Pros This software is a very powerful tool, we have a lot of hardworking staff who consistently try their hardest. This allows for us to recognise them on a platform used by everyone. Cons I feel there is a lot of potential, I am happy to use this software and i am excited to see it evolve. This has helped the less technologically able bunch and the customisation of avatars is nice to see too its quirky. Pros It has been a success for all employees, our shift has been crying out for something like this for years and since it has been implemented it has been a very useful tool. Cons It tries to emulate the facebook user experience and liking comments is a bit bricky/choppy which could potentially be a turn off for users. Notifications are too simple and misleading. I would try to configure the layout similar to that of Microsoft teams, even perhaps integrate the both?
