I have found myself not using the service like I had anticipated. Pros I like that the program shows us where we've misspelled something or there is a dead link. Cons While it does what it claims, it's not easy to navigate and figure out what is what. It also seems to catch "misspelled words" that it seems to see as a misspelling, but in fact, it doesn't realize that the word wraps and continues on to the next line down. Even though, on the website, it does not, Monsido compresses the text, making it appear to be the first half of the word on one line and the second half on the next line. It does that to it, it's not like that on the website. Reasons for choosing Monsido There are no other services like it that I'm aware of. Making edits via the system or using the browser extension is better than getting a report with a reference to code lines! Monsido has made staying compliant simple and relaxing. Pros Mondsido is a very clean, easy-to-use platform that allows me to track ADA infractions/issues, and SEO recommendations. Using the free browser extension, I can simply pop onto any page and see options or recommended changes. The system itself allows me to either look into problems flagged by Monsido either myself or for my agency to take care of. Cons The cost can be off-putting for small businesses but it's a no brainer for companies that need to remain in compliance 100% of the time. Unless set up properly, the Monsido scanning can also inflate your page analytics when it visits your content online. Pros Monsido tools are easy to implement and use and provide a long-time value for the user. Monsido has greatly helped us with monitoring and automating data privacy, web accessibility, content quality and many other important aspects for great website functionality and accessibility.
