThing (which is also very good), and many other ones, but we have found that Breezy.Hr finally hits the sweet spot. Some of the things we love about Breezy: 1) Visual style of pipeline, which shows us which stages each of the candidates are in (we loved Hiringthing but unfortuantely it doesn't do this). 2) Integrated video interviews (these work VERY well and were particularly useful today when Skype had its worldwide outtage). 3) Integrated questionnaires, which saved us a lot of money from having to use an external service like Wufoo which we were using before. 4) Integrated interview scheduling and calendar. 5) Awesome score cards that our team can use to rate candidates and keep track of what who liked best. 5) EXTRAORDINARY customer service, even from the founder himself.

Pros

I think I covered a lot of these above, but the personalized customer service really stands out, as well as the beautiful UI, scoring system, and the constant speed at which they roll out new awesome features.

Cons

It is a start up so you do have to be patient with the growing pains.. but as long as you understand that.. I think this is the company that will give the giants that have a monopoly on the market a run for their money!! :) Go Breezy!

Pros

I like the features Breezy provides given the price, significantly lower than most other ATS. It's very intuitive and easy to use. I like how when candidates reply to an email with attachment, the attachments are automatically stored as documents. But what I love most about Breezy is their support team! They are always super fast to respond.

Cons

I can't seem to manage my calendar directly from Breezy, I can only view. I can't send a follow up email within the same email chain without the recipient responding first. I wish there's the ability to add a candidate directly to another position in their existing profile without having to upload their resume again in another position.

Great experience. Quick response times via chat. I get what I need each time.

Pros

The ease of use of the product is great. It is exactly what we were looking for. I love that we are able to keep notes and communicate with candidates within the system and don't have to update each member who is involved in the hiring since members can update themselves if interested.

Cons

The plans skyrocket in price for many features that I don't need with the exception of one or two features... The price difference is not worth paying for the few features that I would use.

Pros

The ability to customize the hiring pipeline with all kinds of automated featured was really useful. For example, after reviewing a resume and cover letter, simply moving the candidate to a different step in the pipeline would either send a polite decline email or send out a survey I designed as the next step. This saved so much time and brainpower for focusing on candidates! Also, the 1-candidate free setup was great for me as a (very) small business owner :)

Cons

This is just a small thing, but moving to the next candidate within a specific pipeline phase could have been a bit easier - a declined candidate would stay in the quick-navigation list until the candidate view is closed and reopened, which could be confusing.

This is something I would recommend to anyone I would know who will try to source applicants.

Pros

I like it that it is really interactive, from setting emails, questionnaires, pipelines, meetings, and everything you need when recruiting. I am able to do steps tailor-fit to the hiring I have. It also posts the job to their partners, which really helps when attracting more applicants.

Cons

Before I discovered the shortcut keys? I almost want to cry when reviewing 200+ applicants :)

Better than I expected.

Pros

Before we implemented Breezy HR the team was managing multiple spreadsheets to track and hire potential candidates. After we started using Breezy HR we were much more efficiant with our efforts. The way that the "tiles" move across the pipeline allowed us to work across all shifts and know with certainty where each person was in the process. Posting and sponsoring jobs because seamless and took hours out of our week. I'm a big fan of this product.

Cons

I wish that the downloaded database would include physical mailing address so I could use this product to run a mailer campaign.

Sometimes we run into issues with Breezy. I do wish the scorecard functionality was a little easier to navigate.

Pros

I wish I had found Breezy the day they launched. The ability to track, communicate, and collaborate on all of our candidates in one easy platform was game changing. We use it for every hire now and can't imagine going back. Things we love: Collaborating in Breezy Communicating directly with candidates Tracking all communication and ensuring we're not opening ourselves to liability Posting to multiple job boards

Cons

You have to pay for most everything. Getting more views on your candidate, extra features, etc. But that's all normal and expected.

Enjoy this software 91% of the time. Not as clunky as old systems. Looks appealing on the company website.

Pros

The look is clean and almost no training is needed if you are familiar with ATS.

Cons

The calendar integration does not work 100% of the time -- I need candidates to only be able to schedule with me when I am actually available. It leads to awkward conversations or schedule adjustments that shouldn't arise and could've been avoided. Also dislike the BUG that occurs almost 100% of the time when scheduling mtgs -- the bug states 'ERROR' when no error has occurred.

Its been very pleasant. I ran into no real difficulties setting it up and using it has been a "breeze".

Pros

It is very easy to use. Importing resume data etc is really well done and works great. There are also really good email templates in there that you cna use to save a tone of time. I also love how well it displays information. You can check your pipeline, filter candidates, track positions etc with few simple clicks and it shows that information in a really clean way. The UI/UX is really excellent. Its also pretty feature packed, almost anything you need for hiring is included. Lastly, its fairly decent at automating a lot of your workflow.

Cons

Nothing much really. Its great. I havent had any issues with it so far.

The features are very easy to use, I haven't use other recruiting software so I couldn't compare. But as a new administrator of our company, I can say that Breezy is very straight forward, I didn't need a lot of time to figure out my main responsibility as a recruiter.

Cons

What I notice is, it doesn't give information on which job portal did applicants apply for. So, couldn't figure out which job portal should we invest more.

Since we have moved to BreezyHR, our candidate experience has improved and our key drivers to successful recruiting have also gone up. Breezy has made the life of our recruiter much easier and has definitely helped them improve their process and work.

Pros

This tool has been one of the best ATS that I have seen. It is very complete and tackles every aspect of our recruitment process in order to make the recruiting tasks a lot easier! All its functionalities and capabilities make it one of the best ATS in my opinion. Specially the video call integration which I think is great!

Cons

I dont know something I dont like about this product so far.

Hiring, background checks, career portal, scoring candidates, automated resume parsing

Pros

Breezy is very easy to use and get started. They take a ton of pain out of the search and also make it very easy to manage candidates (background checks too). Out of all hiring software I tried, I like their interface the most. I also, really enjoyed their scorecard system and career portal. Overall I would say they just don't get in your way and make hiring very seamless. Free for small searches doesn't hurt either!

Cons

Breezy doesn't really offer some of the features of more expensive platforms. It's free for small searches and easy to use, with that comes some drawbacks. It doesn't have duplicate detection and it's automated filling in of contacts from resumes is very hit or miss. The scorecards are great, but don't change them after you start working on them or else you'll wipe everyone's previous cards. The interview guides were cool, but totally useless for us as they were very rigid in there design and didn't allow our interviewers to work well with them.
