\[sensitive content hidden\] was great to work with from the beginning. They are passionate about their product and actually do take great feedback and implement what they see that needs to change.

Pros

It's simple buildouts for all surveys and managing how those surveys are taken. Also the salesforce integration is top tier. Very easy to use. Dollar for dollar, this is the best review software. The dashboards are clean and simple to understand. They're already all setup as well!

Cons

None really. It fit all of our needs that we had and the salesforce integration was perfect.

Pros

The free plan worked well and I used my survey without any problems.

Cons

Once I have paid the plan 'Starter' my survey started work incorrectly and I have lost many responses. Moreover, when I contacted the support team they didn't want to give me a refund and now I am not even able to login to my account and my survey is not active !!!

My overall experience with the Zonka Feedback platform has been very helpful, both for me and the company I recommended it to. The platform provides all the features I needed, making it a comprehensive tool for gathering and analyzing feedback. Additionally, the communication with the staff (Rajat) was excellent, contributing to a smooth and positive experience

Zonka Feedback offers easy navigation, comprehensive features, and a user-friendly platform

Cons

At this time, I can't think of any significant cons. The platform met my needs and performed as expected

I had a fantastic experience with support. Even when I was ready to give up and move on they made sure to keep at it and get me to success.

Pros

I had some trouble with an integration and reach out to support. A support rep reached out to me and was amazing at guiding me through the steps. He was there every step of the way while I figured it all out. My support rep Prabhav Vatsa was AMAZING.

Cons

The integration with HubSpot could use more detailed instructions. For example, it took me 2 weeks to figure out that if I didn't have Zonka Feedback selected as a filter on the contact page I would not see their Zonka activity.

Reasons for choosing Zonka Feedback

SurveyMonkey does not provide a free trial that lets you try the HubSpot integration. Their customer support was not helpful and most of the time misinformed. Their support team told me they did not have a integration with HubSpot and I would need to use Zapier (adding another cost). I reached out to HubSpot that confirmed they had a direct integration and no third party like Zapier was needed.

Nous avions l' habitude de collecter manuellement les retours via les registres.Nous sommes maintenant arrivés à Zonka , qui nous aide à rassembler tous les rapports de la table d' embarquement .

Pros

Grâce aux modèles extrêmement utiles et bien pensés de Zonka , j'aime pouvoir créer une enquête de collecte de commentaires en quelques minutes plutôt qu'en quelques heures .J'aime l' idée que le créateur du formulaire puisse être simple mais vraiment efficace et puissant lors de la création des formulaires pour recueillir les commentaires.L'une des meilleures idées du marché est l' étude Net Promoter Score de style Zonka .J'aime aussi que Zonka ait une fonctionnalité qui permet des sondages hors ligne .

Cons

Rien pour le moment.L' outil était vraiment incroyable pour mon équipe de marketing et d'exploitation .Très rapidement et facilement, nous avons pu mener des enquêtes de recherche .L' équipe est également utile pour la mise en œuvre et l' expérience est excellente. Mais j'espère voir une marketing pour zonka

Pros

I really liked the ready to use templates and all kinds of designs. If you can find one that matches your needs, it is great! Customer support is instant and very helpful.

Cons

It is super user unfriendly, not intuitive, you can not undo if you have deleted something which is CRAZY! Make a mistake by pressing a wrong button and you can delete your work! Customization was really painful process. If there was no CS, it would be impossible to even launch our project.

Pros

La versatilidad y casos de uso, principalmente. Adicionalmente, tiene un UX súper chévere para quien completa las encuestas.

Cons

No puedo compartir los resultados con los jefes que me reportan pues al ingresar a la plataforma, tienen acceso a todas las demás. Esto me evita manejar la confidencialidad de la información.

It has many predefined feedback questions and templates, NPS, etc. So if that's what you want, you can get started quickly.

Cons

Features for creating general purpose surveys and forms can be improved, although I have to admit it is not its primary purpose.
