I really liked the whole trello like sorting of candidates. The scorecards really helped us make quick decisions. The communication tools are great and really helped us engage with applicants. Pros I like the fact that it is a portal where everything is stored. In addition it creates a webpage for my company's Job section, at low cost, this is great. It also shows their resume and contact info at a glance, without having to open their resume and sort through it. Cons It is difficult to find and sort applicants and candidates, and it can be buggy.
