EWS/Movers Suite just recently made an adjustment that will make accomplishing this task/project so much easier. Pros This project allows information to be seamlessly passed from Sales to Customer Service to Operations to Accounting without information being lost. Cons At times, it's a struggle to keep up with some of the changes that get introduced. Pros My company had been looking for a management system that was integrated with accounting . Movers Suites has proven to be a solution and is always helpful looking for way to help Republic Moving expand it's abilities to see activity as well as detailed P & L's Cons I would like to see more adaptation of Adobe usage in their dispatch software package for dispatch Reasons for choosing MoversSuite I felt that of all the many systems we looked at, Movers Suites was the most developed and user friendly. Pros Technology changes quickly these days, MoversSuite does updates every 2 weeks to make sure their product is updated and working properly. Cons For the most part, if I see something that would benefit us to be able to use, I provide that feedback to MoversSuite and then if it is possible they will implement it into a future update. Pros MoversSuite is extremely robust but easy for the end users to use. Upon implementation we were able to have much better visibility across all branch locations on the workflow for each customer. Additionally, we now have the ability to oversee office personnel work loads and reassign some of their workflow if necessary. By utilizing all of the modules available we are able to take each customer/opportunity from cradle to grave in a single software package. From the leads importing in, working the leads, dispatching, invoicing and handling claims this package does it all Cons MoversSuite is constantly upgrading or enhancing features based upon their client's requests, so I am hesitant to say that there is anything that I don't like. MoversSuite fits this bill! With MoversSuite, we are able to track from lead to booked to dispatch to billed all in one place. Everyone in the company is able to see details of the orders, conversations others have had and when payments are received for services. If needed, we can look back years to see what we did for a customer previously when they call for our service again.
