Cons What I like least is that there is no way to alert me when someone submits the form. That would be so helpful. As it is, you just have to keep checking back, and that is time consuming and easy to forget to do. Typeform saves us a lot of headache designing forms which we use quite often. Pros Typeform is user-friendly and being survey builder, it is really helping us to collect feedback as well as doing lead generations for us. The strength of Typeform lies in the ease of usage with its drag and drop interface. We particularly like the integrations it has with the CRM tools we are using such as Vbout and Sendinblue. Furthermore, the user experience is good and better than other form builders, especially the free ones. Cons There is not much to complain except when we use the free tier there are various limitations. However, we are happy to upgrade to a paid version which gives us a lot more flexibility. Typeform help me to do it with easy and the report that can be generated from all the data collected help me to interprate the raw data better. Pros Building a form and survey with Typeform is the most easy to do, as it is using a drag and drop graphical interface, and no coding involve while building it. It also has time estimation for user to complete the form or survey which help them to know how much time they needed to complete it. Cons Using it with free plan has so much limitation to the tools that i can use to building the forms. I have upgrading to the premium account but not much advance tools in there that can compensate the cost for the premium plan. I hope they can add more feature and advance tools for the premium plan. If you're looking to create a more complex survey with heaps of questions and potential flows, be prepared for some lags. Pros Building surveys with Typeform is really, really easy. Regardless of whether you're asking open or closed questions, have follow-up questions pertaining to certain answers or want to use rankings or scales, Typeform makes it easy to add and tailor each of these questions at any point in your survey creation. Cons The only thing that lets Typeform down is how much it lags when you're working with lots of questions. A slight lag is expected on any software, but if you're building complex surveys with various avenues (for example, for whitepaper research), adding and editing any questions further down the line becomes almost impossible due to lag times. Such platforms usually struggle when it comes to reporting, but TypeForm actually gives you everything you need and makes all manual work -automatic. Cons There's nothing so far. Highly recommended. Pros Typeform is the only survey tool that I can say I enjoy using. The surveys look fantastic, the flexibility of customization is amazing (definitely above other platforms in the space), and it's surprisingly easy to set up integrations or use some of the more complex features without needing too much hand-holding. I have reached out to support numerous times for everything from feature requests (I've sent many of those over the years) to trying to figure out how to do something crazy with a Typeform and the support team is always all over it. Great support team for sure! Cons Typeform has less functionality than some platforms like SurveyGizmo, but for 99.9% of people out there, that won't be an issue. One nit that has bugged me forever is that even if you subscribe to Typeform, by default every form you create will include the Typeform branding and you have to manually turn this off every single time. The fact that we, we advanced users, can customize a complex form it's also very good and then having integrations it's top. Cons I can't actually think in much to say of cons, but if I forcedly had to chose one, I would say probably pricing to access some features. Pros The customization and flow of forms makes forms more engaging and easier to complete. We have noticed more individuals filling out forms once we switched to Typeform due to the uniqueness and not overwhelming the individual with all the questions at once. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve when creating new forms. Changing an existing template when you are creating a new form will alter any saved forms using that template. The system should send a notification informing you if you make changes it will change other forms using that template. Reason for choosing Typeform We chose Typeform due to the ability to customize forms more and make them more engaging. Pros Typeform has a unique feel with the way is serves up single questions and then moves your perspective in a way that feels energetic and enjoyable. When users encounter a Typeform, it feels effortless and quick to fill out. This is the primary reason we like to use it. Pros All the functionalities and customizations it allows,also helps usus to better manage the collection of tourist taxes. Cons It seems to me that the barrier to entry is somewhat difficult in order to create the first form. On the other hand does not allow for a wide variety of automations via email depending on the response. What I actually about the plugin is its light weightness and simplicity. It's a great alternative for building simple surveys and polls. Cons It lacks advanced survey-building options which in my opinion, Survey Sparrow has covered. I found it so engaging and user-friendly that I spoke to the survey management team of my own organization to explore adopting it for some of our online surveys. Even though our internal software use policy prevented us from switching to it, I have had the chance to deploy surveys through it on multiple consultancy projects and collaborations I have been involved in. It always has an almost 100 survey completion rate once participant starts. Pros The layout of questionnaire pages and workflow make it feel interesting for filling out surveys. Users do not feel overwhelmed even if the questions are many because it keeps the process much more interactive. I also love that building forms or surveys and adding in all the logic and functions is so easy to do without much difficulty. Cons It's pricier than other alternatives and offers very limited trial capacity for rolling out a pilot before deciding to sign up to a paid package. Review Source Maria G. Pros I've used Typeform primarily for surveys, polls, and just gathering data as a whole. I want to start off by stating that this is a fun tool to use. The UI on the site is visually appealing, it's inviting, and it's very user friendly. They've got such a large array of different templates and tools available for generating content that is specific to your brand, and without making you spend too much time while at it. I'm usually performing surveys through Typeform and the pre-filled templates have been so essential in cutting down time on my end to compile a list and type them out manually, one by one. Additionally, each survey has a stats section in which I can view all responses. This is a fantastic tool, and having it all in one place is super convenient. Cons There isn't much in particular that I dislike. I think 'My workspace' was a bit difficult to use when I first started. There wasn't on-boarding when I first started to use it, which would have been nice. Help docs are great, but sometimes its just nice to have a bit of a walkthrough on some new features or for new users at first glance.
