Their support team has always been very responsive and helpful every time I've reached out (which has been quite a few times!). Overall, it does the job in a great way and I'm satisfied with the product. Cons Although it is user friendly, all of the options on the screen can feel overwhelming. There's a lot of words, images, videos, notifications, etc. that you have to sort through to find what you're looking for.
