Overall, the user experience is excellent, and it's the most suitable platform I've found for my needs.

Pros

I find SimplyBook.me to be a very different product from what I'm used to. It offers powerful functionality, but it does take some time to learn and understand the system when starting out. The integration of business processes is also very straightforward.

Cons

One aspect I'm not entirely pleased with is the calendar, as it's not very user-friendly. I can't directly view more customer information or make changes; I have to click into it. Additionally, there are limited options for customer payment, and some functions lack the ability to address finer details.

This was fairly easy to setup. Customer service was always quick and responsive. I still haven't quite figured out some things that I would like such as having a website and blog and email automation yet. I hope to do that soon.

Pros

Great customer service. Lots of options to make some customizations.

Cons

I didn't really figure out how to make a website yet, just the booking site.

It has been an overall positive experience.

Pros

I love this booking tool compared to every other one out there, but it isn't as great as it could be. It is the easiest tool to use with the most features that I need available, but you give up certain flexibility when you have an all in one tool like this.

Cons

I wish the service providers could see the sessions in their timezone just like the clients can, but the system only allows you to show the company timezone and I have providers working all across the United States. I also wish the packages and memberships were more flexible. My packages page is super crowded because for example I have to set 3 different high school 10 hour tutoring packages for different sessions durations (i.e. 30 min, 45 min, 60 min) when other systems have the ability to have me put this all in one package where the client picks the duration. I also don't like how if they cancel a package session then it takes away the credit even though I setup a 24 hour cancellation policy. Even if they cancel in time, the session credit disappears. I also wish the packages had a service filter like the memberships do.

Cons

bug avec Facebook, la gestion des booking: lier deux prestataires à un service (ex: massage en duo), quelques bug de mise en forme (sur mon site), pack SMS non intégré (par rapport à d'autre solution du marché), liste client en doublon

Le seul point noir a Simplybook reste le faite qu’il n’est pas possible de connecter le paiement a Stripe connect qui permet de spliter un paiement en deux.

I've had a good overall experience with SimplyBook.me. The software has many features that can assist me manage the business of my clients and simple to use. It has made it possible for me to interact with my clients, organize the funds, and streamline the booking process. The customer services staff is also very good and always willing to assist or answers our questions.

Pros

I appreciated how simple it was to use and set up SimplyBook.me. The functions were simple to use, and the user interface was quite intuitive. The system's high degree of customization, which allowed me to alter the booking page to suit the needs of clients as a business, was another feature I enjoyed. I really loved how easy it was to set up the system and begin going with it.

Cons

The price plans of SimplyBook.me are extremely expensive when compared to those of some other appointment scheduling software, which is their major drawback. Also, there is no option for a free trial, which can make it challenging to determine whether it will meet your demands.

SimplyBook.me allows me to manage my client appointments with ease. I keep regular 'visiting hours' open for clients, and as long as they book 24 hours in advance, I can plan my day around the times booked.

Pros

I love the fact I get a custom URL to send my clients to. The tight integration with Google calendar is a huge time saver. The reviews tool is awesome because they encourage reviews after a meeting and give me a dedicated page for reviews SimplyBook.me also maintains an exportable database of client contact info (which has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion).

Cons

The software has so many features, it can be a little daunting to find what you need in the admin panel. For the most part, I've figured it out. I look forward seeing new themes made available. I would love to see integration with a reliable and cost-effective (or free) web conferencing tool or screen sharing client support tool.

It works like that we create a random link for each appointment so that clients can only contact you after booking an appointment. You can also create an account with Gruveo and then you can send a fixed link where clients can "meet" you. My overall experience with SimplyBook is pretty positive. I had some issues with caching, which I thought was on my end, but turned out to be on their end. They fixed this ASAP and afterwards that issue was gone. Live chat support is very important to me, and theirs is really good. I would definitely recommend SimplyBook in certain cases, it's just not really the right solution for me. But that's very personal.

Pros

SimplyBook is very easy to install on a WordPress website, using an iFrame. It's very easy to change the booking widget so it matches the style of the website. Support is very friendly, quick and helpful. There's a free version that has enough features in some cases.

Cons

It's VERY annoying that we have to renew the free version manually on a monthly basis. This was forgotten the first couple of months, which caused issues with the widget on the website. I have to set a reminder to do this manually. I get why they do this, but it's definitely not very user friendly and they should at least make it easier to renew. Because the integration is with iFrame, this causes issues (which I did have multiple times) and it's slower than something that's built-in. These issues ultimately mean that I will personally not be using SimplyBook for my agency in the future. However, it's definitely a good software and for some people it will be the right solution.

\- réservation en ligne fiable- possibilité d'envoi automatique de mails après un rendez-vous effectué (rappel)- choix important d'options que l'on peut souscrire selon ses propres besoins- un tarif très concurrentiel

Cons

\- impossibilité d'un blocage flottant "fictif" pour simuler un emploi du temps chargé au lieu de l'actuel blocage possible uniquement à partir du premier horaire de la journée (j'aimerais que cette fonction bloque les horaires de façon aléatoire afin de permettre à mes clients de pouvoir réserver aussi les horaires du soir)

### "Santa is coming to town!"

Our overall objectives for this campaign was to allow consumers to complete a Pre-booking to meet Santa at our National retail locations. We needed a simple method to understand the flow/numbers of consumers that would be meeting with our Santa in 12 US markets covering multiple days in each. This allowed our team to know the quantities and flow of traffic per activation date. It also allowed our teams to easily find the pre-booked consumer within the platform, check them in and know who has yet to show so we could easily fill-in empty slots for Santa throughout the day. Super easy platform and we would utilize this in the future again.

Pros

The simplicity of the program from the set-up through the easy of booking with the consumers was the biggest plus about SimplyBook.me. My team felt this was very easy to log into our market platform to review the consumers that booked with Santa to quickly check them in/out and see who has yet to show up for their bookings. Very simple program and I highly recommend it for any booking platform needs.

Cons

There were no features within the portal that we did not like. I highly recommend the use of this platform to anyone seeking a booking system.

Again I do think it's a simple way to do your booking. I see it being best for low traffic businesses.

Pros

It's affordable and it's not hard to set up. Open your account then list your services and availability dates and you're ready to go. The admin app is a quick way to manage everything and there's also the client app that does the same thing on their end.Notifications can come in through email or SMS. I like that because I've missed important things coming in through email. On my phone after there are 3 or 4 they don't display individually anymore. On the other hand I always check SMS and they don't group together. Integrate with Facebook, Google, Stripe, PayPal, etc.I would say it's a simple way to do your booking.

Cons

It is affordable unless you're wanting the add on packages. Honestly they do get expensive. If you can operate without them it's no big deal though.

Pros

The app for me is what makes a difference in terms of accessibility as owner of a charter company with different boats.

Cons

A bit difficult to handle widgets on my website and some translation, a mid-long job which needed to be done anyway. THe Customer Service team helped me out.

C'est vraiment le plus simple des carnets de rdv j'adore pouvoir rajouter des fonctions au fur et à mesure de l'évolution de mon entreprise et de mon budget

Il faut tout de même avoir du temps pour créer le logiciel personnalisé à son entreprise

Overall experience has been great. I did have some issues with setting some features up but their customer service was amazing and someone is always there to assist whenever you have questions or concerns. 5 stars!!!!

Pros

I love how you can basically create your own website for your booking system and customize it to suit your brand. I love the added custom features. The fact that you can choose what to enable and what to disable based on your business’s needs is amazing! And the annual price for the Basic plan so great! Definitely most cost effective than other scheduling systems I’ve used in the past.

Cons

I feel like they should include more than just 3 custom features on the basic plan. “Accepting payments” & “Accepting deposits” are 2 main features that most businesses require, & without a doubt should be included for free. It’s kind of a no brainer. Or both of these features should be 2 in 1 because they go hand in hand. Having to enable both of them then leaves you with only 1 more custom feature to select. Other than this, everything else is great!

I decided not to implement the app even if almost every need I have is answer with the tool, and more. The 2 reasons are described at the Cons answered above (importation too limited and password/account required to take an appointment).

Pros

All the options, HIPAA compliance, forms during appointment creation, membership management...

Cons

importation of clients very limited... cannot import with a complex excel sheet that should contain possibilty to add type of memberships, date of beginning of membership, date end membership, tags... Also, you should provide a mean to log to the scheduling part only with email and name... I undertand that to see all your appointments, a password would be required, but the app we use right now does not require a password or an account to "just take an appointment". Having to create an account limits the usage of the tool for almost 25% of our clients (old person or juste no time to "open an account").
