### "Tracking Candidates is the Business, and Business is good with Breezy"

Breezy has made our recruiting efforts much less stressful and much more streamlined. I no longer get stressed out when initiating a recruiting campaign. This platform offers organization from the onset of advertising a position...all the way to the final cut.

Pros

Several of us were very excited when we learned how to use Breezy platform. It allows for easy end-to-end recruiting and hiring for our team. Searching the applicants is very convenient because fields such as "education" and "experience" can be activated or not. Keeping track of eliminated candidates is not longer a hassle. I can inform all of them with a few email features. Categorizing potential candidates is a very organized ordeal, and simple to adjust and manipulate.

Cons

Scheduling features need to be updated to be a little more flexible, and not use block hours. Now that I am familiar with the platform, it is not complicated. However, I also have years of experience using these programs.....so there might be a learning curve for 1st time users.

Our firm has been using Breezy for a few months now. We have been researching and testing several systems as we are a start-up technology recruiting firm. So far Breezy has been very effective as it covers all of our needs as well as helps us to promote our positions and our company through it's integration with job-boards and social media. We have been very pleased and have quickly seen results that have made this a wise / cost-effective investment for our team.

Pros

Ease of use with drag and drop features for managing your candidate pipeline. Clean and well designed jobs portal that can also be embedded into our companies personal website. Adding resumes is very easy through uploading the resume as well as auto populating all of the information into a very well designed user-interface. Another cool feature is an extension that allows you to import LinkedIN profiles ; which is great for sourcer's to prioritize and follow-up with candidates that they have reached out to. Posting jobs is very quick and easy. Breezy will help to promote your positions by automatically posting to some of the top free job boards and also offers the option to purchase job slots from (LinkedIN , Monster , Careerbuilder , Stack Overflow etc) without the hassle of signing up for a subscription through the individual job boards.

Cons

I wish there was a way that you could manage and organize companies that you are currently working with as well as prospects. Perhaps there is a way but I have not had the opportunity to work with their support team to determine this.

As mentioned before this is a huge time saver and is tremendously helpful to us. Anything we can do to get more done in one day is great. I definitely would recommend this to people who can afford what I would consider a pricier product. But it is worth it.

Pros

Resume parsing is great, posting to SEVERAL job boards done for you, integrations, and far more. There are a boatload of really great features that help save time. We all know time is money and I prefer to stay focused on the job and the people who already work in the company but when it's time to find new people, this is wonderful.

Cons

There are a few features I do wish were available to Startup level pricing. Developer API would be nice and I feel like it's something that wouldn't cost the company any extra money to offer small level accounts.

We adopted Breezy when it was fairly new and built our recruitment process around it. It does an amazing job of importing resumes, automating internal chat about the candidate, automating email communications with the candidate, and building custom forms/questionnaires for candidates to complete. The entire recruiting team uses it to promote our company's openings and organize our processing of candidates. We selected Breezy instead of using a tool that is built into our HR platform. If we used that tool some things would be a lot easier (such as onboarding) but what Breezy offers is so much better we care less about that aspect. Since we have to process 10-20-more candidates for every one we hire it makes sense to use a tool that is really good at those tasks. Breezy helps us make sure we spend most of our time reviewing the best candidates while treating everyone with respect.

Pros

Rich feature set; especially given the cost. The pipeline customization and management features are great.

Cons

Sometimes the UI has been a bit ahead of what works well on various browsers and some tools have not worked well at all. However lately everything seems to be good.

Positive experience. For a new tool & vendor partnership we accomplished a lot in short amount of time. I can tell they value their customers and have pride in their product.

Pros

Customization, scalability, fantastic support, ease of use, and results. The Breezy product has a great interface or UI for internal users (Recruiters & Hiring Managers). The ability to quickly build unique workflows & incorporate current/leading edge tools is spot on creating a positive candidate experience. For example you can utilize mobile/browser enabled career portals that capitalize on these features: text field captures, video responses, customized workflows, chat bots, unique templates for email & SMS. These upfront candidate engagement features help automate workflow funnels to maximize critical human interactions.

Cons

Two areas come to mind. Like any newer software, ease of integration into current technology stacks has room to evolve. The system does integrate into a large number of vendor's existing systems. The Breezy team continues to work with their partners to set up critical integrations. The second area is reporting capabilities. There is a solid foundation or core reporting already in place. The ability to customize & automate new client specific reporting request would be a place I'd love to see more easily integrated shortly after launch.

Pros

We had a hard time being able to redirect all people looking for job, to the right page. This have been solved since we have been using Breezy. Everyone who wants to apply get to do it from the portal and we manage it from there. It is really healpful because we don't have much time to always stay focised

Cons

It has been a real solution for us. We have been using it for not that long, we will see if it's the right choice after a year or two.

I used Breezy for a client assignment and would say its best suited for internal recruiting (vs. an agency setting). Pricing is competitive for the offering.

Pros

The UI was a bit of fresh air having worked with so many applicant tracking systems over the years. Overall functionally and work flow was pretty straight forward and allows for some customization.

Cons

Being limited to a kanban view of a candidate pipeline. Having the ability to switch between views, particularly in the case of larger candidate pools, would be a much needed benefit.

Overall, if you are recruiting and don't have the budget for a more expensive system or a 3rd party recruiting team, Breezy HR is your best bet.

Pros

Breezy HR helped during my days as a Recruiter. It was definitely a lot easier to sort the candidates per job listing, and to sort them into pipelines during the hiring process.

Cons

The only thing that sucked is losing some key features with the new pricing model. We had it when it was still in Beta mode and had access to some of the questionnaires that are now in the higher price plan.

Easy and Fast setup; Great User Interface; Excellent Analytics and very good customer support; Also enjoy the Roll out of new features.

Cons

Video Interview uses a different app which integrates with Breezy HR; wish this is integrated. The Analytics would be great if it was in realtime.

Breezy has exceeded my expectations, especially when I needed to move quickly.

Pros

1\. Set up was super easy. 2. Customer support is amazing; they are super responsive and thorough; willing to find new solutions 3. UI is modern and a breeze to use

Cons

The only improvement that I would like to see is the ability to edit the job from the Pipeline screen.

Breezy has really helped me to manage my hiring process and all of my communications with candidates in a visual way. It has really helped me stay organized! I think that what is the best about this program is that customer service is very responsive. While there are still definite bugs and things that don't always work correctly, I know that someone is trying to fix it (assuming I've said there's anything going on!). I would recommend Breezy to anyone who is a visual processor of information and wants all of their candidate information in one place.

Pros

Cons

PDFs don't always upload correctly (they are working on this) Sometimes I have to go to candidate view rather than pipeline to look at candidates because it acts as if I'm trying to drag the candidate elsewhere Video conferencing could be easier (I don't know that there is time zone support, more time selections, link to video conference within candidate information, etc.) Emails come from a Breezy address and not my email; sometimes this leads to candidate emails going to spam at a higher rate

Pros

The pipeline flow is very nice. It's great to see an overall view of the entire hiring pipeline in one view.

Cons

BreezyHR does not allow teammates to see each other's reviews of a candidate even after a hiring decision has been made. This is very unfortunate because there should be transparency among the team. I want to know what my other teammates thought of a candidate. I want my teammates to know what I valued in an interview. 1) Quite a few bugs 2) Always misformats a canidate's resume. This can be very confusing. 3) Occasionally doesn't render candidates information, instead renders some sort of Angular template.

An extremely manageable ATS that makes it easy to track where we're through multiple job openings.

Pros

The ease of use and customization of job postings/application screening questions. Simply put, you won't be lost when using Breezy, it's very easy to see where you stand in a job search process, your candidate flow, and generally tracking a candidate's experience in the hiring life cycle. It's also very customizable if you put in some work on the frontend to create screening questions that will self-screen candidates out of the applications and automate emails through each stage of the interview process.

Cons

Just a few small things in regards to candidate profiles that applied to two job postings and the email functionality (if you send questions over email and they reply to the body of your message instead of copy and pasting the questions in their own message when they respond, then you can't see their answers), but on the whole, it does just about you could want in an ATS.

Breezy has made my life easy. I used recruiterbox before and I was constantly frustrated with their interface. I know that I will get in and out of Breezy quickly, it's easy to just do what you need to do.

Pros

I love how easy and intuitive Breezy is to use. It has an excellent interface and you can really add whatever you need to an applicant's profile, including personal notes, team notes, docs, etc. I love that you can add as many users to your team as you want without paying extra. So if you have a variety of people interviewing for different positions, you can add them as needed.

Cons

I haven't set up many processes that I would like to set up, so I can't answer yet. It seems that sometimes emails go to candidate's spam, so that's not good. I do wish there was an easier way to send templated emails to candidates.

The support from the team is wonderful. Super fast response and resolution time. Very helpful on any needs we have had so far.

Pros

This is very easy to use and track high volume recruitment. I would like to use more features such as offer letters and onboarding. I do not use the reporting feature that much so far but will soon.

Cons

The Hiring Managers have to toggle from the candidate resume and the Interview Guide. They would prefer to have the ability to have the Interview Guide and Scorecard up while also looking at the resume. This multi-window approach would make it easier to take notes during the interview more seamlessly.

Reason for choosing Breezy

Breezy came in conjunction with the support of the Korn Ferry team who was engaged to execute our Recruiting needs while we were understaffed.

I've rolled out Breezy for 4 clients now and all of them love it. It's great for small to mid-sized businesses!

Pros

I love the social media aspect and that you can instantly share your positions on a variety of social media sites. I love communicating within the software. No one gets bogged down with email and you can easily review conversations you've had about the role. It also allows for transparency and keeps everyone on the same page. Communicating within the tool is great as well. There are so many cool features, it's hard to list them all! Breezy is super easy to use and cost effective. Many ATS's charge per user, which can get costly. Breezy charges based on number of open requisitions and you can adjust your subscription at any time based on the number of openings you have.

Cons

My only complaint is that anyone who is listed as a hiring manager receives candidate communication. Not a huge deal but can cause confusion for the hiring manager if a recruiter is communicating with multiple candidates on multiple requisitions.
