Great for digital forms and signatures. Easy to use and robust way to streamline paperwork digitally.

Took a little bit more work to get things figured out to run smoothly on the app bs what they would export to a pdf as.

Scale from 1 to 10, I would put it at a negative 2.

Pros

It's ok at what it does. Paperwork functionality is ok.

Cons

Integrations suck. Their cancellation process is a joke!! They don't give you a place to reduce seats or to cancel. Then, I got assigned to a retention specialist who reduced our seats from 15 to 3. But come to find out they didn't so I kept getting billed for 15. On top of that, I emailed for 11 days trying to cancel out the remaining 3 and geting a refund for the difference. No response from my two account managers. Completeley ghosted. Honestly, the worst experience possible!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
