My overall experience has been nothing short but awesome! The staff, from the sales call to onboarding, to customer feedback, to my bookkeeper, all have been amazing! Their software is easy to navigate and the accounting is done well.

Pros

I love the ease of use of their platform and the dashboard is awesome!

Cons

The only thing that can seem difficult is navigating to where you edit transactions, but once you do it a few times, it is super easy to navigate.

I tried multiple bookkeeping services and spent thousands of dollars cleaning up messes before I found Bench. This service just works. I spend ten minutes a month in bookkeeping, and all of the data I need is just there, ready for me as the CEO to review. It makes decision-making so much easier, and I don’t have to think about my books otherwise.

Pros

Mobile app, ease of contacting my bookkeeping team

Cons

I can’t think of anything, honestly. I suppose I wouldn’t mind paying less. ;-)

This application does the book keeping for you and manages your invoices, receivables, payable and what not.

I used the chat feature when visiting the website and the person called me to answer my questions and got me set up right then and there. It was very easy to get started.

Pros

Site is easy to navigate. Most importantly, I don't have to do it myself.

Cons

I can't make any changes. I have to comment and tell them to make the change. But I guess that's the point. I need to stop doing.

We have our records done on time, every time! Support is always available, love the check-in calls.

Pros

How easy and affordable it is. We had spent thousands of dollars on a bookkeeper who at the end of the day did not understand our business and caused us a lot of pain and money!

Cons

Nothing, I do like all the features offered.

I’ve enjoyed this service and already recommended to others. I’m unable to use the “pulse” feature because my bank isn’t an option for set up. But overall I’m very satisfied.

Pros

Bench is easy to set up and navigate and provides in-app messaging with bookkeepers.

Cons

Not all features available for all banking
