### "Great hiring and applicant tracking system"

I found it very useful for hiring when it comes to applicant tracking, sourcing, and candidate communication. Collaboration with the hiring team is also a breeze.

Pros

Breezy makes our hiring process more organized and robust through its customizable funnel (kanban board) feature. We use this to track which stage the applicant is currently in. Likewise, it is easy to add leads from LinkedIn through the Breezy Chrome add-on. It does a wonderful job at lead generation as well because there is an option to share the job postings at free job sites like Glassdoor. Communicating with applicants is easy because it comes with an internal messaging tool.

Cons

Sometime access levels can be tricky. When someone is an admin, it is difficult to figure out how to hide certain positions and information from this user. Access levels are not very customizable. Likewise, it does not provide recruiters with a readily available list of leads. Applicants will only appear if they apply through the sites.

Pros

Breezy is very intuitive; I was using it within an hour with no training or demos. The drag-and-drop pipeline workflow is seamless. The resume parsing is accurate 90% of the time, doing as well as it can with some candidates' odd formatting of their resumes. The free Bootstrap version is what has truly sold me, as I don't have a pressing need for anything more at the moment, but 100% plan to upgrade once I outgrow Bootstrap.

Cons

There are sometimes one-too-many clicks to get to various settings options. However this may be more a function of most of the UI being so seamless that settings are clunky by comparison. Also there are sometimes responsiveness issues with the UI, like text stacking on itself and going outside its container. This is just a matter of working through and tightening up the backend code, which I'm sure will happen over time. Any other downfall is due to having the Bootstrap version which is my issue and not Breezy's.

Pros

We are very happy with our choice to try out Breezy. Everything is in one place which is always the best when training our recruiters how to use it, Breezy provides reports and analytics to keep track of progress and productivity. We especially love how you can advertise our jobs by uploading them on dashboards with simple drag and drop.

Pros

We recently tried out Breezy, and are very impressed with this software. The amount of things you can do within this portal are so easy to navigate. Being able to manually post jobs, and advertise on job boards, as well as schedule interviews and have it all in one place makes things incredibly easy.

Cons

Sometimes resumes can upload unformatted, it does not happen often but this would be our only issue. Otherwise we do not have any complaints.

It's been really helpful to reduce the time we used spend maintaining organized our candidates during the whole recruitment progress, with the automated responses that you can create for each stage of the pipeline we insure that our applicants can have the candidate experience that deserve.

Pros

Is great overall. Smoothly combines functionality with aesthetics. In terms of implementation, the integration with our current way of work was easy to make, also, given the simplicity of the interface was quickly accepted for the team members to lear and use.

Cons

We will really like to be able to use Breezy to keep our employee data base once they are selected

Great, I have worked with other ATS that are super complex and not user-friendly, and Breezy has been a super new and enjoyable experience.

Pros

As a recruiter is hard enough to keep track of all of my candidates without having to worry about my ATS, Breezy makes the job enjoyable and makes working with your team super accessible with its features.

Cons

Updates or when AWS crashes, they need a netter backup plan to keep things running smoothly but honestly, it does not happen often and it's just for a couple of minutes.

I was able to show the organization that I was working for that a tracking system is very beneficial to hiring. Especially when there are so many roles open. It helped keep us organized and allowed for the different hiring manager to participate better in the process

Pros

The price was great! So easy to use and so easy to show others how to use it For an organization that has never used a tracking system it was the right tool for us I love the drag and drop feature Support team was fantastic

Cons

It was somewhat basic, which is great for some organization but not ideal for others The only thing that I found complicated was creating your Pipeline stages

It has been really easy! I have looked into a number of other ATS systems and could never justify the expense. The price of Breezy is fantastic for what we get out of it!

Pros

I love having everything in one place - job posting, resumes, email communication, notes, scheduling, and video interview capability. I also love the questionnaires and the ability to tag a candidate with specific certifications (or disqualify them) based on their answers.

Cons

The video interview can be glitchy. Some hiring managers (our Dir of Tech to be specific) cannot get it to work. Sometimes I can only see the candidate sometimes I see the candidate in 2 windows and myself. But overall, I love being able to have their resume side by side with their video.

The initial demo was not have that typical "sale" feeling. Signing-up for the free trial was very easy and once I decided to use the service officially, it was truly a few clicks (I was able to pay online with a credit card). And, when I have had a question, their online chat service has been great - very responsive!

Pros

After Google Hire ended their services, I was searching online for a replacement and came across Breezy - what a great transition! I wanted an ATS system that allows me to easily access and search applicants, communicate via email templates, and move applicants easily through a hiring pipeline - Breezy does all that and more. And, I am able to sync my postings onto job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor and more) easily.

Cons

Nothing, truly.

Pros

We've realized the benefits of having one location for applicants, job postings and resumes from all over the world. Our company is based in Bologna Italy and has offices in Germany, UK, Bulgaria, South Africia, Brazil and many more. Having one software and one location makes it all seemless.

Pros

I like that our colleagues from all over the world have one place to go for recruiting and tracking applicants.

Cons

Right now nothing is lacking, it was an adjustment to learn the process but otherwise it is user friendly.

\- cool design friendly UI/UX - fast response tool - easy to organize both candidate and recruiters' communication, e-mailing, calendar. - looking recruitment on kanban board - awesome

Cons

\- you cannot merge same candidate in the tool, same candidate can apply multiple times with different e-mail address. - many bugs (I encountered in every detail. i.e.after disqualification of a candidate remains in applied section, after adding document and saving templates, system still can send the e-mail without document) briefly test team should focus on every item. - design for safari login page

Pros

We use Breezy HR to simplify the hiring process in our company, it is really a great tool to find talent and add it to our candidate list. We really like the way it is tailored to meet our needs. Our most the recruitment's are done through Breezy HR. The initial process of adding/finding a candidate to issuing them the offer letter can be done on Breezy HR without any hassle. Great tool, kudos team !

Cons

Their mobile app is a bit slow, but rest all is good and we really liked it!

Pros

Clean and user friendly interface that allows good overall overview of the process. I like the ability to prepare templates and pipelines, which are vastly different for each position we are hiring.

Cons

It would be nice if it would be possible to use multiple languages, as every template we are using now must be bilingual.

Simple and easy to use, our admin time has been decreased dramatically.

Pros

BreezyHR is packed with many features that simplify the recruitment flow management. Their GDPR management and video applications are particularly useful in the modern recruitment world.

Cons

It would be useful if BreezyHR could post jobs to the free organic LinkedIn listings. I would prefer to use BreezyHR internal video interview tool but there is no option of sharing the screen. Otherwise, you have an option of using Google Meet or Zoom, which are only fully functioning if you have paid the subscription etc. An addition of Teams videos would be a step forward so any company can integrate it better to their processes.

We're very happy with Breezy HR. It's a great tool at a competitive price point. The customer service is also top-notch - always fast, efficient and helpful.

Pros

This is the first ATS I have used, and it is very user-friendly and intuitive. The dashboards are really helpful, and it's easy to communicate with candidates and team members. The scorecards are great too for evaluation purposes. The search function has been a life saver as well. And I've received amazing service from the Breezy HR team.

Cons

I know I'm not using the software to its fullest capacity, but that's because my time is limited to learn everything. But I have been pleased with everything I have used.

Overall, Breezy is a great Applicant Tracking System! I would highly recommend for companies who have high volume recruiting. It's automations and candidate management is what makes it better from other softwares!

Pros

What I like most about Breezy is the ability to add automations, questionnaires and nurturing campaigns (text messages & email) to different stages of a recruiting funnel (reducing manual work!). Information regarding the candidate is easy to navigate and the one-way video interviews has been a beneficial feature for us to screen candidates! The support team is super helpful and quickly responds to your inquiries!

Cons

\- Scheduling emails on a specific day/time - Reminder on how long a candidate has been in a particular stage - Reporting could be much better - Automatic tagging when a candidate enters a stage

I compared breezy to about 6 other companies when deciding to stay with or change - for the price you pay it is the best

Pros

\- easy to use, easy to message candidates and links interviews to calander, posts jobs to a lot of boards, great customer service!! can online chat well.

Cons

I dont like the free websites template that much, but hey it is FREE so I can not really complain. I have had many managers complain that the canidates get a different google hand ous to link to them and this causes issues as we like google hangouts for interviews

Pros

J'ai utilisé plusieurs ATS tout au long de ma carrière et Breezy est parmi ceux qui m'ont le plus convaincue. Outil très bien pensé, intuitif et facile d'utilisation. Mais le plus gros avantage de Breezy est sa version gratuite qui offre des fonctionnalités plus que correctes : nombre d'utilisateurs illimité, nombre de candidats intégrés illimités, page emploi dédiée pour l'entreprise, possibilité de multidiffusion d'annonces, mails intégrés, et surtout le parsing de CV. A ma connaissance, c'est le seul outil qui offre autant de fonctionnalités en version gratuite. Je suis très contente d'avoir découverts cet outil!

Cons

Le prix de la version payante un peu élevé à mon avis. Le premier niveau "Startup" est à 143$

Get Breezy. Period. It has changed the game for us on hiring.

Pros

Fully customizable pipelines, scorecards that actually mean something, amazing integrations, excellent communication throughout the team on the Breezy platform, script for interviews...Breezy is the best we have seen in the HR space.

Cons

There are several redundancies when it comes to integrating with Gusto, for example, and it took a bit to figure out which was the better option for certain use-cases.

Pros

Breezy HR is an extremely intuitive software. You can post jobs within 5 -10 minutes. It works with job boards and your own company website. It makes it easy to track applicants through the pipeline from initial engagement to hire.

Cons

If your company is large, the software may not be scaleable

### "Incompetent Interview Scheduling Features Hobble Otherwise Great Suite of Software"

Pros

Dragging and dropping works well, and is intuitive to move candidates across different pipeline stages.

Cons

The interview scheduling component with zoom is implemented with very little thought to user experience. Frequently, our interviewees tell us that the scheduling link does not work or has expired, due to technical bugs on Breezy's end. Worse is that Breezy allows the recruiting manager to send an interview request on behalf of an interviewer, but then puts the link onto the recruiting manager's calendar by default. As the recruiting manager, my calendar is now blocked out completely with interviews that I am not conducting myself. On top of this, the Zoom "integration" is completely dysfunctional and resets itself every week. This means that when my interviewers are expecting a Zoom call, instead they get to use Breezy's video software, which is buggy and basically unusable. My interviewers are then left scrambling and apologizing to the candidates over an unstable video solution. I have had to replace Breezy's interview scheduling system with another vendor at this point.

Pros

I think they did a wonderful job with the design and functions in Breezy HR. It's very user friendly and allows you an easy process flow. Managing open jobs, candidate applications, communication within the team and with candidates, ratings and interview feedback are just a few awesome features that allow you to stay on top of your HR and recruiting processes. It makes it easy to push candidates through the different steps of the funnel and posting a new position is done within minutes.

Cons

I do wish there was an easier way of reviewing multiple candidates by being able to click through resumes consecutively. Right now I have to open a resume, process the candidate, and click back to the list of applicants.
