Overall, Marvia helped us streamline brand management and reduced a lot of back and forth emails. For teams managing multiple campaigns and assets, it’s worth checking out.

Pros

I liked how Marvia made it simple to manage brand assets, templates, and approvals all in one place. The interface is clean and our team could start using it quickly. The version control and audit trail helped keep everything organized.

Cons

I didn’t like that some integrations with external tools were limited and reporting could be better. Advanced customizations were not always obvious or easy to set up.

Unsere Erfahrung mit Marvia ist durchweg positiv. Das Tool hilft uns enorm dabei, dezentrales Marketing effizient umzusetzen – sei es in Filialen oder Partnerunternehmen. Die Kombination aus Digital Asset Management, Vorlagen-Editor, Brand Guidelines und sogar einem kleinen Kampagnen-CMS macht Marvia zu einem echten All-in-one-System für uns. Der zeitliche Aufwand in der täglichen Abstimmung zwischen Zentrale und Aussenstellen hat sich deutlich reduziert.

Pros

Marvia ist eine echte Erleichterung im Alltag. Die Benutzer Oberfläche ist sehr intuitiv – selbst Kolleg/ innen ohne technische Vorkenntnisse finden sich schnell zurecht. Besonders schätze ich die Möglichkeit, Marketingmaterialien über Vorlagen lokal anzupassen, ohne dass dabei unser Corporate Design leidet. Auch der Kundensupport ist hervorragend: schnell, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe. Man merkt, dass das Team von Marvia wirklich mitdenkt.

Cons

Das Einrichten komplexerer Templates erfordert etwas Einarbeitung und Geduld. Außerdem könnten die Filterfunktionen im Adminbereich etwas zuverlässiger und flexibler sein – gerade wenn viele Assets im System sind, wird es schnell unübersichtlich.

It streamlines marketing efforts, especially for franchises, by providing tools for brand consistency across multiple locations. However, some users have noted occasional bugs, slower template addition, and higher costs compared to some alternatives

Pros

Marvia has a great amount of functionalities and they are very easy to use. The combination of these has made Marvia great for skilled users but also beginners.

Cons

The filter in the administrator does not always work properly. Sometimes hard to get an overview of all the orders

Pros

I was satisfied with Marvia’s role-based access. Specific examples include rules regarding which market could have access to which content in a campaign, which this tool helped enforce without the need for constant attention and setting up of new rules every now and then.

Cons

The reporting dashboard lacked customization. The only report I could not always pull the usage data on a detailed level of the type of assets and the region of the users, which made the quarterly report quite time-consuming.

Pros

I liked that through Marvia I was enabled to coordinate assets across different teams while not requiring supervision. Tagging of the results makes it easy to find something while the option of setting default brand templates for the regional teams ensured that all the campaigns were coherent.

Cons

The expiry of assets was done automatically and there was no proper way to notify all the relevant stakeholders.

Pros

I liked how Marvia united all the marketing assets in one place without compromising the branding standards in different branches. I could self-generate pre-approved materials which eliminated lengthy approval procedures making our brand communication process more strategic.

Cons

The content expiration function does not always work in a proper way in order to be synchronized across all partner portals. In several instances I encountered files still obtainable by branches in the local network even when end-dating them.

Pros

The Marvia support team excels in their dedication. They consistently work hard to ensure positive experiences for both our company and our franchisees. While there have been instances where we faced limitations in the template studio's functions, the support team consistently steps in to assist us in achieving our desired creative assets. Marvia is continually improving its product, and I've seen impactful updates and features that enhance the user experience. One notable improvement is the transition from the classic admin view to the new, more organized admin view. Additionally, they've incorporated additional functions into the template studio, such as the ability to replace files when designs need updating, eliminating the need to create a new template.

Cons

The new admin view and template studio are still in their early stages, and there are certain functions that have not been implemented yet. This hinders our capacity to independently configure some of our templates and also restricts our ability to have complete control over the appearance of our custom templates without the need to contact support.
