Awardco is great tool to recognize all the great accomplishments that everybody is doing at their site facility.

Pros

I like that awardco allows me to use the points to buy anything in amazon and i can also purchase gift cards as well.

Cons

There are certain things that are not in amazon that can be bought. Also had issues with a gift card as well.

My overall experience is pleasant and satisfying. I loved the many options to choose awards or gifts. It is the best for the money truly.

Pros

I really like AWARDCO it has many ways to be rewarded or to reward other employees or staff. There many options to choose from when giving or getting gifts or awards. Found it very easy to incorporate other systems or files for fast and easy delivery of awards or gifts to company employees. The help menu and finding customer service contact was very simple.l and easy to find.

Cons

I honestly have not come across anything I dislike or did not like about the AWARDCO system. It has always been a rewarding experience. I did not run into any bugs or issues while using this system. Very fast and easy process.

A fabulous tool to help build and encourage employees. The engagement aspect alone helps solidify how invested the employee is with the company.

Pros

The ease of use is exceptional. And it truly aids employee engagement. Without a doubt, very little customer support is needed. No bugs or issues makes it a great value.

Cons

There is nothing negative to report. If there was, I would certainly share it. But as things stand. Great tool!

The service was great and the interface was easy and engaging to use. They had a variety of gift cards and products that are actually helpful and appealing

That some of the things where a bit different or unavailable. But in the end, I was able to get things that pleased me.

Easy to use and a lot of available awards to choose from. Wasn’t on the phone with customer service for over 10mins.

Pros

Had a variety of options available. Was simple step by step instruction. Received award quickly with no Hassel getting it set up.

Had one issue when my card wouldn’t add to my wallet on my apple phone it was taken care of over a brief phone call .

Honestly sometimes I can't wait to get there to send someone points and tell the whole company how a team member knocked ot out of the park!

Love that I can write my own reasons for awarding a team member! Sometimes just enjoy scrolling through to see what others write!

I'd like a link to award grom every email they send about updates, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.

Now I wait until I accumulate enough points to make either a HUGE purchase, or until I need a few extra bucks to help with a bill or a surprise expense.

The ability to pay out my points as gift cards. The wide variety has gotten even broader and now I can practically shop for ANYTHING on here with my points.

I wish the search feedback was a bit more organized, when I am looking up a reward to spend my point on, there is little reason to how the results are presented.
