Pros

The biggest reason we chose Breezy was because of the applicant tracking board and associated automation. It's easy to see which candidates are at which stage, and the have automated messages/schedule trigger when folks are moved through the stages.

Cons

Because of the way permissions are setup, not all team members can see the reviews of a candidate at first glance. It's not a serious issue, but does fall into the category of minor friction.

### "Not so good as a candidate database"

Pros

I like that you can add a chrome extension to add candidates directly from Linkedin and you can add profiles from resume and most of the times will get the contact information right.

Cons

The worst thing is that when you search for candidates you can't look for or key words inside of a profile, if you look for "java developers" it'd only find requisitions but won't display candidates with those skills inside the resume or profile. So, it's not so helpful as a database of previous candidates. You can always look in all your previous requisitions but you won't get specific profiles. There are a lot of duplicates since it differentiates the search with graphic accents "´" so, names in Spanish are a problem. A lot of times when it does not recognize the contact information and can't get the email address, it'll tell you already have a candidate with that email even though it has recorded none.

Great features, similar to all of the major players in the ATS market, but at a fraction of the cost. The team is very friendly and responsive - always quick and eager to help with questions or requests.

Pros

\- the UI/UX is simple and clean; logical to navigate + easy to use - great features to schedule interviews, automate emails/questionnaires/feedback, etc. - chrome extension lets you pull in candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.

Cons

\- not a ton of integrations with HRIS systems yet, but getting better! - sometimes a few small bugs with the Chrome extension

Pros

Hiring is like a funnel of candidates that need to be filtered down through your hiring steps to find the very best qualified candidate. Breezy’s tool makes it so easy to do just that. It has a great UI that a non-tech person can learn on the fly, and what I love about it is that it keeps the funnel process collaborative and transparent. Seriously, use this tool, it’s awesome.

Cons

The support is a little lacking, but not in the best quality (they use Intercom), but to their credit, I haven’t needed to contact them much.

Pros

My company no longer uses Breezy HR, but we did have at one point when we were smaller. It's great for smaller businesses - great if you have limited resources. One thing I always liked about Breezy is how great it makes a posted "live" job ad look. Breezy posts to different websites for you with the click of a button too, which is great - copying and pasting job ads is quite time consuming so the system does it for you. Good feature to be able to email directly from the software. Everyone on the team could learn it fairly easily.

Cons

There could be a better interface with LinkedIn and Indeed. Can't avoid technical glitches! I think if your company grows, you may need to look into other options. I have definitely seen better customer support with other ATS systems. It could also get with the times in terms of mobile support.

Best Applicant Tracking System i have ever used! Easy to use, does a great job at integrating with job boards, great customization, great support

Cons

Pricing structure changes often so you could be missing out on features unless you "upgrade" but even at current pricing there are priced very low comparable to other software.

has been excellent. We transferred over from a previous system and everyone loves Breezy.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to use. It can often be difficult to introduce managers to ATS softwares as they can be complicated. Breezy is extremely intuitive and makes for easy collaboration between HR and Hiring Managers. The Breezy team is also excellent with their response time when there are issues!

Cons

Screening out bad resumes - ones that don't match the qualifications at all.

It's been great! I am still learning and have yet to use the app to it's full potential but so far it's a great tool.

Pros

Having all the applicant info in one place is really nice and makes it easy to organize and streamline the process of hiring. Before everything was just dumped into a gmail folder but with Breezy we can make sure to look at/process/ and contact each candidate whether they're a good fit or not, being communicative is key!

Cons

I would love if there was a way to sort applicants that I have emailed through the mass email template.

Working with Breezy has really simplified the recruiting process for my company. WEVO is a small company in which every employee where's multiple hats. We don't have an HR or recruiting department, so we leverage the help of EVERYONE in order to recruit the most talented and relevant future employees. While we are focused mainly on projects to move our business forward, recruiting can be time consuming and burdensome. Breezy helps to eliminate some of they hardships recruiting and save us time. We can focus less on sifting through hundreds of irrelevant resumes and simplify the process! Great tool and will recommend to all startups!

Pros

Simplifies the recruiting process and saves our precious time. Can focus on running the company, not the burdensome tasks associated with recruiting and hiring.

Cons

Could use a better onboarding process. Took a few run throughs to get exactly what to do. Some of the greatest features we ran into by accident

Overall, we have been very happy with Breezy and plan on continuing to utilize the program for our recruitment needs.

Pros

Breezy has a number of comprehensive features that make recruitment a breeze, pun intended. We have a number of job postings that must be made at any given moment and easily modified. With Breezy, we can accomplish that very quickly and easily and, most importantly, we have received a good number of applicants to our postings.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a quicker way to refresh postings when time has lapsed.

Breezy is a force multiplier for HR that cuts hours and labor needed to hire the best people.

Pros

Breezy cuts the hassle and management out of hiring, essentially bringing Kanban-style tracking to a traditionally hard to track process. Candidate management allows you to move candidates through phases of your hiring process, including automate emails and scheduling and dynamic candidate profiles with social information. The hiring portal is easy to integrate into your existing website, with little coding knowledge required. Breezy takes the process you've managed in your head and turns it into well-designed, easy to use software.

Cons

Cons are limited for Breezy. Integration into your existing site requires some technical knowledge and access, as well as design work, but is limited. If you have many different hiring workflows, managing Breezy can also be tricky.

My overall experience has been great. Although I am new to the application, it has been a joy to acquire the new skills I've obtained since December. Always eager to learn.

Pros

I admire the software for its functionality and ability to capture required data. I absolute love the availability to email, text, schedule interviews and go from stage to stage in the process from interviewing to hiring. Great job, well done.

Cons

I don't like the idea of not having telephone assistance when needed. Yes, it's great to send links to find the answers to issues, however, you may not always have the time to view those links and accomplish your task at hand. It's always good to have that verbal communication and assistance when needed.

Pros

I love the delayed email feature where we are able to put the time when we would like the email to be sent out that way it doesn't seem like an automated system to the candidates. I also like how much time this software saves me. The new update is great.

Cons

I dislike that we can not send automated emails every few days while candidates are in the same stage. We would liek to be able to send reminders to our candidates to submit the things we ask of them.

### "A done-for-you repeatable hiring process"

Breezy helps us hire better candidates faster. It also gets us out of the weeds and helps us stay organized and focused on our entire recruitment and hiring process from a helicopter view. Having the ability to sort and prioritize candidates based on our core qualifications and diversity goals makes it easy for us to act on the things we say we're going to do as a business.

Pros

The thing I like most about Breezy is that is shows us how to hire like a company that's much bigger than we actually are (minus the unnecessary admin and red tape). As a busy startup founder, I was wasting way too much time bouncing back and forth between Trello, Google sheets and email. For our remote team of 5, I think the Automated Questionnaires, Video Assessments and Team Scorecards were probably the features that saved us the most time. My team lead can easily screen and curate the top candidates quickly (despite the fact that we get literally hundreds of applicants for each open position) so that all I have to do is go in and say yay or nay. All the communication happens right there where the candidate profiles are so there's no need to ping each other in Slack or email or whatever. You've got everything you need in one screen.

Cons

No cons that I can think of at this time. It's an amazing tool as is!

Fast/live reply from the help center, easy to administrate and easy to explain. You can dig deeper in the setting but even that is easy ! Reliable, very reliable.

Pros

As a French user using the English version, i have to admit; Breezy is easy from A to Z !

Cons

not much, maybe that some refresh from time to time with the open window have to be done, but i mean... i do not have a reason to push you under the bus, Breezy is really the best platform to use if you are in HR !

Pros

I like that it is very responsive and it feels like it's designed to focus on helping you get the job done when it comes to managing applicants for hiring campaigns. The layout for managing candidates is super simple and I've easily managed to save myself many hours moving candidates through our hiring process. I was using Google Sheets before to manage everything and I thought I was doing a good job, but Breezy has helped me to simplify and improve my process as well as making it super easy to manage my new and improved process. It's made us better at hiring, win.

Cons

There are a few features which don't work as expected and I have to work around them. Whenever I come across something that isn't working as expected I reach out on Intercom and receive a prompt response, so that's super cool. But yeah, sometimes I'm like - why can't this thing be done differently. For instance when an automated email is queued, there is no option to edit the text. So if I've just been speaking to a candidate and I move them to the next phase I often have to delete the automated email and send a new one so that I can edit it.

Satisfied! Like it a lot!

Pros

Simple set up, very user friendly. Customizable if needed. Straight forward directions on the set up videos. Integrates with Google email, calendar, and Zoom. Able to sponsor job ads through Indeed + LinkedIn and others for a better candidate flow!

Cons

Initial Zoom integration did not work and had a bug for over a week so scheduling interviews was not the most efficient. A few people on the customer service are top notch, and a few others are not so much, so when reaching out, it's a 50 / 50 shot of getting solid help.
