Rarely had any technical issues and it is capable of supporting a very large team and projects. It is just a bit basic for this generation. Pros Deltek was great for time tracking and collaboration. Probably not my favorite time keeping application but it most definitely gets the job done. Cons I didn't like the interface, it was hard on the eyes and not very user friendly. It reminded me of an old school system in look and in function. Cons All the issues I have had up until now has been based on user familiarity. Locating project codes and assigning to the correct headings was the issue. It reminds me of SAP in that information entered in one module is carried through to others. Cons The interface in Deltek Vision is clunky. The functionality is there, but the refresh time is slow, and autofill options that you think would be automatic are not present. For instance navigating to a page does not automatically set your cursor to the first entry cell in the page.
