" **Overall:** I do NOT recommend using FileVine at all. The have terrible customer service, are slow to fix your problems. You would need your own tech team on staff in order to get it all set up unless you want to spend countless hours of your own time getting it set up. **Pros:** I'm sure it has all the features they say they have, but I have not been able to utilize any of them. For me, it has been an overly expensive document server. **Cons:** FileVine is extremely overpriced for a system that is of average quality. They're good at selling the product, but as soon as they got my money, I had to nag them repeatedly to put the site together and spend countless hours just to get it going. This was for a new firm too, so it shouldn't have been that complicated since there were no cases to transfer over, but in order to customize the system, there was a lot of back and forth with tech that has been ultimately unhelpful. They have a strict "no refunds" policy if you choose to end early, so I pretty much wasted $2,000 on a nothing system that didn't even provide the services I actually wanted without the extra cost.
