My experience with Hoopla is overall wonderful. I love the free access to listening material. I just wish I could use it more.

Pros

The ease of use and great selection makes this a weekly used app for me. I love the search features and sound quality.

Cons

The daily borrowing limits my library system has to impose due to cost makes this a difficult service to use as often as I'd like.

Really easy and intuitive, had everything I wanted and needed for the tasks at hand. I didn’t find a single thing I would change.

Pros

I like how clean the interface was, easy to click and navigate where I needed. Has everything you need.

Cons

Nothing - this was really a great software to use and I wish the subsequent companies I worked for would have been able to implement it.

Pros

Great service provided through my local library. I have loved the multiple books and movies they have available. What a great service.

Cons

Limited selection of movies, but for what they offer, it is not a real complaint.

Being able to rent books, using your library card

Cons

Sometimes, the app is very laggy. Other than that, I do enjoy being able to authenticate my library card, anytime I want to rent something.

With little to compare to, my experience with Hoopla has been 7.5/10.

Pros

Many options allow customization as well as "out of the box" utilization. For example, walk off songs, pictures, short video clips, background visuals, etc., make the user experience strong.

Cons

CRM Integration is decent, but not easy for a non-technical user. Once implementation is completed, it is worth the investment, but the time investment could be lighter from a Hoopla and Hoopla customer standpoint alike.
