Simple to use platform and I enjoyed the response time from customer service. Pros Booqable is easy to use and it is not difficult to grasp the platform. Customer service is awesome as well. Got back to me quickly when I had issues. Cons Payment link options. I wish there was other apps available besides paypal when sending a payment link. Now in present day, I am incredibly happy where I am today and my progress for my small business!!! Pros Super easy for my customers to navigate overall as the booking process is clear, fast, and intuitive. I like how the confirmation emails work as well! Comparing this to all of the other booking integrations, this one was by far the most capable for what I was looking for! Cons Website builder felt limited, so I used it only as checkout; domain and analytics were hard to link. I also wish I would be able to add custom code to my website with my medium plan. Pros It was easy to navigate and learn. The app is an especially easy platform to view our upcoming reservations. Cons I wish the reservation list was easier to view as past, upcoming in color blocking or some other format. I also wish there was an option to add credit card surcharges to the customer. Not sure how I can use it to pay for business expenses like I can do with Quickbooks. Pros I own a very small party supply business and Booqable has been a fantastic choice for us. Booqable has made it incredibly easy for us to create an amazing website for our customers to easily place reservations and pay online. The software helps us track the reservations, inventory, generate invoices and waivers - you name it. So easy. Cons There really hasn't been any negative aspects to the product. It would be much better if accessories of an item can be tracked as well during adding an item, checking out and checking in. Pros \* Simple Layout \* Straight forward rental flow \* Ability to manage rental stock easily from laptop or mobile Cons \* Serial numbers are only assigned upon checkout, it will be much better if you can assign the serial number in an earlier stage. \* Creating bundles is not a straight forward process. \* Managing accessories for an item is not an option yet without creating a bundle which is not an easy process. The UX is mostly intuitive and the value is impressive. I have a robust business and have yet to need tech support for anything. I do wish they didn’t make you pay for bundling or promo code issuance and management though. It’s a big price difference to go to Premium for these two features that I feel should be standard. Again this is an excellent product and I am very happy. Pros Booqable allows me to manage the availability of my entire mix of equipment including buffer time between rental periods, periods during the week, month, or year I want to block an item from being rented, and when I want to block bookings when I am away on vacation. It has a lot of flexibility built into the back end so I can customize bookings, automate or manually send documents and a payment link, etc. It integrates pretty smoothly with my front end website hosting platform, and has been pretty glitch free. The price is fair and has been a big reason I haven’t looked anywhere else—Booqable has a lot of value built into its core offering. Again, it’s very flexible and inter-compatible with enough advanced tools that I cannot see why you’d need anything more. Cons Booqable can be slow with loading inventory information or processing certain commands like file downloads or checking-ins. It has gotten better lately though. The app is limited in its abilities to make or complete payment related processes. The hold authorization for rentals was the reason we went with Booqable, so glad we did! Pros Hold Authorizations was a must for us, saves us money (in service charge fees) for deposits that will be returned after the rental is returned. Love the support both with the AI chat and live chats with a person. Cons Not as many features in the app as in the web platform. Don't like that we have to upgrade our account in order to have coupon codes. April 1, 2025 5.0 We weren’t sure it would do the job after 20 years of a manual system! Pros After 20 years we decided we wanted to try a booking system for our cycle hire business rather than the usual spreadsheet and diary. There was plenty of choice and it’s hard to make a decision which to choose. We trialled Booqable for 14 days and found it really easy to set up and when we did get stuck or weren’t sure how to do what we wanted to do the support was great. We mainly used the online chat which is mainly AI but there is al says a human behind it if it gets stuck! We have now gone live and we are finding it a revelation and loving it .. especially my admin team! So far so very good. Thank you Booqable. Cons Needs a delivery facility which I know is coming. Easy way to take items temporarily off the inventory.. ie for maintenance. As I said, it feels as if it was custom made for my needs. Pros Ease of use. It truly feels custom made even though it is not. You can tell that they are experienced in the rental business dynamics. Cons First and foremost is that they want to charge highest valued plan if you need reports. They are essential for any type of business owner, paying 95 USD and have more users than I need is not worth, but I depend on the reports that are not available on the 35 USD version.
