While we currently can't accept card payments, we've made it super easy for you to secure the bookings. We accept payment through alternative methods. I was able to build my site during the 14 day trial, which proves how easy it is to use Booqable. Pros I like how easy it is to set up the online store. There are plenty of video tutorials for each section of the setup process. For people who aren't IT wizards, this really helps a start up get on their feet quickly. The team at Booqable are easy to get in touch with and offer a lot of support. I also feel the monthly fee includes more benefits than other online store hosts. Cons I guess just a little more detail on how the refund works for a security deposit and the length of time available to refund - for instance if a booking is more than 7 days, ( for data privacy reasons etc.), however the tutorial about the set up is clear. Switched from [Shopify](https://www.capterra.com/p/83891/Shopify/) Shopify is only good for one time transactions- sales. It doesn't have a rental feature and you need to buy a ton of aps to make the site functional for rentals. You also have to pay to use stripe on top of the commission for Stripe. I have everything I need with Booqable to rent and sell items for my start-up. Plus there is real information and videos to watch - not just an AI ap response. Very happy. Review Source AP Adam P. Looking to building my rental store up and website over the next few weeks which will hopefully lead to some online rentals and new customers. Pros Just signed up to Booqable for my business to allow for online bookings and asset management. Able to fully edit pages to customise as required. Interface is user friendly, AI generaterable descriptions and images from online which saves time from manually uploading. Still building my site and looking forward to receiving my first order through the rental system Cons Barcode scanning for individual asset no a standard product on the small package which is disappointing. Would like the function for sales and consumables and linking products up with similar products which is also a limited to the Small package. Upgrading to Medium is a substancial amount for a small business. Pros Easy to set up, easy to use, and has all the features we need for our trailer hire business, it makes booking out trailers quick, easy and accurate, more efficient and makes it impossible to double book! Cons The calendar could be better laid out to make it easier to read, and on the dashboard it would be useful if it showed what the customer is hiring at a glance, rather than just the customer name. Customer support is also great and the bot is actually really useful for any questions. Cons There really isn't anything we don't like about booqable. January 12, 2026 4.0 Pros The user interface is super easy to use! The help-bot is very helpful and answered all of my questions about how to setup the website in the back-end. The features of inventory management meet our needs and is of good value for cost of the subscription. Cons In the very beginning setup on the backend is not entirely intuitive. I like many of the options provided such as wordpress attachments. They are always adding new options also. Cons Wish I could add google code for google advertising. Pros They have so many specific customizable features and options to tailor best to your business and how you want to operate it. Very clean and easy to use back office. Cons You had to upgrade to use the website function during the test period. The website builder is simple and easy to use and I would have liked this as part of the 14 day trial. Customer service and questions regarding some of the back office elements were quickly answered. The back office allows us to create orders ourselves allowing all of our bookings for smaller orders to be collated in one place. Pros Booqable is a great platform that will allow us as a business to streamline a large area of our booking process. The customer service is fantastic and prompt and the setup instruction videos help making the setup process simple and time effective. Cons Some features are a little more complex to setup if you have hire products on different hire terms and costing modules, although not impossible to setup it does require a bit more investigation and time.
