Pros Many options allow customization as well as "out of the box" utilization. For example, walk off songs, pictures, short video clips, background visuals, etc., make the user experience strong. Cons CRM Integration is decent, but not easy for a non-technical user. Once implementation is completed, it is worth the investment, but the time investment could be lighter from a Hoopla and Hoopla customer standpoint alike.
