The people we worked with were not helpful, and again, there were not many product updates to the user interface. The entire user interface was not user friendly, we were locked into a 3 year contract with small useless improvements on Chronus side of the user interface, none of our employees used the platform because it was so bad. It's my first time using this platform but I'm very much impressed by how this works! Pros I loved how organized and well-planned out the structure and layout of the platform is. It's very easy and convenient to use. Cons Nothing! Maybe the meeting platform can be improved a bit, it felt too impersonal. Keeps information centralized and easy to access. Helps separate regular work tasks from mentorship tasks to minimize confusion. Cons Everything is great so far! The experience has really facilitated my professional development and given me more professional clarity.The admin are quite efficient giving an overall great user experience. The site is also very secure, and the learning journey progresses in a upward trajectory. I highly recommend for anyone contemplating on how to fast track their professional development, it gives 101% value for your time and money. The email notifications was also a good initiative. Cons Video call issues sometimes. There were times that during the video meetings, even though you unmute yourself, others could not hear you. Overall its a good interface and easy to use. Pros Its easy to access all the links related to different concepts/ topics related to the course. Easily co-ordinate with your Pod members and schedule meetings. Progress can be updated within the same interface and can be seen/ tracked at a single glance, and this all helps in planning and estimating your completion. Can be accessed on Mobile too. With minor changes to the filter, you can see the progress of your Pod members too. Cons Meetings scheduled are not synced with Teams in-time, and have to navigate using the link to navigate to browser and then redirect to Teams.
