There's a lot to do, yet it's quiet and calm. Coworkers were usually friendly and patient, and I was always welcomed with a grin. My clients find the system user-friendly, their employees like it, it's a great solution for them. The implementation team is fantastic and there is support available following start-up if needed. WBD is very flexible in meeting the specific needs of our clients. Cons I don't have any cons to report. The pricing is on par with other options we have considered, but not the lowest cost in the area for a similar solution.
