### "smart presentations "

February 24, 2026

5.0

I’ve been using prezi for more than 3 years now and this making sure that every employee of our company gets know about the latest discussion.

Pros

It is a great software for creating visually appealing presentations and designing the smartest slides you have worked on till now.

Cons

I believe there can be better tools for managing high-resolution zooming, as focusing on minute details on a single slide often causes the image quality to start degrading.

### "Warning to all people who value productivity and competence."

June 6, 2025

Bad. Very Bad. No Good. Frustrating. Slow. Slow. Slow. Useless features. Unintelligent algorithims. Stupid and Bad.

Pros

It may be slow, but at least it's unstable. I really like how it constantly is guessing incorrectly what it is I'm trying to accomplish and laying software caltrops in my path to getting anything done.

Cons

AI is the new king of ensuckification. I tried to use this as a way to storyboard video ideas which was a very terrible mistake as the content it generates is basically unusable. I had to start everything from scratch and I still have to have this piece of junk lying around so I can reference all my wasted effort in the overhaul of taking my work out of amateur hour.

### "Dynamic Presentations with Real Flow"

December 16, 2025

4.0

Prezi has become a real ally when I need to create more visual presentations for our projects at Blue Ridge Academy. I like being able to break out of the classic slide format and add more movement to my ideas. It helps make my presentations more dynamic without spending hours on them.

Pros

I really like the smooth transitions between slides and the way I can zoom in on specific sections to walk through something step by step. It’s super handy when I’m presenting a design concept. And since everything is in the cloud, I can pick up my work anywhere without any trouble.

Cons

Sometimes the interface becomes a bit slow at the beginning, especially when the presentation is heavy with visuals. And it takes a little time to get used to the navigation logic.

### "Prezi is a go to for my presentations"

July 28, 2025

5.0

Really love the interactive element of presentations, and particularly when delivering to children, I think it helps keep them engaged. It is easy to integrate pictures and videos and move things around on the page. The integrated AI is also a handy feature.

Pros

They make presentations come to life with the interactive elements. It is an easy software programme to use and navigate and saving updates is instant.

Cons

Not as easy to convert into powerpoint as it claims and ended up having to screenshot which didn't look great

### "Captivating presentation tool."

June 7, 2024

5.0

I think as a presenting solution, Prezi does a good job at grabbing attention and offering an element of novelty. It takes some business hours to train employees to use it, but overall it has been worth it as an alternative to traditional presenting solutions.

Pros

Our meetings are usually 2 to 3 hours, and it can be boring to sit through a linear way of going through topics. Prezi adds an element of interactivity to the way you navigate presentations.

Cons

I think there is a learning curve with Prezi. It is not straightforward to start making presentations. Also when overusing effects it can be a bit distracting.

### "Great presentation tool, sometimes overwhelming"

June 24, 2024

5.0

Overall it's free so why not give it a try.

Pros

I do like all of the customization for Prezi and the way you can make presentations inside presentations. I love the way that you can tie a story all together and loop back to original points.

Cons

The only thing is sometimes I find you can almost get nauseous with some peoples Prezi presentations. This isn't necessarily the fault of the app itself, but zooming in and out to an extreme amount can be overwhelming. I wish there was some templates that were much simpler but still nice animations.

### "Prezi for the win"

March 31, 2026

4.0

Overall, Prezi has definitely boosted my confidence in presenting, and I think it’s worth trying if you want to step up your presentation game!

Pros

I've had the chance to use Prezi for a few presentations, and I must say, it really enhances the whole experience! The way it allows for visual storytelling keeps the audience engaged, which is so important when you're trying to convey information. The visual flow makes everything feel more dynamic and less like a traditional slide show.

Cons

However, I found the excessive motion and zooming effects to be quite overwhelming which too much movement can really take away from the message you’re trying to share

### "Prezi: More than the usual presentations"

October 9, 2021

5.0

Whenever I use Prezi, my teammates are always amazed about its animation. My presentation becomes attractive, eye-appealing, and enjoyed not only by my coworkers but also with my students. This software is really a lifesaver.

Pros

What I like the most about Prezi, is it allows me to create effective presentations. Its tools, designs, and cool transitions captivate my students' attention.

Cons

There's not a lot to say here, but I think what I like the least is its navigation. It is so difficult to maneuver some tools that I ended up getting frustrated. However, once I get used to it, everything becomes easier.

### "Worth the Extra Cost"

January 16, 2022

5.0

Overall, Prezi is worth the price point for the experience you receive. I’m an educator and with the pandemic still causing occasional shutdowns, Prezi makes a great opportunity to showcase new lessons as well as review material and integrates excellently through Zoom video chat. Students (or viewers, as I’ve been on the other side of the presentation as well), are engaged by the animations, vivid “pop at you” features where typed information can be displayed in bubbles and shapes that transform into other shapes as you progress through the presentation slides. I ditched Microsoft PowerPoint for Prezi due to all the glitches and lag in that program. Prezi is made to fit perfectly in our current technological world.

Pros

I use Prezi for presentations, to review material with my students, and as an end of year slideshow video. It’s versatile and engaging with fun animations.

Cons

The price after the free trial is worth it to me for the ability to use this great program. It’s unfortunate that more features aren’t free without paying, but it’s still worth the money to be able to create such engaging presentations and slideshows for my class.

### "Prezi - The Interactive Way to Engage English Learners in Meaningful and Creative Content"

April 1, 2022

5.0

Overall, Prezi has allowed me to create creative slides and presentations that meaningfully engage my learners across the board. During the pandemic and online learning, Prezi's kept my students engaged and still learning despite not being in the classroom. I am grateful for it.

Pros

I love how easy it is for me (someone who is not creative really at all) to use the templates, media, audio tools, video tools, and editing to create slides and presentations that are interesting to students in all of my English Learning classes. They can edit and I can present online, there are templates to get me started, and my students always lean in when I am doing it.

Cons

I wish there was more collaboration with other programs and also language supports built in when presenting. I did not clearly see that when I am presenting.

### "Make your presentation fun and bubbly! "

December 27, 2022

I love it! I am not a creative person but with Prezi, it makes my presentations colorful, fun, and bubbly!

Pros

I super like the templates and the animated features it has! This makes your presentation fun but in a professional way!

Cons

There are limitations like templates that you need to buy, but I think that’s how they will profit. Nevertheless, thumbs up!

### "Prezi is unique, but be smart with usage!"

January 25, 2019

5.0

Creating presentations that pop and have a fresh, dynamic feel.

Pros

First, I want to point out that Prezi is a great platform. It feels like you're using a platformed that is inviting us into the future of presentations and slide decks. It's simple to create a fresh, dynamic slideshow - but what's great is that doesn't feel like a slideshow! The generated movement (natural zooming) almost hooks your audience and takes some of the heavy lifting off of the presenter. The ability to integrate images, documents, texts, hyperlinks, and even videos is also an incredible feature. From a creator standpoint, although there is a bit of a learning curve if your shifting from another slideshow platform, Prezi is relatively simple to learn to use. The features and layout are not overly tedious to learn to navigate. Prezi just recently added the collaboration feature, which was needed in the Google Drive era we live in. This enables users to collaborate on one dynamic show. Another high point is that they offer a free, web-based option before paying for a subscription. Last, Prezi is just different - it operates, feels, and looks unique. It's not a linear, click next, click next show - it breaks the mold!

Cons

Although there's much to love, I would recommend that you use it with caution. Here's why: - If you over use it, then your audience will essentially see it as a slideshow. Prezi has to be used with purpose - to make a presentation pop, if that makes sense. Overuse will lead to desensitization, losing the "wow factor." - Don't try to use this last minute. As mentioned earlier, there is a learning curve involved. Not only learn to create, but learn to present it effectively. If you haven't rehearsed and practiced, and you try to lead a Prezi presentation... it could end badly. - Web-based is a pro/con - so just realize that you will not be able to use this platform if you do not have wireless access or limited WiFi. There is an export feature, though, which could help, but I do not have experience with this. - In my experience, it is important to note that some people just don't like Prezi. Audience/students complained about the animated movement and motion and preferred something more predictable and easy on the eyes. Just keep that in mind.

### "Prezi has more Power than Powerpoint!"

August 10, 2018

5.0

Pros

I was first introduced to Prezi in one presentation I attended at a local university. My initial impression was that it was such a powerful, engaging, visually stimulating tool for making presentations. Ever heard of "Death by Powerpoint"? Well, Prezi has some magical powers to alleviate such boredom by making slides twist, turn, zoom in/out, pop out, and see the minute to the BiG picture! Collaboration is at the heart of Prezi Business. It makes your Prezi presentations and story creation more dynamic by engaging more minds to work on the same material together. Feedback and commenting are easy via the chat feature. Teams can also work on a common/shared folder for easy access to content. This is cloud based so we can all work together anywhere and anytime as long as we're connected to the net. At the end of the day what matters is the effectiveness of one's presentation/efforts. Prezi Business has helped our marketing team via Data Analytics. We are able to get actual data feedback on who viewed our Prezi, which parts are engaging and which parts are boring and where they tend to just skip through, etc. This feedback helps us to further improve specific parts of our storyboard, visuals, and presentations. There are many templates and sample/public Prezi's out on the Internet to be used as a reference. It can also be branded accordingly using one's corporate logo and images.

Cons

Prezi is a little more difficult to explain and to train our (older) staff. Hence, it took a bit of a learning curve to grasp the tools and to fully maximize its features (esp the analytics). People got so used to PowerPoint that they initially resisted Prezi. I just wish Prezis can be downloaded or exported into an executable presentation for mobility/run-anywhere without the need for Internet access.

### "Prezi: A Powerful and Engaging Presentation Tool"

December 25, 2022

5.0

Overall, Prezi is a popular and well-regarded presentation software that offers a range of tools and features to help users create visually engaging and interactive presentations. It has enough customization options to give your presentations a different feel over common presentation services such as PowerPoint. With this in mind, it integrates and has a variety of user templates making it a one-stop for quick on-the-fly presentations.

Pros

Prezi allows users to create visually appealing and interactive presentations, which can be more engaging and effective than traditional slide-based presentations. The platform offers a range of templates and design elements, making it easy for users to create professional-looking presentations without design experience. Prezi allows users to zoom in and out of different parts of their presentation, which can help emphasize key points and create a more dynamic and immersive experience. Prezi integrates with a variety of other tools and platforms, including Google Drive, Dropbox, and more, which can make it easier to share and collaborate on presentations.

Cons

The platform can be difficult to learn and use, especially for those who are more familiar with traditional slide-based presentation tools. Prezi does not offer as many customization options as some other presentation tools, which can be a limitation for users who want more control over the look and feel of their presentations.

### "Professional and intuitive presentations"

Prezi has helped me carry out multiple projects, from my computer or my mobile phone. It also gives me various options and features that enhance my work, such as visual storytelling integration, animation on images and information, transitions, and slideshow integration.

Pros

I like using Prezi because it's a great tool for working remotely and allows for more intuitive and professional work or projects with a variety of images and features.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about Prezi as it has worked well for me, it's just a somewhat complex tool to use when you are new or inexperienced.

### "An Excellent Presentation Tool When Used Right"

December 30, 2018

5.0

If a user understands how Prezi is different or better than a slideshow, then it is very easy to create

Pros

Prezi is a presentation tool that breaks out of the restrictive slide format to create dynamic presentations that make use of a large canvas that the presentation moves along by sliding, scaling, or rotation the framing to. With this format, it is much easier to visualize information and how information relates to itself. This large canvas also makes seeing the bigger picture clearer compared to slides. While a programmed set of movements and framing is used to create the flow of the presentation, this flow can be broken out of any time to change the framing dynamically. This is useful if, for example, someone asks a question and changing the current framing would help answer this question. The collaboration tools and online functionality in Prezi are excellent, allowing for easy real-time changes to be made on a presentation. In addition to real-time changes, there is a chat for present collaborators and the ability to add comments to the presentation.

Cons

Prezi is more difficult to use compared to more traditional presentation tool, especially if a user has trouble breaking out of the habits of using other tools. The freedoms afforded by Prezi can be a negative to delivering a presentation, as it can be distracting during the creation and presenting of a presentation. A well put-together slideshow will be more effective than a poorly put-together Prezi. Prezi is a more closed system compared to another offline tool such as Google Slides. This makes it more difficult to download and present and to intergrate with other tools.

### "It makes designing professional presentation easy!"

August 31, 2019

5.0

I utilize presentations every single day in my classroom. While at first Powerpoint is adequate to convey my idea, soon it became stale. My students, who are getting younger and younger every year, need something more to capture their interest. Enter Prezi. With Prezi, I can make presentations that move dynamically, keeping my students' attention to the board.

Pros

Prezi allows users to design great and professional-looking presentation. It offers a wide range of templates to choose from, further assisting users in their endeavours. Unlike Powerpoint, Prezi is capable of moving texts dynamically. It is easy to wow the audience using well-thought presentation made in Prezi.

Cons

Prezi's ability to move text dynamically is a double-edged sword. While it might help users to design captivating presentation, the function can also lead to the audience's confusion if used too excessively. You really need to think beforehand when using Prezi. You want to get your audience's attention, not to confuse them with twirling words.
