### "As a CV database it is OK"

Overall, if you are looking for a simple CV database - then great. If you want a bit more out of your ATS, then this isn't the best tool.

Pros

As a CV database it does pretty much what it says on the tin - - you can move applicants through different stages - allows automatic emails - allows to email you the candidate directly (though doesn't display your email address)

Cons

As an ATS system, it is missing all of the core fundamentals, for example: - cannot arrange interviews via Breezy (and if you can, its not very clear how to) - It is very clunky and not user friendly. The explanation was given that this is what they engineers thing is best, ignoring the actual user group - doesn't have a "back button" function, which is extremely annoying - all of the above means that their reporting function is not relevant, so if you need data for time to hire, interview to hire ratio, etc its not a good tool to use - Doesn't allow blind screening, blind scoring (to avoid biases)

We just started using Breezy, but I am pretty happy with it so far. It took a good amount of work to set up, but they support you through this process, which was super helpful.

Pros

The all-in-one capabilities of Breezy is what sold us on their platform. It is great to not have to combine multiple platforms for various needs, for example, their video interview is in-house. I love the visual for each stage of the application process. The candidate profile pages look great too.

Cons

I wish the scorecards averaged out the evaluation scores made by a hiring team for a particular candidate. Depending on your naming protocols for each stage, the full name is cut-off when attempting to change stages via the drop down. So it is not certain you will assign a candidate to the correct stage.

### "An ATS that doesn't make you hate hiring"

I tried, implemented, and used Breezy to hire. It helps hiring teams be more synchronized, helps the company look good to prospective candidates, and makes the process very seamless. While the UI and the workflow has been odd at times, they do improve often and are VERY helpful to respond to feedback and requests. It's easy to use for teams where technical competency varies, and I deeply appreciate that.

Pros

Breezy has the most features for the money, without question.

Cons

The UI has some obvious growing pains, especially in workflows and the automation processes.

Reason for choosing Breezy

The amount of features you get for the price is second to none. The basic packages come with better features than the competition's higher level offerings; such as automation and calendar tools. On top of that Breezy sales and support were very easy to work with, didn't try to act like we're a billion dollar company with deep pockets, and were never pushy.

Bamboo is A LOT of money for generally the same product. Breezy isn't a full HR tool, but it's way easier to deploy, makes HR manager's job easy, and really allows the team to contribute. Oh, and I've never had pushy reps try and upsell me. Bamboo reps are PUSHY.

Pros

There is a free version that helps you track, screen, and communicate with candidates for one open position. You can deploy your job listing on a bunch of free job sites for no charge with the click of a button and pay for upgrades to paid sites when you need to generate a flood of applicants quickly.

Cons

You can only have one open position with the free version

Our greatest challenge in implementing an ATS was getting all of our recruiters on board with utilizing it as the sole means of candidate tracking. Other systems that we tried never suited our needs well enough to get our team working cohesively and dedicated to one system. Breezy has been a real boon to our recruitment

The best part of Breezy is that it can be used by our recruiters either according to how they prefer to approach their work or by how the team decides. It's so easy to learn and to customize

So far we've had a great run with Breezy. We have to do hire over 500 seasonal employees in a 5 month time frame, and Breezy helps us to stay organized. Managing the pipeline is incredibly easy, and visible; it's easy to tell where our bottle necks are or how efficiently our hiring process is going. It's also incredibly easy to teach new users how use. We started with Breezy as a newer company, and they have been good at listening to and implementing our feedback to fit our needs. I also appreciate how they keep users up to date with new features as they become available. Also- the way they manage pricing per opening versus per hire works for us as a seasonal company!

Pros

The pipeline function is incredibly visible- easy to move people through the stages or to another position.

Cons

I don't like how you have to assign a set pipeline and set questionnaire. I feel like that should be completely customizable within each open position. Seems redundant to have to have a position, then assign a questionnaire or pipeline which may be unique to that position.

### "Intuitive and Easy to Use"

It's been a really great experience. The customer support team is pleasant to work with and it's been easy to onboard my team.

Pros

It is incredibly intuitive to use and the system is laid out to easily find everything you need. The customer support is easy to work with and there are so many robust guidelines on how to use the system which makes the self portal an enjoyable experience to self teach.

Cons

There are certain customizable features it lacks which can be difficult when trying to scale. A couple of these examples are: calendar invites constantly go to Spam in Gmail which makes it really easy to miss a meeting, you can't create different scorecards for different roles, the "interviewing" column is so broad I wish there was a way to break interview rounds down, and you can't mass reject.

### "Amazing HRMS, We Love It!"

We've been using Breezy HR for over a year. We manage all of our candidate pooling and onboarding processes through it. With Breezy HR we can manage everything from one place. Other HR Recruitment Applications that we’ve used have been difficult to work with, but Breezy HR was easy to learn.   Our team loves the simplicity and the functionality it gives to the overall employee onboarding process. A simple task of profiling of candidates that used to take days and sometimes even weeks have now been reduced to take a matter of minutes or hours.  Breezy HR is a huge timesaver for us and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete recruitment solution.

Pros

Candidate Pooling is easy with a career page. Candidate Profiling becomes easy Easy to learn and use. Timesaver Full Life-Cycle HR management

Cons

Can develop into a complete HRMS with payroll and expense management in future.

I liked it and it help us very much during our starting phaze of our business.

Pros

I liked the kanban interface when handling the candidates as well as the ease of creating and using templates for automation. I also liked the jobboard integrations.

Cons

The brackets of pricing was a bit to expensive. As soon as you start getting serious with your business it gets quite expensive compared to similar products where all features are already included.

Pros

Breezy allows you to reach your HR goals quicker and easier then ever before. Not only is the system extremely visibly appealing it extremely easy to navigate. We immediately noticed a positive change in our company after using.

The only thing that I don't like about Breezy is that I didn't find the software sooner!

Overall my experience is better than expected. If there is such a thing as a favorite bill, Breezy is mine! It the only bill I pay each month that doesn't make me cringe... I definitely feel like I get my money's worth!

Pros

OMG is an HR services company; while OMG is small, our clients are quickly growing. Breezy was easy to implement, and it's been easy to add new customized listings. We are able to easily train hiring managers. We find the questionnaires, integration with Indeed Assessments, and automatic stage actions to be extremely helpful when dealing with listings that have hundreds of applicants. We also really like the e-signature templates that we can create, and are eager to start using the Offer Letter feature! The customer service chat feature is also amazing - the representatives are always available and quickly address any questions.

Cons

Sometimes Breezy pipelines get held up which delays process flows or causes brief frustration for the end user. We have been able to find some workarounds, but other than that, everything has been wonderful.

We have not had Breezy long, but our transition was very smooth and every user has been very satisfied overall with the integration among all aspects.

Pros

As an FSO, the implementation of this software has greatly increased our workflow productivity and has tremendously helped ease the communication between recruiters, FSO (myself), and HR staff.

Cons

I have not come across any cons to do date that come to mind. All aspects of the software have been very efficient and seamless.

Its a very simple system to use. Fast process posting job reqs and simple to follow.

Cons

I would like to see a better candidate flow. This could simply be due to the type of candidates we need specifically for our needs, but the quality of flow is not what I expected.

We are moreover happy with this tool as it helps us tremendously in maintaining our employee payroll, great tool and we loved it !

Pros

We are using Breezy HR on our company and its really a great tool to work with, all the employee data can be imported on to the solution very easily and the managing of employee payroll is done very perfectly and easily. The HR management staff has only little to worry about as Breezy HR takes all the employee related steps automatically and calculated their salary. The salary slip is generated and is mailed to the employee automatically.

Cons

The initial delay on loading Breezy HR is very high, please try to reduce the time.

I love how easy it is to evaluate applicants. I also appreciate the fact that we can create custom evaluation templates and pre-application questionnaires

Cons

\- no possibility to contact multiple users at once - when you add someone as part of the hiring team, there is no possibility to filter notifications - bugs sometimes (i.e: the "compose email" button will disappear)

So far it seems to be the best way to pull in applicants, gather unique information for interviews and scheduling them. Being able to add information, discuss applicants with other team members involved in the hiring process and get new hires up and running

Pros

With a nation wide company and half of it's management in the field, central recruiting systems that can find, track and share applicant informations seamlessly is the only way to staff your manpower needs per location. Having instant information retrieval and shared input from recruiting , management, and trainers in the field allows for more completed interviews and successful new hires.

Cons

It can be a bit confusing at first to learn the tabs and tracking for new applicants, and this is where you need a dedicated person to customize information tracking to address the concerns of field management. It took some time, but after a few days we were able to start tracking and had the entire management system onboard and using the software smoothly.

It's been good, they said they would replace google hire easily and simply and they did and its a better product.

Pros

When google hire shuttered, we wanted an effective and simple solution my staff wouldn't have to take a course in to "get". Breezy lives up to its name. It can be as minimal or as robust as you want and their pricing tiers reflect that. Many other solutions we're automatically tied to a lot of solutions an entry level employee would never want or abide by, additionally, they cost 3 times more. Breezy bypassed all that and got us to where we want to be.

Cons

Once the staff is logged in, they can use Single Sign-on, i wish it was more intuitive but I think it will fix itself.

Allows designated team members to rate prospective applicants along with automated sending of getting to know you forms and resume collection. Also handles interviews and note taking which we never use. Slick easy to understand interface, and the one time we needed support they were fast and helpful.

Cons

Not really a con but the software has a lot of features we don't use as its not in our workflow. Which makes the interface a little cluttered.

It's been a good experience. Breezy has performed what we needed it to do. Sure, it could do more but we have other tools for these already.

Pros

Pros as follows: - Breezy aggregates the postings from different sites, removing the need to log in and out of those job posting sites. - With Breezy, we have a standard form of career applications on our website, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. - You can manage the hiring flow through Breezy.

Cons

What I like the least: - We do not get enough leads and while this is a fault of all our partner websites, it does raise the fact that with Breezy, you are simply waiting for the leads to come in. There's no way for you to cold call an applicant. - Breezy doesn't seem to have the ability to track a candidate if you have multiple interview rounds.

Pros

The best part of Breezy is its simplicity and intuitiveness which make it fun to use and therefore great collaboration tool. Breezy offers any company to have in no time all the necessary tools to start recruiting properly: easy candidate creation, automatic job posting, candidate management, recruiting web page, employer branding options, referral tool and many more features are constantly added to improve UX. Support is reactive (during US working hours) and usually helpful.

Cons

Improvement could be made on localisation and the Breezy recruiting website. It is difficult to fully integrate to a company website and the presentation is fine for a small amount of positions but UX/UI can be affected if too many position (3 presentation options). There are no possibilities to register multiple locations for positions. Targeted jobboards are adapted for the US and improvement could be made for other countries (France)... some work needs to be done to be a perfect product outside of the US.
