They seem to be adding new features at a good pace, too. Pros The templates are varied and easy to use with some great options for my industry, party rentals--including games, concessions, karaoke and music. Video tutorials are clear for any gaps in your knowledge or if you are new to some concepts or technologies. Cons About the only con for me was that being on the US West Coast, onboarding options would have been in the early morning hours or 8 AM at the latest, which is a little challenging for me. Fortunately, I really didn't need an onboarding session, but I was still offered one-on-one support should I need it on any future issues. Review Source KG Kyle G. The platform is intuitive and makes managing rentals simple and efficient. What stood out most was the excellent onboarding service, which made getting started smooth and well-supported. However, I can imagine that the process might be challenging for non-English speakers, as most resources are in English, e.g. the Onboarding experience Pros I liked how easy it was to book and pay online. The interface is simple and clear, and managing my rental was quick and hassle-free. It would be nice to have add-ons for rentals. For instance, I rent dumpsters, but there is an extra charge for a mattress. It would be nice if there was a box to check that would add the price of mattresses. Pros An affordable option for my customers to book online. Cons I would like for there to be Google calendar. It easily tracks inventory, sales, and requests seamlessly. Their customer support is also excellent - they've been able to answer or solve any problem I've had with the system within a day or two at the most. Pros I love their user interface. It is super simple to see all of your inventory, sales, and get real information about what is doing the best and what to let go. Booqable makes it super simple to make smart business decisions when it comes to the renting. Cons The website builder leaves a lot to be desired. The fact that you can integrate Booqable into word press allows the for a complete customizable website and the best rental store that I have found. On top of all that, the customer service for support, \[sensitive content hidden\], in particular went above and beyond, answering every question and showing me how to work and operate the rental store to enhance the customer experience. Cons I can honestly say that there is nothing I don't like about Booqable. I think any company that is in the rental industry should use booqable as their rental store. Very intuitive platform, enabling independent service. Possibility to track status and history for each product separately. Great rental calendar and a system connected to it in the background, booking reserved products. Last but not least - Great support team!!! :) Cons There are still many possibilities for the development of the platform. Pros I was looking for a solution for my trailer rental business for a long time. Booqable has everything I need. Website template, booking program, payment program and customizable documents for a very good price. Cons At first I stumbled a bit trying to find my way around the system. But this was resolved very well by the helpdesk. I received a solution to every question. With a few quick adjustments, we were able to add our social media, contact information, custom 404 message, privacy info, etc. into their pre-made templates. The heart of the software, the actual rentals, is incredibly detailed without being overwhelming, from the product descriptions to the reservation information. There are options for single products, products with variations (with different price points), and multiple images per item. Ultimately, Booqable is a fantastic product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone with a rental business. This software has made it so simple for us to go from an idea to a functioning business in less than a month. Pros WYSIWYG, drag-and-drop features make it easily accessible to anyone, even without coding knowledge, although it can be customized further. Their customer support is also highly responsive. Cons Making pages/templates is a bit clunky, and there is not a mechanism for adding outside links into the footer.
