We'll see if we would have a paid subscription on the future. Pros This software helped us in cleaning and streamlining our hiring process. With this, we have lessen the paper trails for the overall recruitment process as all details can be viewed within the dashboard itself. Saves time and effort to share the details to the hiring team. Cons Some functions are not available for free users. We are still considered as a start up company and we currently don't have a big allocation for recruitment tools and ATS. If there's a way that some paid functions can be used by free users like us (bulk upload, bulk sharing of CV's etc.). I've used a lot of those as a recruiter. As a pure "recruiter" user some times, and also as an admin now. And this is the best I ever found. It really succeed in making a complicated process and human interaction in a manageable seamless experience. Kudos to the team, I still marvel unto how it works well (for me, maybe it's just my taste?) Pros It is very logical in its basic flow. The customization is great and allows you to tweak it to your needs, while still making it easy to use. It is really focussed and lowering the time you need to feed it info and allows you to focus on the candidates and their status/answers. The integrations are also great to use your current tools (Office360, Google Suite) to avoid having to manage different calendars and specialized emails account. It really allows for a small team to do a lot, efficiently. The Email and Scheduling templates really are a life saviours. We can also organize interviews and maintain a record of applicants during the hiring process. Breezy HR can aid to remind me of the candidates I've previously interviewed if I've forgotten them. Pros I like that it provides one central location to store candidates' information which is very beneficial while tracking progress to fill different roles. It enables me to keep track of every candidate I've spoken with by taking notes, updating their status, and automatically sending emails. It's a reliable ATS that enables us to use additional job boards and increase the pool of candidates. Cons Scorecards and other important materials are not available. The time it takes for a job ad to get live is 24 hours. Once the candidate scheduled the interview, you are unable to reschedule it through the website. Review Source Kreasan G. Pros As a beginner in my career, I had sleepless nights with workloads especially whenever there were recruitments and interviews. I wished for the worst after a whole week of such. I didn't know about Breezy. I consulted my close college friend who suggested Breezy to me. I have enjoyed my job ever since. My productivity has also risen gradually all thanks to this great software which I keep close to me in my career. Try it. Cons Breezy is fine. In my experience, I have no cons. The onboarding and migration went much smoother than anticipated. Pros We were notified by our prior ATS system provider that they were going to increase our costs significantly with just a few days notice. We were literally able to migrate 10s of thousands of our applicants to Breezy in a matter of days (although the background processing of our historical data took a few days longer). We had all of the automations that we needed and so far have been extremely impressed. Cons Nothing that comes to mind at this point. It has been a far better solution than our previous ATS system. Pros Able to customize the pipelines to suit our needs. Scheduler for interviews is helpful especially with the recent integration to Zoom. Reports/Analytics lead us to take proactive actions in our hiring strategies. Cons Some features would be most helpful if implemented like: Locations to drill down to specific region/cities. Right now, we are stuck with choosing a country . If we want to cover a region, we can't tick multiple countries. Also specifying in the Activity reports when a job is actually activated and when it is closed. It is not among the current reports. This is very helpful to track the Fill in rate for a job. Another thing is maybe providing another time option for video recording and not just limit it to 1 minute. Pros What Breezy HR automates for all steps of the hiring process is great, allowing us to maintain an integrated record of correspondence, offers, evaluations, approvals, and rejection reasons. Enjoy the ready-made Breezy HR templates, which simplify the hiring process and allow users to post job ads on social media, the company's website, and other recruitment sites. I like how all submitted resumes, notes from HR staff and department heads are attached to the applicant register, which gives a consistent reference for reasons for selection and rejection and is documented with reports that facilitate quality control and help us select the best talent. Cons Easy to use, all operations are seamless, and the Breezy HR interface integrates with most of our apps, making importing and exporting data a breeze. Customer service has always been quick but it's been frustrating that the response has been to enter it as a feature request...it's Outlook - the critical integration we were led to believe we would have and that's all the support we get. Pros Ease of information transfer among the team; ease of job postings across multiple platforms; quick response time from customer service Cons Software promised Outlook integration but they don't integrate with Outlook Express which is what we use. Outlook Integration was the whole reason we moved to Breezy. Now we're stuck with a product that only halfway does what we're needing. Reason for choosing Breezy Breezy was our first choice. Only after our disappointing experiences have we considered Crealy. What was interesting was that in our demo, they mentioned that we weren't the first Breezy customers they spoke to just that week. We are continuing to look for an alternative for Breezy as, without the critical integration we were misled to think we would have, Breezy is FAR over-priced for the features offered that do work for us. Cons Breezy is best suited for a small to medium-sized business doing in-house recruiting. We are a boutique recruiting firm, and while the system works like a charm, we need to also interface with a proposal system and a CRM, and that is not how it is intended. Despite the bugs and small issues we have on a regular basis, I wouldn't change Breezy and I think it allows us to create good candidate experience. The only thing which has a negative impact in our case is the fact that many emails sent via Breezy go directly to people's spam folders, so they never see them and we have to always do follow ups or call them. Pros It is user friendly, everything is easy to find and use. Most of the features we have access to help us improve our process and create good candidate experience. Cons I feel that there are bugs quite often, some buttons stop working or work very slowly. Pros Virtually all of the functionality you would come to expect from an ATS can be found in Breezy and at a price much lower than some of the leading competitors. Cons They can't provide an SSL certificate if you use your own subdomain (e.g. careers.yoursite.com) so it is not delivered via HTTPS (you'd have to use the default URL, which would be something like your-site.breezy.hr instead), and not everything as configurable as I'd like (e.g. user roles). There's also very limited custom reporting, but the standard reports are nice at least. Our department has been through many software migrations over the last five years and the last thing we wanted to do was bring on another program with a steep learning curve. Breezy is the exact opposite of that experience. After a quick tutorial video and a little playing around I was able to post my first job in minutes. Pros Makes common sense and works! Since 2009 when i started Hamilton Resourcing i have used a dozen ATS's from Australia to UK to USA and this is far far better than everything. I wish I could buy Breezy. Cons Sign in process is still work in progress. Just doesn't work. Here is the problem. ' New member is invited ' Member receives email with link ' Member clicks the link and browser opens a form ' Member completes the form and click the button (save or submit don't remember) ' Nothing happens (this is where the problem is. After the details have been completed and submit button pressed the browser should log the member in. this never happens) ' Member is wondering what happened and goes back to email ' No new confirmation notification member presses the same invitation email link again thinking something went wrong ' This time when the browser opens it gives an error; your login session has expired! ' More problems and total confusion on what to do next Guys as soon as the form is completed the first time it should take the member inside the application. Being able to send personalized emails and text messages, schedule interviews, and submit offers with just a few clicks has been a huge plus. This has guaranteed smooth communication with the candidates and has streamlined the entire recruitment process. Pros What I like the most is how easy it has made the whole recruiting process. Right from the start, I was able to register my company and quickly start posting openings on major job boards. The platform is intuitive and friendly, which allowed me to manage everything efficiently.Also, this tool has a candidate screening and filtering feature which really impressed me. I was able to customize the selection criteria and the tool automatically ranked candidates based on suitability. This saved me a considerable amount of time and effort in the process of reviewing hundreds of resumes. Cons Although in general I am very satisfied, there is one aspect that I would like to see improve. Sometimes the interface can be a bit slow when loading large amounts of data, such as when I'm browsing the candidate list or performing advanced searches. It's a young company with a bright road ahead. They've recently made updates that needed to happen and I appreciate the ability to share what's missing, ask questions and have interaction with a human within a relatively reasonable time frame. I love being able to easily move people through stages, make changes to a req, the system etc easily. There aren't too many "things" to do to bog down the process. There are still some kinks to iron out with duplicates, consolidation of contacts/associating them with other jobs in a better way, their messaging system (bcc, titling, when someone responds with others on the message to carry over...), being able to work through lists of people without the previous resume carrying over (little things that can make workflow more efficient). Keep up the good work team Breezy! Pros ease of use, adding a new job is easy, love the automatic import features Cons There is no real de-dupe process, flag or step in place that creates a TON of confusion. Name searching is clunky. Emailing is clunky (why does an old email title carry through, where is bcc, when someone responds and includes another person why can't that carry over). The breezy chrome extension doesn't automatically carry emails over/find emails - that would be really cool.
