I'm still in the learning stage, but I believe my custom booking pages will soon be incredible! Pros I love how easy it was to set up services and add Wix Bookings to my website. Wix Bookings offered a great set of tools for customizing to suit my needs. Payments can be accepted via Square, Stripe, Paypal, etc. All of my bookings are done on my website. There are no links to external booking calendars or payment providers. I can reassure my clients that their information is secure! Cons There is no current way to book more than one service at a time. If my clients want to book multiple services, they have to register and pay for each one separately. Also, I offer workshop style courses that meet once a week for six weeks. There is no way to have multiple schedules for group courses. In other words, I can't offer a group course on Saturdays at 1 pm and offer the same course to a different group of people on Mondays at 7pm. The premium service sends customers reminders about upcoming appointments thus free up the user from this task. Pros The way it integrates with wix sites and Google calendar. This app allows you to add a booking feature to your wix site that is easy to configure and the free option has enough features that make it usable by 90% of wix users. The premium version allows you to take payments during the booking and allow for group sessions online. Cons The ony draw back that concerns me is the time limit on bookings if your appointment time frame for a booking is longer than the fixed duration you have to make multiple sessions. I placed a ticket with Wix a month ago about the current month showing up for every month of the year on a mobile device but they never got back to me. Pros It's an app that's compatible with my website. Cons My clients booking in other time zones get confused because it's not obvious that the time showing is in my time zone. I'm used to a fully functioning online schedule that can be accessed from my mobile device but since I've changed to this Wix app I'm very limited to what I can do. I can only make certain types of edits to appointments. When I go into my full calendar in my mobile device every month shows as the current month. There's no way to add appointment blocks to my calendar with my mobile device. No matter what type of appointment scheduled, everything shows up as the same colour so there's no differentiating appointment types at a glance. This is usually pretty standard. I really love using the wix site builder but the booking app is more practical for booking one person per activity, if I want to sell multiple openings on my boat tours it does not work as well. Cons The only thing I would say is it would be handy to be able to make multiple bookings at once, for different classes and lessons to run at the same time. You can setup a service that is paid by the hour and let the client choose how many hours to book.
